[MC POV]
It's been three days since we meet up with Grover even though he was weak he tried his best and would risk his life for ours that was respectable. We were not being attack by as many monsters as we should that means, we will probably be ambush by a lot of monsters unfortunately for me I'll probably have to use my aerokinesis along with my other abilities to myself and everyone alive.
Hopefully I don't catch to much attention form the gods I didn't need them asking question about my parentage. Especially when I haven't figure out how to move to the next stage of the chaos seed. While on this journey I discovered I could smell monster like a Satyr I figure it was a trait passed down from Typhon I also had healing factor I could heal faster even among demi-gods.
''Hey Grover, how far away is camp half-blood'' asked Thalia?
''We should be in a day'' said Grover.
''Finally, am getting tired of running'' said Luke.
''At least there haven't been to many monster attacks '' said Annabeth.
''About that we might have problem we will likely be ambush by a horde of monster that's why there haven't been that many attacks'' I said.
''Are you serious'' ask Grover in a panic.
''Of course, there is we can never have it the easier way'' Luke said bitterly.
''What will do'' asked Annabeth?
''How many should we expect'' ask Thalia slightly worried?
''Alot more than we ever faced before most likely the Lord of the Underworld is quite determined to kill you'' I said honestly.
Thalia looks down in shame and guilt.
''Sorry I didn't mean it like that it's not like I'm helping the situation either my scent is just as powerful as yours if not more so plus this goes beyond broken oaths this personally between the brothers'' I said tiring to share the blame.
''What do you mean'' ask Luke?
''The Sky Lord killed the Lord of the Dead lover awhile back he's been waiting for revenge ever since now he has his chance'' I explained.
''That's just great'' said Thalia bitterly.
''Why hasn't the Sea King sent any monsters after us'' Annabeth asked suddenly?
''That's a great question Annabell as I see it there two reasons why first he is busy doing something else second, he himself has broken the oath I put my money on the second option'' I said.
''Of course he would'' said Luke rolling his eyes.
''Well at least he's off my back what's are plan for the monsters'' said Thalia.
''Me and Thalia will the lead the charge since we have the most destructive powers so we will hit hard and fast from the beginning Luke you'll kill the monster's injured from are attacks I place a durability on Annabeth it want last too long since I'm still working on it Annabeth you will stay close to Grover help us when can without getting yourselves hurt'' I stated.
''That plan sounds as good as any other'' said Thalia.
''Let's rest up until then'' said Luke.
''Can we get something to eat I'm hungry'' asked Annabeth?
''I'm also hungry'' added Grover.
''Sure, let's go'' I said.
Hours Later
We were now at Half-Blood hill I could smell the scent of monsters all over once we get far enough, they will pounce on us.
''Remember the plan do not deviate'' I said as I finish writing runes onto Annabeth skin.
I only had a basic understanding of runes from the Magues Chase series along with information I got from Gaea and Nyx I felt confident in my work. I runes were in the language of the Old Tongue they focus on increasing durability and speed. When they activated a bright golden light appeared briefly before disappearing.
''How do feel'' I ask?
She doesn't say anything at first, she takes out her knife and swings it around a few times the difference was apparent. She was swinging at speeds you would expect from a well-trained demigod.
''Im much faster and tougher now'' said Annabeth happily.
''Remember its only temporary'' I warned.
''I wish you could do something like that for us'' said Thalia sarcastically.
''Sorry but I can't do it again so soon this was my first time doing something like this the fact that it worked is miracle'' I said.
''Will be fine together were strong enough to get through this'' Luke said confidently.
''Your right we've gotten way stronger in the last month I'm sure we can take them'' said Thalia.
While Luke and Thalia were hyping themselves up me and Grover were looking grim unlike are companies, we could smell the amount monster there were. None of us had ever dealt with so many monsters before even my unshakable confidence was being tested.
As we walk up Half-Blood Hill the smell of monster got worse and worse the air seemed to get tense the fact it was nighttime made it even more dreadful. Grover was shaken Luke started to hold his sword to tightly Thalia was sweating Annabeth was trying to put on brave face.
The noises in bushes were getting louder are started to see figures up ahead Colchis Bulls, Basilisks, Caucasian Eagles, Cyclops, Hell Hounds and even more I can't identify. To make things worse in the back I could see the Minotaur and the Nemean Lion gods I need break after this. I thought to myself.
Me and Thalia charge up are weapons simultaneously my celestial bronze sword shined with blazing fire while Thalia was spear crackle with electricity. I moved first I swung my sword letting lose a wave of flames that destroyed several monsters in on go.
Thalia summoned a thunder cloud that brought down several lightning bolts killing even more monster. Despite the power of are attacks we barley put a dent in the massive horde but we did clear the path allowing us move forward.
Luke moved next, he'd targeted the injured monster first like we planned then he moved on to others striking several monsters he'd made sure to not get caught up with one opponent. Grover used what little he knew of woodland magic to control plants and bind monsters while Annabeth attack them.
Annabeth spell was holding up so far, I turned my attention towards some cyclops that were charging straight for me. I stop using my flames and switch to air the blade of sword became much shaper I dashed at the first one cutting right throw his arm.
''AHHHHHH you little shit I'll kill you-
Before he could finish, I jump up slicing his head right off the other two weren't far behind I through my sword at them like it was light saber. It cut one of their legs off making fall the other one trip over him. I used telekinesis to drop some trees on them I took my chance to stab both of them in the eye.
Thalia moved with grace throughout the battlefield electricity charged her every moment anytime a monster attack she blocked using her shield. The shield proved to be affective when came to intimidating monster every time they hesitated, she struck them down with her spear.
Luke was almost like blur slashing monster in quick succession he never stayed in one place for too long making hard to hit him. A Caucasian Eagle tried to strike him from above, but he dodges at last second raising his sword slicing through the beast belly.
Grover was assisting by using his woodland magic he wasn't very good yet, but it still helped plants were being used to restrain some monster. Luke and Annabeth took advantage of the opportunity and killed as many as they could.
Annabeth was doing her best she could my training sessions proved to be useful. A hell hound tried to tackle her she ducked then stab the beast in its side another one took the opportunity to attack her, but Grover shoved her out the way taking the attack he got slammed into tree knocking him out.
We were halfway up Half-Blood Hill just at seemed we were doing good I feel Annabeth spell about fade dammit I was hoping for more time. I rush over to Grover grabbing him before any monster could attack him.
''Everyone get behind me'' I yelled.
They all rush behind me why prepared a move that I been working on it should enough to clear the path and give them opening. I condensed my fire into large ball it had so much flame and heat it could be compared to small bomb.
''Cruel Sun'' I shouted as l launch my attack.
Some monsters tried to escape sensing the danger, but it was too late the attack had already reach them.
BOOM!
In a instant one third of the monster were wiped out I successfully cleared the path.
''Luke, you need to get Annabeth and Grover they want last much longer'' I said.
''What about you and Thalia'' he asked?
''Will make it but Annabeth want'' I said.
''I don't want leave you guys'' cried Annabeth.
''Annabeth you're too weak to stand with us but that's ok your time will come now go get her out of here Luke'' I said with finality leaving no room for arguments.
Luke looked like he wanted to argue but one look from me told I wasn't hearing it he grabbed Annabeth and started running towards the camp. Thalia started summoning lightening striking down many more monsters.
A Basilisk tried to attack Luke it was big enough to swallow them whole before it could bite them, I throw a spear made out of fire. The spear hit its tail allowing it to move no further I throw a second one piecing its head.
After the assault was over the toughest opponents enter the battle the Minotaur and the Nemean Lion.
''I'll take you the Nemean Lion you get the Minotaur'' I said.
''Alright'' she responded.
''When the Minotaur charges at you it's hard for him to change direction'' I said.
''Got it'' she said.
I ran towards the lion getting his attention I started shooting fire at as expected it did nothing my goal was to distract it from protecting its mouth. It leaped towards teeth aiming right for my neck I easily dodge I kicked it with all my strength. It was sent flying, but it quickly recovered my leg was in slight pain from kicking it.
''Long range attack only'' I mumble to myself.
It rushed at me again even faster this time I barely moved out of the way its claws scratched my chest leaving a scar. I started channeling my magic preparing my next move I used shape shifting to transform into rhino. The sudden transformation caught the lion of guard I hit directly with my horn it didn't damage it, but it did create distance.
[Thalia POV]
''Hey lard ass come get me'' I yelled.
The Minutaur started charging at me with reckless abandonment it was faster than expected but not fast enough. I sidestep his charge ready my spear and strike its side the beast let out a ferocious roar that made wince. I pull out my spear backing up before it could hit me, I charge myself full electricity prepare to go the offensive.
I run around him getting the beast frustrated he started to punch anywhere in a attempt to hit me but was just slow. I found the right opportunity to strike and throw my spear at his chest unfortunately it reacted in time he blocked with arms at the last second. His arm had a huge hole in it when he looked at me there was clearly rage and hatred in eyes.
