"You already have a plan?" The Black and White Zetsu turned to Obito, surprised.
"Of course. Why do you think I've allowed Kirigakure to continuously wage war against Konoha?" Obito said confidently.
"Heh, it sounds like a remarkable plan. I eagerly await its unfolding!" the Black and White Zetsu chuckled.

Konoha.
Hospital.
"Wah! Wah! Wah!"
A strong, clear baby's cry echoed through the hospital, audible even in the hallway outside the closed door.
Many Uchiha clan members gathered in the hallway, as this was the day of the birth of the son of Uchiha Fugaku, the clan head. This was a momentous occasion for the Uchiha.
"He's born! He's born!"
"Clan Head, he's here!"
"Listen to that cry! He's full of life!"
The Uchiha outside were overjoyed, as if celebrating their own family's joyous event.
"Whew!" Uchiha Fugaku let out a long sigh of relief.
Uchiha Itachi, usually impassive, showed rare signs of excitement and joy.
Creak.
The door opened, and a nurse carrying a baby appeared. "Clan Head Uchiha, congratulations! It's a boy!"
"How's Mikoto? Is she alright?" Uchiha Fugaku carefully received the baby, then anxiously asked the nurse.
"The mother is fine as well."
"Thank you for your hard work!" Fugaku said happily.
"Sasuke is born," Uchiha Kouki, standing among the crowd, looked at the baby in Uchiha Fugaku's arms, unsure of his feelings. For a former fan of Naruto, witnessing Sasuke's birth held a special significance.

Fugaku spent a while soothing Sasuke, then went with Uchiha Itachi to the delivery room to see Uchiha Mikoto. The others remained outside.
"Mikoto, look at our son. His eyes and chin are just like yours," Uchiha Fugaku said, placing Sasuke before Mikoto.
Uchiha Mikoto smiled through her tears, playing with Sasuke for a while. "Fugaku, let's give our son a name."
"Let's call him… Uchiha Sasuke!" Fugaku said after some thought.
"Good, our son's name will be Sasuke!" Uchiha Mikoto agreed, stroking Sasuke's face. Turning to Uchiha Itachi, she said, "Itachi, this is your younger brother. You must protect him."
"Don't worry, Mother, I will protect my brother!" Uchiha Itachi declared resolutely. "Even if it costs me my life!"
If Kouki were in the room, he would have stopped Itachi. Making such declarations is dangerous!
With Sasuke's safe arrival confirmed, the Uchiha outside soon dispersed.
Kouki returned to his post, resuming his patrol duties in Konoha, maintaining his usual low profile.
