From the lake, the glow came from a massive circular archway. Suddenly, growling and snarling echoed from the woods behind her.

Rewards depend on character performance, unlocked plotlines, hidden objectives and zombie kills.]
Zombies? What does character performance mean?
Ming Sūlín froze as she pondered briefly.
Light flashed around her and she suddenly found herself in an RV filled with people singing.
"For he's a jolly good fellow, for he's a jolly good fellow," the others sang, stretching the last note long and loud.
What is going on here? Ming Sūlín was a bit slow to react and she noticed each person in the RV had a character tag with a small character description.
• Margaret Kelvins 43 (Mom)
• Gregory Kelvins 48 (Dad)
• She was Amy Kelvins, 17-year-old daughter of Margery and Gregory
• Derek Kelvins 14 (younger sibling)
• Tally Frederick 17 (best friend)
• Henry Talswagan 18 (boyfriend of Amy)
"For he's a jolly good fellowwwwww," they dragged out the last fellow part for a long time before Ming Sūlín realized they were looking at her and no longer smiling but still sang.
At first, she was about to ignore them, but their stares felt heavy, reminding her that character performance mattered.
She forced a huge butter-them-up smile and threw her arms around her character "Boy toy" and best friend on either side of her.
Then she sang the next part of the song she'd heard many times at boarding school overseas in America.
"Which nobody can deny,
Which nobody can deny, which nobody can denyyyyyyyyyy!"
Her voice cracked, but it worked.
The tension vanished as everyone joined in singing again.
The ride to the cabin lake house was filled with laughter and song, but Ming Sūlín's heart was racing circles.
The moment they reached the property of the lake cabin it was like someone said action and she was pulled into another scene.
Now she was sitting under a large oak tree reading A Fault in Our Stars only realizing she was elsewhere when her best friend Tally, dressed in a two-piece bathing suit, called out to her.
"Hey Amy!" Ming Sūlín looked up at her.
"What's up, Talls?" Ming Sūlín replied casually.
"Are you going to read the whole time?! Are you gonna come and join swimming?! Come on, we all know that you're smart, okay? Now come and have fun—you promised you wouldn't spend the entire time here reading and studying. College is still a long while away," Tally looked at her in exasperation.
Ming Sūlín chuckled and smiled genuinely this time, being reminded of her two good friends Sasha and Bianca who she had been in kindergarten through high school with before she was forced to move back by her mother due to the death of her father.
"Sure, I'll come and swim for a bit. Hang on a bit—I'll go to my room to change," she finally said, closing her book with a thump before getting up and rushing into the two-story cabin.
The cabin was quite cute and homey to look at. There was a large living room with a fireplace, an L-shaped couch, and two La-Z-Boy chairs surrounding it.
They also had wooden spiral stairs where you could see through the bottom and glass rails. She made her way upstairs assuming that's where all the rooms would be, ignoring the first two rooms as there was an icon that showed it was her mom and dad's room and then her little brother's room. The next room she passed was her boyfriend's, and the very last room at the end of the hall was hers and Tally's.
Not wanting to waste time, she quickly entered the room and went to the unopened suitcase, opened it up and grabbed the bathing suit that was right on top along with the towel, the flip-flops, sunglasses, sun hat, and sunscreen. When she grabbed the items, her module lit up.
[Items collected into inventory: x1 bathing suit, x1 flip-flops, x1 beach towel, x1 sunglasses, x1 sunscreen, x1 sun hat]
!!!!
"Oh shit," she whispered to herself, her real shaken again by the survival game.
First, when she entered the dungeon, she thought it would be like dungeons she read about in novels where beasts come out, and you have to defeat a boss and all these things—but that wasn't the case with the dungeon she was in.
And now she found out that in these dungeons, she was able to take the items of the character she played into her inventory but she's not very sure yet.
She would have to wait until she completed the other floors to test it out, but also at the same time she wasn't sure if every dungeon would be like the first one.
Ming Sūlín would have to ask around or see if the module would answer the question later when she gets out of the dungeon.
Getting out of her head, she quickly threw on her bathing suit, her sandals. Applied some sunscreen to her face, legs, arms, and put her sunglasses on. She put her hat on, and got her towel in hand while heading downstairs going straight toward the door.
As she headed out the door she paused for a moment seeing the RV keys hanging on the hook.
"Well, I mean this is a survival game and I don't really know when shit is gonna go down so it's better to be safer than sorry," Ming Sūlín pondered over the matter deciding on what to do.
Hmm, forget it, take them anyway and toss them later if really useless.
Ming Sūlín shrugged and grabbed the keys anyway.
[Congrats 👏 you have found x3 hidden keys — 20 exp]
[You gained a new skill: Perception Intuition]
[Introduction: Hidden keys are to unlock hidden bonus and open full story plotline giving dungeon players a chance to earn additional rewards. 9 keys in total are hidden throughout each dungeon's floors. They can unlock 9 different hidden resource points, special chest drops, or hidden plotlines throughout the dungeon floors. Each dungeon is unique to its own, so players must use keys or lose them upon continuing on to the next dungeon floor.]
Hell yeah! See?! She knew it—the dungeon had hidden things in plain sight but it also depends on the dungeon. So collecting keys is definitely important.
Ming Sūlín tossed the keys into her inventory continuing to walk out the door to the lakeside pier.
When she reached the lakeside she saw her little brother sitting on the pier fishing by himself. Her parents were setting up the grill. Her best friend and boy toy nowhere to be found.
Amy's father Gregory called out to her. Ming Sūlín looked over.
"Hey sweetie, can you grab my phone from your brother and see how far your uncle Tim is away from the cabin?!"
"Got it, Dad!" she shouted back.
The brother had already had the phone held up for her when she walked over.
Sitting beside him and nudging him playfully and grabbing a fishing pole that was leaning against the fishing box behind her character's brother, she took the phone and opened it to a message from Tim.
