[MC POV]
We were getting closer to camp half-blood do to me being with the group I was able to stop Thalia from getting hurt therefore avoided Luke meeting his father. Luke and Thalia were improving rapidly in both skills and power Annabeth was slower due to her age, so I focus more on her studies. We have collected a bunch of monster trophies I plan to use them to make potion and weapons. Just earlier we fought off some monster, but they seem to be backing off recently.
''Adam who's your favorite hero mines '' ask Thalia.
''I don't have a favorite hero but my favorite story is about Hercules I don't really look up to any heros'' I stated.
''Why not'' ask Annabeth?
''Because most of them weren't heroes they were just warriors who were used as tools for the Gods how many of does so called heroes would actually do good things without seeking any benefits for themselves'' I ask?
''Why don't consider you yourself a hero you already saved me, Luke and Annabeth we probably be dead already without'' said Thalia.
I smiled at response ''You underestimate yourself, but I appreciate the gesture I don't consider myself a hero because it's too much work'' I said playfully.
I am trying to become the king of the next pantheon of gods I had not time for being a hero I thought to myself.
''How close are we to camp'' ask Luke?
''We have two more weeks of travel left'' I stated
''I have to pee'' said Annabeth.
''I'll go with we'll be back in a bit'' said Thalia.
''Adam, can we talk I want to ask you something'' spoke Luke.
''Sure, what's up'' I ask?
''What do you think of the Gods'' ask Luke?
I regarded him for a moment he had never ask me about my opinion of the gods before this was a chance to slowly get him on my side I thought excitedly.
''The Gods for most part are greedy, cruel and selfish beings especially now a days they keep the world together but that's about it they have grown too complacent stop evolving one day they will fall'' I said.
''What do you mean'' Luke ask clearly intrigued.
''When I told you who my father was did you ever think to consider how he had a demigod while he supposedly locked up'' I ask?
''That did cross my mind but I didn't think about for to long I focus'' said Luke.
''Gods can be at more than one place at a time a part of my father has escape his prison and is somewhere plotting and planning is doesn't ack like a simple-minded beast anymore he's more cunning now which makes him more dangerous'' I said
''So, he's going to challenge the King again'' Luke stated rather than ask.
''Yelp but he's not his only problem the Thunder god has made quite a few enemies over the years when war breaks out, they will also move against him with all those enemies and not being able to count on his brothers the Olympians will surely fall''.
''What about us demigods'' ask Luke clearly concerned.
''Most of us will die in battle, if the thunder god wins things will go back to normal if Typhon wins will be hunting down and eaten by his children'' I said honestly.
''So, we either die, get used or eaten'' said Luke with distain.
''Perhaps not they maybe other options- before I could finish heard the girls coming back''.
''We'll talk about this later the girls are coming back'' I said
''Yea alright'' said Luke clearly frustrated by are conversation.
His frustration was good it would make my offer all the more enticing we ment back up with the girls now we were currently walking in the woods talking about which monster where hardest to kill.
''Gegeines are way harder to kill then Cyclops'' said Thalia
''How their way dummer than cyclops'' stated Luke.
''I agree with Luke'' says Annabeth.
''You haven't even fought an Gegeines you don't get a say'' said Thalia.
''I don't need to have fought it cyclops are smarter therefore harder to deal with'' said Annabeth as stuck her tongue out at Thalia.
''Of course, that what you would say what about you Adam what do you think harder to kill'' ask Thaila?
''In groups cyclops are harder to kill but in a one-on-one Gegeines are harder to kill'' I responded.
''Why'' ask Thalia?
''In groups cyclops can get more done then Gegeines but the average Gegeines is stronger and more durable than cyclops making it more difficult to defeat'' I explain.
Before we could continue, I heard footsteps rapidly approaching us I gave a hand signal to the group that meant we are being followed. I taught them these hand signs just in case we needed to communicate without speaking. Annabeth gets behind Thalia while me and Luke stand in front ready to anticipate are opponent. I could tell there were multiple beings coming after towards us so I create huge fire ball strong enough to destroy the surrounding area. Just as I was about to launch my attack a feminine but commanding voice stops me.

A girl comes out the woods she was about as old as Thalia she had shoulder length red hair, a well-built body and striking sliver eyes. Behind her stood twenty females all with blows drawn at me I quickly realise who she was and canceled my attack.
''Lady Artemis'' I said as I bowed the others quickly copy me and bowed as well.
''Rise you know of me boy'' Artemis ask probably not expecting me to know her because my age.
''Yes, I am educated in Greek history'' I responded.
''I see my hunters will prepare camp here you will receive tents and food, but you are not to enter the camp'' stated Artemis.
''Thank you, Lady Artemis your kindness is appreciated''.
She nodded at me then turned to Thalia
''Come with me girl I wish to speak with you'' said Artemis.
Are bags were tossed at your feet in a aggressive manner the hunter in question was tall, graceful and beautiful. She had brown eyes a slightly, upturned nose, copper colored skin and a sliver circlet braided into the top her long dark hair. This must be Zoe Nightshade daughter of Atlas lieutenant of Artemis. She didn't bother saying anything she just looked at me and Luke like we disgusted her she really does hate man I thought to myself.
''What's your problem'' said Luke annoyed with her attitude.
''Watch your tone boy'' she said boy with such venom I thought some Ladon poisons would come out.
''Don't bother arguing with her Luke she was probably hurt by some guy her past now all men are evil in her eyes just ignore the extremist'' I said.
''Thee dare talk to me like that'' Zoe said angrily.
''You started it with your rudeness'' I said shrugging my shoulders.
It looked like she wanted to draw her blow and shoot me full of arrows but call from her lady stop her she left but before giving me nasty glare she was fun to provoke.
''She's nice'' Luke said sarcastically.
''To be fair to them most have been hurt by men in some shape or form but doesn't mean we have to take it.
''Why did she want to talk to Thalia'' ask Annabeth?
''She probably going to offer a place in her hunt'' I said.
''Will that mean she want be with us anymore'' ask Annabeth said sadly.
''If she decides to join yes'' I responded.
''Do you think she'll join'' ask Luke?
''You've known her longer than anyone us you should already know the answer to that'' I stated.
[Thalia POV]
Her tent was a lot bigger than one would except from looking at it on the outside it looked pretty nice on all things consider. A tall girl walked in looking mad
''Thalia Grace, I imagine you'd had a hard journey so far'' stated Artemis.
''That's one way to put it'' I said sarcastically.
''I'll get straight to the point I would like to offer you a spot among my hunter's pledge loyalty to me become immortal swear an oath of eternal maidenhood and forsake all romantic love'' said Artemis.
When she said ''forsake all romantic love'' it sent a shiver down my spine it's not like I every cared about the idea of love before, but for some reason her words made me uncomfortable.
''Sorry I can't join you I will not abandon my friends'' I said with finality.
''Foolish girl don't give up on this opportunity for man who will betray in the end''
''Don't talk about my friends like that you don't even know them'' I said angrily as I got up to confront her.
''All men are the same'' she stated.
''Bullshit even I know that's not true I thought immortals were supposed to be wise'' I responded.
''Enough I will not have you argue Thalia don't talk to her like that she is my lieutenant you will be respectful Zoe stop antagonising her you achieve your only pushing her away''
''Yes, my lady'' Zoe responded looking kick puppy.
''Yea whatever can I leave now I don't wanna be here anymore'' I said.
''Food should be almost done you may get some and leave'' Artemis said looking disappointed.
[MC POV]
''How was your talk with Artemis'' I ask as I ate.
''A waste of time she asks me to join I said no'' said Thalia.
''Sit down eat relax'' I said.
''Even though I don't like the hunters I have to admit they have some good cooks among them this deer tastes amazing'' said Luke as he continues to tear into the meat.
''These is the best meal I ever had'' said Annabeth happily as she ate.
When we got done eating, we went to sleep Thalia and Annabeth shared one tent while me and Luke shared the other.
Next Day
We left Artemis camp this morning to continue are journey Thalia got into another argument with Zoe, I broke it up before it got to heated. As we continued our journey things were relatively peaceful for demigod standers a few monsters challenge us, but they were easily defeated. We were now in Central Park it was my first time coming here in both lives I made sure to explore a bit.
I me and Luke continued to have are talks about the gods I was slowly getting him more and more comfortable with the idea of rebelling against the gods. We added Thalia to our talks it was easy to appeal to her lust for power. Unlike Zeus she will be a worthy ally despite her lust for power she still values her relationships and bonds.
She's brave, selfless, loyal, caring, stubborn also beautiful I consider myself lucky to have her as an ally and friend. Besides Thalia, Luke and Annabeth I wasn't sure who else I wanted to join my Pantheon the other people who came to mind were Nico, Bianca and Percy Jackson. They all children of the Big Three which meant if given the Chaos Gene they could become very powerful.
Unfortunately, they weren't like Thalia, Luke and Annabeth convincing them will be harder Percy outright refused Godhood. Also needed to figure out how to evolve I wished Chaos would have been more for coming with that information but no she had to be all mysterious about it. I'll think more about this later for now I focus on getting stronger and getting them fully on my side.
Suddenly I heard someone following us I could tell by the smell it wasn't a monster or a human the others saw my reaction and ready themselves.
''Come out I know you there don't make me come get you'' I said.
''Wait I'm not here to hurt you my name Grover I'm a Satyr from camp half-blood I was sent to protect and escort to the camp'' he said nervously.
All of us had the same thought at the same time ''How is he supposed to protect us if anything he looks like he needs are protection
