Although Raijin focused his majority of his time on mastering the two-chakra control exercise it did not meant that he did not gotten any other d rank techniques from the archives. For his third time he was tempted to get an elemental jutsu scroll but he cant decide which one to get so he decided to get a d ranked fuin jutsu scroll but was told by the counter lady that he would only be allowed to take fuin jutsu scrolls after buying three books of basics, intermediate & advanced fuin jutsus and each book will cost about 5 D rank mission. Its to ensure the safety and commitment of the shinobi who wants to learn fuin jutsu as the difficulty for learning even the basic D rank fuin jutsu are astronomically high.
Despite hearing all this Raijin wanted to at least try to learn about it so he saved up the next 4 d rank missions and brought the basic beginner books about fuin Justus named INTRODUCTION TO FUIN-JUSTU.
After thoroughly reading the book he came to know what fuinjutsu entails. At first, he had thought that to create a fuinjutsu a shinobi must create few symbols in a paper and channel chakra into it and achieve various effects like an exploding tag.
But after reading only the basic book he realised the enormous difficulty of it, to even begin to learn fuinjutsu one must first practice writing 361 special symbols representing the chakra tenketsu in one stroke then one must learn to draw the symbols and arrange them in certain geometrical shapes this is known as a sealing array and the size of all the symbol must be equal to the first symbol drawn in that array and finally to activate that sealing array one must perform required hand seal which will activate the corresponding tenketsu as the symbol drawn in the sealing array.
Every fuinjutsu uses different arrays od different combination of symbols. Raijin has been practising for about fifteen days and even then, he has only mastered 50 symbols. Based on this speed it will take him about next 3 and half months to master all 361 symbols & then it will be time for him buy second book.
By the end of this month Raijin completed 10 D ranked missions and used the payments for 7 of them to get 2 chakra control techniques and 5 to get basic book on sealing. For the remaining three he got Shunshin no jutsu, False surrounding jutsu and Blood clotting jutsu. Each of these techniques have five hand seals.
Shunshin no Jutsu, also sometime known as the Body Flicker Technique, is a basic ninja technique that allows the user to move at high speeds, creating the illusion of teleportation. It is a fundamental skill for most ninjas above the Genin level. The user increases his chakra flow inside his chakra circulatory system which vitalises their body and enables them to propel their body forward at an extremely high speed. This creates a visual effect of vanishing and reappearing, making it seem like teleportation.
Shunshin can be used for quick movement during the battle by exceptional shinobi, either to close the distance to an opponent for an attack or to quickly escape a dangerous situation. While it gives the appearance of teleportation, it is actually a high-speed movement technique. The user's body physically travels between two points. High mastery can utilise shunshin with varying levels of speed and efficiency, sometimes even create afterimages.
D-Rank False Surroundings technique which is a genjutsu that creates a visual illusion over a large area, making the environment appear as a different place. While it can be very effective by causing confusion or strategic misdirection, its effectiveness is limited against strong or analytical opponents, and it can be dispelled by those with sharp perception or logical reasoning.
Blood clotting jutsu is first medical jutsu Raijin learns after two years of medical knowledge. Basic mastery of this jutsu can be used chakra to sped up the body's natural blood clotting speed by minimum of 2 times and advanced mastery which depends up on various factors like chakra control & medical knowledge can sped of the same by 10 times. It can be a life saving techniques during deep wounds.
Now Raijin is standing in his backyard after completing eleventh d rank mission. First he stood firmly with a slight bend at his knees and channelled his chakra to stick to the ground then he deliberately increased the chakra amount on his feet and suddenly he is thrown upward by about 3 meters, startled he flayed his arms to regain the balance but landed safely on his feet again and mutters "As I thought more chakra pushed me in the opposite direction of the surface instead of sticking on it, directly channelling chakra results in an uncontrollable jump which will be fatal in life & death battle so how should I use it to increase my movement speed."
After brainstorming for a few minutes, he decides on a new approach. First, he sticks to the ground and then increases the chakra by small amount only on the heel area of the feet, this creates an interesting effect the heel part repels the ground but balls of the feet counters that by sticking to the ground. Next he slightly lowers the chakra amount from the balls of the feet as a result is propelled forward at uncontrollable speeds and BAM, he slams face first to the wall.
"Ow." Raijin held his face in pain and rubs them to relieve them. After some time, he realised that his theory is a success "Yes, as I thought this can be used to increase my base speed by about 50%." Excitedly exclaimed Raijin. Then sighed in exhaustion "But I would have to practice it till it became muscle memory like the chakra control techniques and its chakra cost is somewhat between E rank & D rank techniques that means after mastering it I can perform it for about 70 to 90 times on my full chakra and it's a huge number of times in a shinobi battle which generally have very short duration.
