'No one!!, it worked on no one system'
AS EXPECTED, YOU ARE STILL WEAK AFTER ALL. BESIDES, YOUR PROFICIENCY IS TOO LOW TO VIEW THE STATUS OF THOSE STRONGER THAN YOU.
'Great, just great,' He sighed.
'I guess I'm adding that to my list of proficiencies to be grinded'
'Bring up my present goals system'
IMMEDIATE GOALS
-Gather mana in my solar plexus-
-Gather information about this world-
-Learn the customs, workings, and etiquette of nobility-
'I've practically completed it all, what's next?' He pondered.
Just then, a voice shook him out of his thoughts
"Young master, young master"
He tilted his head to find Isolde calling out to him.
"The patriarch requests your presence in his study," She said, smiling at him.
Anytime she saw Orion brooding or thinking, it always brought a smile to her face.
'He's grown up so much,' she thought.
Orion couldn't read what was on her mind; he wouldn't react even if he knew. Right now, his mind was focused on the screen in front of him.

He sighed.
"Alright, I'll head there right away," he said, standing up, heading towards his father's study.
Isolde was puzzled as to why Orion sighed while looking at her.
'Is there something on my face?' She wondered, rubbing her face with her hands.
It didn't take long for Orion to get to his father's study.
He knocked, remembering his lessons with Lady Agatha.
'That old lady really has gotten into my head,' He quickly shook his head, dispelling his thoughts on her before opening the door.
He entered and found his father behind his desk, writing on a piece of parchment.
He just stood there, watching and waiting for his father to finish. Before long, Erevan took his pen off the piece of paper, stamped on it with their seal, folded the paper, and placed it into an envelope.
He did all this before Orion announced his presence.
"You called on my father?"
"Yes, Orion, we are going on a trip. You are to prepare" Erevan said before looking up at his son.
"You broke through?" He said with a raised eyebrow, while studying Orion.
"Yes, father, last night," Orion replied with a grin on his face.
He had considered hiding his progress from others; his newest ability permitted such actions after all, but he wasn't a fan of hiding his strength. Besides, he trusted those currently around him, though if the situation required, he wouldn't hesitate to use it.
"Well done"
"Thank you Father. Earlier, you said we were going on a trip," Orion replied, remembering what his father mentioned earlier.
"Yes, it's a visit to be specific. A vassal family of ours is hosting a wedding, I was invited to attend, and normally I'd have refused as we aren't obligated to attend, but this family is special, their patriarch is a close friend of mine," Erevan explained while pouring himself a cup of water.
"Oh, what family is that?" Orion asked, trying to recall the list of vassal families he memorized.
"The Ivory family, their patriarch's name is Evan," Erevan replied after having his fill of water.
"Evan Ivory, Evan and Erevan, does your friendship with him have anything to do with your names being similar?" Orion said, amusement written on his face.
Erevan looked at his son and chuckled, "Oh, more than you can think."
"If I remember correctly, they are the family with the bone control ability," Orion said, recalling a certain clan with that same ability in a fiction back on Earth.
"Yes, that's right, a very intriguing ability, it might sound simple, but they are very versatile, I'd suggest you not underestimate them in the future," Erevan said, cautioning his son.
"Yes Father, you wish for me to come with you?" He asked with surprise evident on his face.
"Yes, I believe it would be an enlightening experience. Do you not want to come?" Erevan asked, amused by his son's surprise.
Orion's surprise was valid, he'd thought it wouldn't be until he turned ten before he could leave the mansion to enter the family estate, after all most families would do their best to protect their heirs from any form of harm and he didn't think his parents would be any different, but here he was, about to leave the estate for some unimportant wedding.
He turned to his father, wondering what this father of his was up to.
"No, father, of course I'd love to come," He replied, sweeping his worry aside.
'He wouldn't willingly take me to my death after all,' He thought.
"Alright, I'll inform your mother so she can assist you in preparing for the trip. It might be a vassal family, but the distance from the estate is quite far. It might take a few weeks before we get there."
"Okay, father," Orion replied, already wondering what this trip had in store for him.
"Good, you may leave now. I still have some things to take care of," Erevan said with his head down, already sorting through his files.
Orion turned and left his father to his devices.
'Something is definitely going to happen on this trip, I can sense it,' He thought while sighing.
He had prepared his mind for going out into the world eventually, but now that it's happening, he wouldn't be lying if he said he wasn't nervous.
This was a fantasy world after all, anything goes, and he had to set his mind for pain and loss and even death, he'd been sheltered since birth, but he could tell his father was starting to push him out.
He was sure his maturity had a lot to do with his father's decision, and he couldn't blame him. A mature toddler was a perfect child to mold, so he'd just have to get used to it.
He called on his status and checked through it again. He'd done his best so far, and he'd continue to do better.
Let the challenges come, he was prepared to face them.
