Yet as he retreated, Hyaku's blade found its mark. A deep, bone-reaching wound opened between his waist and ribs.

Crimson blood trickled steadily from the sword wound at Bellamy's waist.
The scene fell silent once again. No one, including Bellamy, could comprehend how Hyaku had managed such precise evasion — as if he had anticipated the attack completely.
"Captain Hyaku is so strong!" Coby exclaimed, excitedly grabbing Helmeppo's arm as he watched.
Until now, the two had only heard stories of Hyaku's achievements. Witnessing his prowess firsthand only strengthened their resolve to follow him.
Back to the battlefield.
"Damn it..." Bellamy clutched his waist wound painfully, glaring viciously at Hyaku. Only now did he realize he'd met his match.
His eyes darted around as he contemplated retreat.
However, Hyaku's next words stopped that thought cold.
"Give up. Since I've made my move, you have no chance of escape." He said coldly, having read his opponent's intentions perfectly.
"You think I'm afraid of you?!" Bellamy snapped, his exposed intentions driving him into an embarrassed rage.
He cast aside all thoughts of retreat.

Bellamy tore his clothes, quickly bandaging his waist wound to stop the bleeding. Then, with feet spread apart, his body began to crouch again.
"AAAAAAH!" He roared with all his might.
As he crouched lower, the spring coils in his legs multiplied and compressed.
THUD!
In an instant, Bellamy sprang upright. The springs in his legs released their tension.
With a muffled thud, the ground beneath him cracked into a huge crater as his form launched toward a corner of the bar's roof.
THUD!
But it wasn't over — as Bellamy reached the roof corner, his feet made contact, his body spun, and he pushed off again, accelerating toward the opposite corner.
THUD, THUD, THUD!
Inside the vast bar, Bellamy's form ricocheted up, down, left, and right. Each jump sent shockwaves through the air.
His spring-powered body gained speed with each bounce, moving faster and faster until the onlookers could see nothing but blurred afterimages.
His speed had reached its absolute peak!
"DIE!!" Bellamy roared in fury, his launched form targeting Hyaku's back.
WHOOSH!
Bellamy's form transformed into streaking afterimages. With a slight sonic boom, he closed in on Hyaku.
At this moment, Hyaku's lips curved into a confident smile. Anyone else might have been unable to keep up with such blistering speed.
Unfortunately for this hyena, he faced a man who could — Hyaku, master of all three colors of Haki.
Under the absolute sensing of Observation Haki, he tracked Bellamy's movement path effortlessly.

Ryūka sliced into Bellamy's arm and, maintaining its ruthless momentum, carved downward — leaving a deep wound that stretched across most of his body.
"How... is this... possible..."
Blood splattered across the ground as Bellamy stared at Hyaku in disbelief.
His consciousness faded. His eyes darkened, and he collapsed to the ground with a thud.
