He laughed softly, tightening his arms around her.Kissing her forehead.Her nose.Her eyes.
"Then from now on," he whispered,"Call me 'Brother Yu'—sweetly."
Her cheeks flushed."Don't get cocky."
He chuckled."So where are you planning to go now, my little archer?"
"I need to go down the mountain," she murmured."I have to return to my sect… explain everything."
"You think you can walk?"
He raised a brow, glancing down at her.
"I wrote my name on you eight times last night.You couldn't even sit up straight."
She opened her mouth to argue—Only to be silenced by a sharp ache that shot up her spine.

Without warning, Yu scooped her up into his arms.
She squeaked, "What are you doing?!"
"The one I spoil doesn't walk," he said simply.Then he kissed the corner of her lips."Walk? No need. You ride the raptor."

His wings exploded open.
Golden feathers blazed against the morning sky, and he launched into the air—Carrying her in his arms, high above the treetops.
Su Sheng clung to him, her face buried in his chest.Around her was the wind, the roar of flight, and the sound of his heartbeat.
