Hearing the commotion, everyone in the territory went to his location.
Seeing the large elephant that has the same size of a small house.
Everyone turns pale.
"Don't worry, it can't enter, just ignore it while I deal with the other wild beasts."
He tries to play it down, knowing that everyone is scared right now.
Scarlet nods her head as she looks at him with an intense stare.
She wants to say that she can help but during the time he went out, she tried killing some of the wild beasts but ultimately failed.
She has no strength to even pierce through their skin with her iron sword.
The subjects does not know but the four of them knows that the barrier will only exist for ten days.
If they can't solve this problem, then, it will not be long before their territory will be destroyed.
Dragging the corpse inside, he starts attacking another target.
He does this for the entire day and hunted seven more level 2 evil beasts.
The next day, he wakes up with a refreshed body.
'Just as I thought, eating meat every day will help me improve.'
The amount he ate is twice as much as the days before.
The subjects are not alarmed but the girls are.
They can see that he is troubled with something.

His body is tense but the ape seems to just watch him.
Three kittens were screaming beneath it.

It steps on one of them and crushes it.
It puts down the meat that it was eating and grabs one of the crying kittens and with one bite, kills it.
Seeing this display, Cloyd frowns, he's confused why it was showing him this.
BAM!
Suddenly, another green cat arrives and tackles it.
The remaining kitten was thrown out of the forest into the barren land.
Upon seeing this, Cloyd leaps at it and cuts his hand before putting it on the kitten's mouth.
He starts fleeing immediately, not caring about the result of fight between the two beasts.
Unbeknownst to him, when the Golden Ape grabs the Grass Feline and throws it towards his direction, it's body seems to bounce off from an invisible barrier.
"Hahaha! A beast that has a trait! I strike it rich!"
He laughs out loud.

Cloyd is now worried how to nurture it but all of a sudden, Lucy trembles.

Without waiting for her sister's reply, he takes the kitten away from her hand.

Cloyd's eyes narrows.
Aria was shocked while the subjects are confused.
After a while, the two of them snaps out of their mysterious state.

This was an amazing news for them, especially since the plants and grass that they planted are still trying to grow.
But the greatest news for Cloyd is that his new pet learned an amazing skill.

"Hopefully, we're going to score some rare plants in the trade center." He mutters on his breath.
The two of them then spends the entire day, killing as many beasts as they can.
As per usual, he only targeted those of level two but he can feel that after taming the kitten, his strength seems to have increased.
'Tomorrow, let's try targeting level three.' He thought.
Returning to the camp with nine carcases, he was about to disect two of them when he stops.
He can sense the ground trembling, then, one by one, the beasts outside the barrier starts running away.
They seems to be gathering at a certain location but this spells bad news for him.
He relied on hunting the berserked to obtain food, experience and resources.
If they just leave like that and never return, he had to venture out of the territory just to hunt.
Dismantling two car assessment, he left the remaining ones to his subjects.
The dismantled ones were sold as premium quality to the other survivors.
After selling thirty units of meat, he obtained a 100 units of water, 100 plants, some are copies of each other and 51 units of wood.
With a hundred thousand or so survivors, there are definitely bound to be some lucky ones.
Cloyd was sitting in a daze, besides him were the girls that have the same expression as him.
They just obtained a large pile of resources just by selling the meats Cloyd hunted from inside their territory.
With the bones that can be used as weapons, he no longer need to worry about his weapon breaking.
