Chapter 6 - Trial of the living God

They all trained harder than ever before, sweat pouring, muscles burning, hearts racing. Ayaan walked away for a moment to clear his mind and found himself near a glowing rock. Behind it, something called to him. A stick… but not just any stick.

It was old, wooden, but shining with strange carvings.

He picked it up.

Nothing happened. He shrugged, tucked it into his bag, and went back to training, not knowing that the stick was ancient, meant only for someone with perfect balance of strength, mind, and heart. It was waiting to awaken.

They all trained till their bodies screamed in pain. But none gave up.

Their minds were filled with only one thing — the warrior underground who defeated all kings, whose 1% power had broken them like toys. The warrior who had no heart.

They didn't talk that night. They just looked at the stars… and promised silently, this time, they would stand.

Next day, as the sun blazed over the island, Ayaan, Aditya, Anshuman, Anant, and Rhea stood tall and ready. Their wounds had healed, their spirits were sharp, and their powers stronger than ever.

They returned to the battleground near the ancient stone temple.

There, waiting for them, stood the Warrior—the guardian of this trial. His massive body shimmered with golden armor, his eyes glowed like molten fire, and his sword was planted deep in the ground beside him.

As they approached, he didn't move. He simply looked at them with a chilling calm.

Then he spoke.

"I gave you time. If you're not prepared... I can't do anything now apart from killing all of you."

Silence.

The wind blew harsh across the field. Rhea tightened her grip on her new daggers. Anant clenched his fists. Aditya cracked his knuckles. Anshuman's eyes darted, calculating. Ayaan stepped forward.

He raised his voice.

"We're not the same weaklings you fought last time. We've trained. We've evolved. We're ready."

The Warrior smirked. Slowly, he lifted his sword. The ground trembled beneath his feet.

"Then show me."

And with a roar that shook the island, he charged.

The battle began.

They were underwater.

The battle had been taken beneath the surface when the Warrior smashed the ground, causing the earth to split and drag them into the ocean below. The water around them boiled from the energy he radiated.

They swam and dodged desperately, the pressure making every movement feel ten times heavier.

SWOOSH!

His sword sliced through the water like lightning. One of his attacks missed them by inches—but just barely. The shockwave that followed?

BOOM!

It tore through the ocean and blasted upward, shattering the island above them. The island they had trained on… was gone.

All five stared in horror and awe.

Anant: "He destroyed the entire island… with one swing?!"

Aditya: "Forget fighting him—he's a walking nuke!"

But Ayaan's eyes narrowed. "We strike… together."

Without wasting a second, they all surged forward—speed boosted by their training.

Aditya came from above. Anant from below. Anshuman from the left. Rhea spun in with her daggers. Ayaan aimed straight for the chest.

"NOW!"

BOOM! All five fists landed on the Warrior's chest at the exact same moment.

Bubbles exploded. The force shook the ocean.

But when the water cleared…

The Warrior was still standing.

He had barely moved.

Just a single eyebrow raised. Then…

He smiled.

"That... tickled."

They all froze.

This was not going to be easy.

The Warrior's voice echoed through the deep waters like thunder.

"You… the girl. Step aside. I'll kill them first. Then, you."

Rhea's eyes widened in horror, but before she could move—

BOOM!

In a flash too fast to follow, the Warrior vanished. And then—

CRACK! THUD! SLASH! BOOM!

One by one, Aditya, Anant, Anshuman, and even Rhea watched in shock as the Warrior appeared and reappeared with terrifying speed, raining down blows that felt like falling meteors.

Aditya was slammed into coral, coughing blood.

Anant was hurled into a rock wall, barely conscious.

Anshuman's ribs cracked under a savage elbow.

Rhea screamed as she saw their bodies torn and helpless, blood mixing with the ocean water.

And then…

The Warrior turned to Ayaan.

"Now... the leader."

He grabbed Ayaan by the throat and, with monstrous force, smashed him into the ocean floor. The impact sent a shockwave through the sea.

Then he raised his glowing sword and, with no mercy—

SHHK!

Drove it straight into Ayaan's chest.

The blade passed through.

The light in Ayaan's eyes began to fade.

When the Warrior pulled his sword out… Ayaan's body was half-destroyed.

Rhea screamed his name.

The ocean grew still.

And then…

From the shadows…

That stick slowly drifted toward Ayaan's broken body…

And—

As Ayaan's shattered body floated lifelessly, the stick touched his chest.

Suddenly—everything paused.

A blinding light filled his mind.

He saw flashes of his journey…

—Aditya laughing while punching trees during training.

—Anant helping build the camp, smiling under the desert stars.

—Anshuman making dumb jokes even while bleeding in battle.

—Rhea… looking at him with trust, hope… and something more.

Their struggles. Their victories. Their unbreakable bond.

His heartbeat—weak but there.

Then came the Warrior's voice, dark and echoing:

"I'll kill all your friends now. And there will be no one left to remember you."

He turned toward them…

But then—

BOOOOOOM!

A massive explosion of light erupted behind him.

It wasn't fire. It wasn't energy. It was pure power.

The Warrior's eyes widened in shock.

Everything—rocks, sea, darkness—was blown away.

And from within the blinding light…

Stood Ayaan.

Alive.

Eyes glowing.

Armor made of shimmering light.

In his hand… the Legendary Stick—no longer a stick.

Now transformed, glowing with ancient runes, blazing like a star.

It was now known as…

"The Destroyer."

And Ayaan's voice echoed, calm and thunderous:

"You won't touch my friends."

The moment the Warrior saw the Destroyer Stick in Ayaan's hand, his confident smirk vanished.

His eyes widened.

His feet… trembled.

He whispered in disbelief,

"T-That weapon… it was sealed centuries ago… Impossible…"

But Ayaan didn't wait.

In a blink—FWOOM!

He vanished and reappeared mid-air.

CRAAASH!!

With a single swing of the Destroyer Stick, he blasted the Warrior with a shockwave so powerful it sent him flying across the ocean like a falling star—breaking through mountains and clouds.

Ayaan then gently landed beside his fallen friends.

Bloodied. Barely breathing.

His expression softened.

He held the Destroyer over them, and as it glowed, he said quietly:

"Not again… I won't lose any of you."

The stick released a radiant light—pure gold and shadow-black. It wrapped around their bodies like a shield of energy.

Their wounds disappeared.

Their clothes, torn and bloody, repaired.

And more than that… something else changed.

Aditya's muscles surged with new power.

Anshuman's speed became lightning itself.

Anant's eyes sharpened—he could sense danger from miles away.

Rhea's aura flared with deadly precision.

They all stood up—stronger than ever.

Behind them, Ayaan rose slowly.

His aura now blazed in two colors—Golden and Dark, swirling around him like a divine storm.

He didn't even need to speak.

The sea itself felt it.

The real fight…

Was about to begin.

BOOOOM!!

A sudden explosion burst behind them, shaking the sea and the sky.

They all spun around—eyes wide.

Standing there in the smoke and rubble…

Was the Warrior.

Burned. Cracked armor. But still standing. Still alive. Still furious.

He pointed his sword at them.

"You insects… I'll finish this!"

But before anyone could move—Ayaan stepped forward.

His golden-dark aura crackled like a living storm.

"All of you… don't worry."

He looked back at his friends with calm, glowing eyes.

"I'll take care of him."

ZOOOOOM!!

In a flash of pure speed, Ayaan vanished.

The Warrior blinked—too late.

A thunderous impact blasted both of them high into the sky, above the clouds, where the sun barely shone through the mist.

CRAAAAAAASH!

The clouds exploded as they collided, waves of power ripping the skies.

Then—Ayaan gripped the Destroyer Stick tight, spun mid-air, and charged it with golden-black energy.

He roared:

"This is for everything!"

BOOOOOM!!

He struck.

The shot hit the Warrior with such force…

It didn't just blast him—

It launched him.

SHHHHHHHHHHHOOOOOOMMMM!!

The Warrior's body tore through the clouds like a meteor, spinning, falling, screaming—

And then—

KAAAAA-WHAMMM!!!

He crashed deep into the ocean, right in front of the team.

Underwater crater.

Shockwaves.

Silence.

Steam rose from the surface.

The Warrior… was buried beneath the sea.

They all stared.

Ayaan slowly floated down from the clouds like a glowing god, eyes locked on the crater.

The real Ayaan…

Had awakened.

As Ayaan floated gently down from the sky, his aura flickering like wildfire, the others ran toward him—Aditya, Anant, Anshuman, and Rhea, all stronger, healed, and filled with awe.

Anshuman: "Bro… that was INSANE."

Aditya: "You smashed him like a bug!"

Rhea smiled, relief washing over her. "You're back…"

But just as their hands were about to reach Ayaan—

KAAAAAABOOOOOOOOOOM!!!

A massive explosion erupted beneath the ocean—so powerful that the sea split open for a moment, and a towering blast of energy shot upward, piercing the clouds and shaking the entire sky.

Waves rose like mountains.

Clouds swirled violently.

The entire ocean trembled.

All five were thrown back by the shockwave, barely managing to stay together mid-air.

Aditya shouted, "WHAT NOW?!"

And then…

From the heart of the explosion…

A monstrous silhouette began to rise.

The Warrior was coming back.

But something… had changed.

The Warrior rose from the blast, his body cracked and burning, but his spirit still raging.

He looked at Ayaan with fury in his eyes.

"The fight… is not over."

Ayaan's grip on the Destroyer Stick tightened.

"Then let's finish it."

And in the next instant—

FLASH!!

They both vanished from sight.

What followed was chaos.

CRASH! BOOM! ZOOM!

They clashed at flash speed, moving faster than anyone could track.

Punches collided like thunder.

Kicks split the sea.

Every move lit up the sky.

The others watched in awe, barely able to follow the blurs.

Then—CRAAAAACK!!

Ayaan's powerful strike shattered the Warrior's armor, breaking it apart into glowing shards.

The Warrior dropped to one knee, panting.

His voice was low, full of pain.

"You know… my son once told me… 'One day, I'll be stronger than you, Father.'"

He looked up, eyes filled with grief.

"And I told him… 'Yes. One day, you will.'

But… they all killed him.

And now… only you…

Only you can give me… freedom."

Ayaan raised the Destroyer Stick—his aura glowing brighter than ever.

"I will."

BOOOOOOM!!

He smashed the stick onto the Warrior's chest.

A blinding explosion erupted—

So massive, it tore the ocean apart.

Tsunamis crashed outward.

The clouds above split in two.

Ayaan and the entire team were thrown miles away, sent flying like shooting stars across the sky.

As the light faded, and the ocean boiled…

The Warrior lay there, a faint smile on his face.

"Thank you…"

And then silence.

Ayaan and his team, unconscious…

Floating…

As the world around them went still.

Slowly… one by one… they began to wake up.

Ayaan's eyes fluttered open first, followed by Aditya, Anant, Anshuman, and Rhea.

But what they saw…

Was unbelievable.

They weren't in the ocean anymore.

They were in a place that looked like heaven.

The sky above them shimmered in soft gold and silver hues.

The clouds below felt like silk.

Crystal-clear waterfalls floated in the air.

The trees sparkled like stars, and flowers danced without wind.

The air itself felt… peaceful.

Aditya looked around, stunned. "Where are we?"

Anant whispered, "Is this… the afterlife?"

Anshuman rubbed his eyes. "Did we die epically?"

Rhea smiled gently, "No… I think this is a gift."

Ayaan sat up slowly—and noticed…

The Destroyer Stick still in his hand.

It pulsed softly, glowing with a divine light.

And then—just once—

In a deep, ancient voice…

It spoke:

"Only the worthy… can lift me."

Ayaan stared at the stick, eyes wide.

He wasn't just chosen.

He had earned it.

As the group walked through the heavenly landscape, they followed a glowing path that led them to something unexpected…

A village.

But not just any village—this one looked magical.

The houses floated slightly above the ground.

Lanterns hovered mid-air, glowing softly.

Creatures they had never seen before walked peacefully among the villagers.

And at the center of it all—

A marketplace.

Colorful stalls lined the area, filled with glowing fruits, enchanted weapons, floating snacks, and even bottled lightning. Their stomachs growled.

Anshuman sprinted to a food stall. "BRO I NEED THAT FLOATING BURGER."

Aditya pointed to a stall selling gold-plated roasted chicken. "I don't care what it costs. I'm buying ten."

Rhea picked up a sparkling fruit. "How much is this?"

The shopkeeper smiled and said,

"Just tap your chest. Your SP points will be shown. You can buy anything with them."

They all looked confused but followed instructions.

Each of them gently tapped their chest.

Suddenly, a glowing hologram appeared in front of each of them, showing their SP Points—a magical currency earned from surviving, fighting, and growing.

And then…

Their jaws dropped.

Ayaan: 99 Billion SP

Rhea: 1 Billion SP

Aditya: 32 Billion SP

Anant: 18 Billion SP

Anshuman: 14 Billion SP

Anshuman blinked. "We're… billionaires?!"

Aditya flexed. "That's it. I'm buying a floating house."

Rhea smiled and looked at Ayaan. "Of course you have 99 billion…"

Ayaan just scratched his head and said, "I didn't even know I had a bank account."

The shopping spree began.

They all stuffed themselves with magical food—floating burgers, rainbow noodles, spicy lava kebabs, and even a milkshake that sang when you drank it. Bags full of weird gadgets, enchanted clothes, and glowing fruits hung from their shoulders as they laughed and walked down the peaceful streets.

Ayaan looked around and said,

"We've been fighting nonstop… maybe it's time we explore this beautiful place for real."

Aditya nodded with his mouth full. "Yeah, we deserve a break."

Anant stretched. "But uh… where are we gonna stay?"

Just then, they turned a corner and saw a glowing sign:

🏠 DREAM HOMES FOR SALE – LUXURY LIVING IN THE SKY 🏠

Rows of beautiful houses floated ahead—some with waterfalls running through them, others with private clouds and gardens.

They rushed to the seller.

"How much is the most expensive one?" Anshuman asked, grinning.

The man replied politely,

"The most expensive house here is 7 million SP."

Rhea raised an eyebrow. "That's pocket change for us."

Ayaan asked, "What about mansions?"

The man smiled.

"Ah… the mansions are just past these homes. Follow me."

They followed him…

And then—their jaws dropped.

Massive floating palaces stood ahead, glowing in gold and crystal. Each mansion had its own flying pool, personal cloud-car, and even floating defense drones.

Ayaan pointed at the biggest one.

"How much for that?"

The man replied,

"15 billion SP."

Without a second thought, Ayaan pulled out his glowing SP card and transferred 10 billion SP.

He turned to the others and smirked.

"You all pitch in the rest. Rhea, you don't have to."

Rhea blinked, surprised. "W-Why not me?"

Ayaan smiled, quietly.

"Because you're part of the heart of this team. You already gave enough."

The others laughed and agreed.

Aditya paid 3 billion.

Anshuman paid 1 billion.

Anant paid the last 1 billion.

And just like that…

They owned the biggest mansion in the sky.

As they stepped into their newly bought sky-mansion, everything was floating—the beds, the furniture, even the toilets slightly hovered.

Aditya tried to sit on a couch and fell through it.

"Okay, I'm done. I don't wanna float while eating chips!" he shouted, rubbing his back.

Anshuman tried brushing his teeth and floated upside-down into the ceiling.

Anant was spinning on a floating chair like a tornado.

Rhea giggled, but even she admitted,

"Yeah, this is cool but… also kinda dizzying."

Ayaan nodded.

"Let's fix this. We should make this place feel more like home."

So they went straight to the Village Meeting Hall, where the village council sat under a glowing crystal tree.

Ayaan stepped forward and said,

"We want everything to stop floating—homes, markets, roads. Can we bring it all down to land?"

The council members talked among themselves, then the elder replied,

"Yes. But to un-float the village and make it like a normal heavenly land… it will cost 5 billion SP."

Ayaan looked at the team.

Aditya: "Let's do it."

Anant: "Worth it."

Anshuman: "No more spinning toothbrush attacks!"

Rhea nodded too.

Ayaan transferred the 5 billion SP.

WHOOSH—BOOM—RUMBLE!

Suddenly, the entire village began to lower gently.

Floating roads touched the ground.

Houses rested on the grassy hills.

Trees planted themselves into the soft glowing soil.

The sky remained magical—but now, everything felt stable, peaceful… perfect.

It looked like a land-version of heaven.

Anshuman stretched and shouted,

"NOW THIS is what I call paradise!"

Aditya cracked his knuckles.

"You know what's next, right?"

They all turned to look at each other and said at the same time:

"Let's buy a car."

They arrived at the Heavenly Car Dealership, and it was unlike anything they'd ever seen.

The place was huge—bigger than a stadium—with roads that looped in the air, test tracks made of clouds, and floating billboards flashing:

"DRIVE THE LEGEND!"

"CARS THAT FLY, ROAR, AND DANCE!"

Rows and rows of supercars lined the glowing streets:

Jet-black beasts with dragon engines, crystal-blue cruisers that hovered, and gold-armored rides that could teleport.

Aditya ran to a matte-red beast with flame rims.

"Mine. This one's got lava boosters."

Anshuman was already halfway inside a lightning-shaped sports car.

"Bro, this can go from 0 to 1000 in 1 second!"

Anant found a deep green SUV with beast mode and stealth drive.

"Perfect for spying and chilling."

Rhea walked slowly, eyeing the beautiful cars. Her eyes landed on a sleek silver convertible with a phoenix emblem, glowing softly with rainbow lights.

She smiled but hesitated.

Ayaan noticed and walked beside her.

"You like it?"

Rhea softly nodded. "Yeah… but it's too much. It says it's 3.2 million SP."

Ayaan looked at her calmly, then smiled.

"Buy whatever you want, Rhea. I'll pay."

She blinked, surprised. "W-What? Why?"

Ayaan shrugged.

"Because you're worth more than that car. Simple."

Her cheeks turned pink, and she quickly turned away to hide her smile.

Meanwhile, Ayaan picked a monstrous black-and-golden hypercar called "Shadow Storm V9" — with wings that extended and an engine that growled like a lion.

They all lined up, keys in hand.

Five dream cars.

Five heroes.

And the road ahead?

About to be legendary.

After hours of racing through glowing roads, drifting on cloud-curves, and testing boosters that cracked thunder through the sky, the team finally drove their dream cars back to the mansion.

Engines cooled. Doors lifted.

They entered their grand home—now settled on solid, heavenly ground.

The living room shimmered with peace. They dropped onto the soft couches, exhausted but happy.

Aditya was sipping a floating soda.

Anant was munching sparkle chips.

Anshuman was doing donuts with a mini hover toy car.

Rhea sat beside Ayaan, laughing softly.

Then—

Ayaan's eyes shifted.

His gaze landed on The Destroyer Stick—resting silently on a stand, glowing faintly in the corner.

Something about it felt… different.

He stood up, walked toward it, and slowly reached out.

The moment his fingers touched it—

BOOOOOOM.

A sudden shock ran through his body.

His eyes widened.

Visions poured into his mind.

But these weren't memories.

They were warnings.

He saw himself… alone… standing on a shattered planet.

The sky burned.

The oceans vanished.

Mountains crumbled.

Gods—dozens of them—rushed at him.

He swung the stick once—

Everything disappeared.

Not a sound.

Not a soul.

Not even light.

The stick had the power to create or destroy entire realities.

It could wipe out all gods in a single blow… if used at full power.

It wasn't just a weapon.

It was the ultimate force.

Ayaan stumbled back, gasping, sweat on his forehead.

The others noticed.

Rhea stood up. "Ayaan?! What did you see?"

He looked at the stick.

And for the first time…

He felt fear.

Ayaan took a deep breath, steadying himself.

The horrible visions still echoed in his mind, but he smiled at his team and said:

"Don't worry. We're here to chill, remember?"

He sat back on the couch, forcing a calm grin. But when he looked at the Destroyer Stick again…

It was no longer just glowing.

It was looking at him.

Not literally—but Ayaan felt it.

And then, in a voice only he could hear, the stick spoke:

"You are the only one worthy of my true power."

The words echoed inside his soul.

The others noticed the strange silence.

Rhea nudged him. "Ayaan?"

He stood up. "Come on. Let's go into the village. I think… we need to learn more about this place."

They all nodded, grabbed snacks, and headed down the peaceful glowing path into the village once more.

They gathered with the village elders beneath the great crystal tree, where old souls whispered stories through the wind.

Ayaan asked, "Can you tell us more about this place… and what dangers it holds?"

One of the old villagers looked at the glowing stick in Ayaan's hand, and his eyes widened in fear.

Then he spoke slowly:

"This was once a peaceful realm. Until he came…"

"Tsar."

The name alone sent a chill through the air.

Another elder added:

"He's powerful beyond belief. As tall as a mountain… as cruel as frozen steel. His strength shatters cities. His heart… is bedrock—solid, cold, unbreakable. He shows no mercy. He is… pure evil."

A silence fell.

Then—Anshuman laughed.

"Wow. Sounds like a final boss in a game!"

Aditya grinned. "Well, we've already fought monsters and destroyed kings. What's one more villain?"

Ayaan smirked. "Don't worry. We're here now."

They all nodded confidently.

But what they didn't know…

One of Tsar's hidden servants was lurking nearby, cloaked in shadows, eavesdropping.

He grinned wickedly.

And vanished.

Ayaan and Rhea sat quietly under a peaceful glowing tree near the edge of the village. The wind was soft, carrying the scent of floating flowers. The sun cast golden light through the leaves, and everything felt calm.

Rhea looked at Ayaan with a soft smile.

"You know… you're really good. Calm. And honestly… the best."

Ayaan looked at her, surprised—but then smiled.

A real one.

Rhea's eyes lit up. "You smiled?! Oh my god, that's your first real smile since I've known you."

She laughed gently and continued,

"When I first met you… you barely looked at me. You were all serious and weird. Didn't talk much. Like a statue with muscles."

Ayaan chuckled quietly.

Rhea leaned a little closer, her voice softer.

"But now… you're really good to me. And I…"

She was about to say something more—something important—

But—

"Yoooooo what's going on here!"

Aditya suddenly appeared, sliding in between them with a huge grin.

Anant dropped down on the other side. "Romantic energy spotted!"

Anshuman jumped right in front of them. "Interview time: Ayaan, what's happening?!"

Rhea's face turned red. She quickly looked away.

"N-Nothing! We were just chilling!"

Ayaan nodded calmly. "Yeah. Just… resting."

But the others noticed something.

They all looked at Rhea.

Her hair gently danced in the wind. Her smile was softer than ever. Her eyes sparkled with warmth.

She looked… very, very cute.

Aditya whispered, "Bro, she's glowing right now."

Anant added, "Like, actual angel vibes."

Anshuman: "Even her hair's in slow motion, what is this movie moment?"

Everyone turned to Ayaan.

He looked at Rhea, then simply said with a small, calm smile:

"Good."

And that single word?

Said everything.

The moment Ayaan said "Good", everyone went silent for a second.

Then—Rhea's cheeks turned red.

Not just normal red. Boiling tomato-level red.

She looked at Ayaan with wide eyes, then quickly looked down, covering her face with both hands.

Aditya burst out laughing.

"RHEA! You're BLUSHING like crazy!"

Anant joined in, grinning, "Wait wait—this is historical! Ayaan just complimented someone! For the first time!"

Anshuman dramatically announced, "Ladies and gentlemen, we are witnessing the impossible!"

Rhea, still blushing hard, mumbled, "I-I'm not! I just—It's the heat—shut up!"

But she couldn't stop smiling.

Then—she suddenly turned and ran toward the village, hiding her face.

Everyone just stared and then started laughing again.

Aditya flopped down beside Ayaan.

"You've got magic in your words now, huh?"

Ayaan stayed silent… but there was the tiniest smile still on his face.

They all chilled with him under the tree, teasing him every now and then, but he remained calm as ever—just sipping water like a peaceful warrior.

After some time, Rhea came walking back from the village.

In her hand, she was holding a small bunch of wildflowers.

The colors were soft—lavender, white, and blue. She had arranged them beautifully.

Everyone went quiet.

She walked straight to Ayaan.

Her face was still slightly pink, but this time she was smiling confidently.

"Here. For you."

She handed the flowers to Ayaan.

Ayaan looked at them, took them gently, and nodded.

"Thank you."

Rhea sat beside him again, this time even closer.

Everyone just smiled quietly.

Nobody said anything.

But they were all thinking the same thing:

Something's definitely blooming. 🌸

Rhea smiled, looking at everyone and softly said,

"With you all… especially with you, Ayaan… I feel like the safest girl in the world."

Everyone paused for a second.

Ayaan looked at her—calmly, quietly—and then his hand slowly reached out toward the stick lying near the tree.

He held it up effortlessly and said,

"Can any of you lift this?"

Aditya snorted. "Bro, it's just a stick. What are you, Thor now?"

Anshuman cracked his knuckles. "Easy peasy. Watch this."

He walked up, grabbed the stick with both hands, and pulled hard.

But the stick… didn't move. Not even a little.

Anshuman blinked. "Huh?"

Aditya stood up. "Let me try."

He grabbed it and pulled with all his strength. Nothing.

Anant joined. "Okay, now it's serious."

All three tried together—grunting, straining, almost falling backward.

Still nothing.

Ayaan just stood there, holding the stick in one hand like it was made of air.

Everyone stared at him, stunned.

"WHAT IS THIS THING?!" Aditya shouted.

Ayaan looked at the stick again. Something about it… felt different. As if it had chosen him.

He could feel a strange energy humming through it. Something ancient… unstoppable.

He slowly said,

"This… is not just a stick."

Rhea was still sitting beside him, eyes wide.

"Is that the same stick you picked up before?"

Ayaan nodded.

And then… a strange wind blew.

The clouds above twisted, just a little.

Nobody laughed this time.

Because deep down, they could all feel it now too—

That stick…

was something beyond all of them.

Ayaan stood, holding the mysterious stick in his hand. Its strange aura pulsed like a heartbeat.

He looked at the others and said calmly,

"When I activated this stick… everything inside me changed. My half-destroyed body—healed instantly. Even all of you… you were healed too. This stick… it saved us."

Everyone glanced at each other, remembering how their pain and injuries had suddenly vanished after the explosion.

Aditya said, "Wait… that's true. My broken arm… it was fine in seconds."

Anshuman added, "My legs weren't working properly. But now, I feel stronger than before."

Anant muttered, "This stick is not normal… it's like… some divine relic."

Rhea, still beside Ayaan, whispered, "It chose you."

They all nodded, still amazed, but Aditya finally stretched and said,

"Alright, enough of this magical stick mystery. Let's go back to our mansion and rest. We've got a village to save tomorrow."

They all agreed and started heading back. The sky was darker now, stars slowly peeking through the clouds, and the night air was calm.

Meanwhile, deep inside a dark castle…

A shadowy throne sat high above the room.

A single figure rested there—Tsar.

The servant who had watched the group from a distance stood trembling before him, sweat dripping from his face.

"L-Lord Tsar… those kids… they're not normal. They've already defeated the Desert King. They're in the village now. One of them… one of them has a stick. I—I think it's the ancient—"

He couldn't even finish.

Tsar simply turned his head… and looked at him.

SHHHHHRAAAAAKK!!

The servant's body exploded into red mist in an instant. Not a scream, not a sound. Just gone.

Tsar's glowing eyes narrowed.

He muttered to himself, voice cold and inhuman—

"So… the Chosen One has touched the staff of Eternion. Interesting."

And with a slight flick of his finger, a giant black beast behind him opened its eyes.

Something terrible was coming.
