Sun was very perplexed and confused about how to react to the skill he possessed. Like Enard said, the power that was granted to him really had huge potential. Even if the skill was in the lowest rank, it was already stronger than its current rank.

'What about the two titles I received? As far as I know, the only title I possessed was called "Guardian." It only changed after I was the only human left, to "The Last Guardian,"' Sun thought. It was also because of this title that he knew he was the only human left, yet he still looked for someone, in denial of this fact for hundreds of years.

...

Title: Cosmic Traveler

Description: A title earned by defying the limits of time itself. Sun the first entity of human species to regress more than a century into the past, rewriting fate from the moment of arrival. They alone hold the key to altering destiny and rewriting the course of history.

Title Effect: Enlightened Affinity with Cosmic Power

Description: "Enlightened Affinity with Cosmic Power" grants the user a natural bond with all elements, triggering Enlightenment that deepens understanding of any elemental force. It also provides moderate resistance to elemental attacks, enhancing both versatility and cosmic adaptability.

...

"This is great! Resistance to any elemental attack is a good thing this will really help me out later," Sun said. He knew how important resistance skills were, especially when it came to elemental attacks. Not only that, he had been granted moderate resistance to them.

Sun also thought that the full power of this skill would be revealed later on, since the enemies were still in the first phase. Awakened demons were nearly impossible to encounter at this stage.

After reading all that, Sun became lost in thought. Then he noticed another notification as an envelope appeared in front of him. He was momentarily shocked he had never seen anything like it before.

[1x Mysterious Mail]

- Would you like to open it?

- YES or NO

'New features? I didn't have this back in the past. As far as I remember, no one had it, and I hadn't even heard anything about it either,' Sun thought. Still, he proceeded and clicked yes.

In an instant, a radiant light illuminated the room, shimmering with hues reminiscent of galaxies and cosmic wonders. Sun shielded his eyes, and as the brilliance subsided, he found himself face-to-face with an ethereal figure. His surprise was palpable

"Aurelius?" Sun stammered, trying to make sense of the mysterious being before him. It was both familiar and strange in some sense, so he blurted out a name upon seeing what was in front of him. The figure stood silently, a confused look on his face. The being slowly suspended in the air, its presence both captivating and enigmatic.

A voice resonated from the figure, soothing yet commanding, as it began to convey a message to Sun.

"I am Aurelius, the Zenith Celestial. It looks like you've met me? May I know how?" Aurelius spoke, his voice carrying a mix of warmth and reverence.

Sun immediately informed him about the memory he had and all the things that happened in the past.

"I now understand. But as you can see, I am merely a projection of the former power of Aurelius. I don't have his power I am simply a messenger. I fought Seraphine until I almost exhausted my power in a battle to seal her and his formidable subordinates.

"You should've also received my power, if that's correct. It's not a simple power or skill that any being would possess. It's an Inheritance or should I say, an origin ability," Aurelius said.

Sun's eyes widened. He knew Aurelius had done everything he could to stop his sister and even gave his power to someone he had never met, yet didn't hesitate to transfer it to Sun. This was also his first time hearing such a term: origin ability? Inheritance?

"Sooner or later, Seraphine will eventually break free from suspended animation. The power of Chaos, which Seraphine obtained in the void, is a mysterious force even to me. That is why she is now much stronger than she ever was," Aurelius confessed.

"I am here to warn you. Time does not affect us or Seraphine while sealed they still possess consciousness."

Sun realized something from Aurelius' words. The upcoming invasion would now pose an even more formidable threat, comparable to the past.

"You may not know this, but we know who you are, Sun. I know who you are. Whatever adversaries you encounter, you will find a way to overcome them. For hundreds of years, the life you lived in the past is beyond what humans can endure.

You will encounter greater risk, but with that comes greater rewards. Seize the opportunity to grow stronger," Aurelius said.

Sun couldn't help but feel overwhelmed by the immense responsibility placed upon him. He voiced his thoughts, seeking answers.

"But Aurelius, I've encountered countless higher beings in the past. Compared to them, you are a god. So why didn't you help us humans fight against the demons and the Watchers who descended here on Earth? Couldn't you foresee these changes?"

Aurelius's expression remained unchanged.

"I am not all-knowing or omnipotent, Sun," Aurelius said.

"Although I possess immense power, there are restrictions imposed by this universe that prevent us from directly intervening in your world's affairs especially Earth. By the time the Watchers joined the descent to Earth, I was already fighting Seraphine," Aurelius explained.

"So you're not the only one who fought for hundreds of years. We can only observe, even if we desire to assist you to the best of our abilities. This universe is unforgiving and worse, it is merely a fragment of a larger dimension where our existence holds little significance," Aurelius continued

"Sun, you possess extraordinary potential," Aurelius revealed, his voice brimming with confidence

"With my power, you can protect and uphold all that surrounds you. It is a power that has infinite growth, whose origin I have not fully discovered. But I believe in your capacity to wield it."

Sun felt a surge of gratitude and determination as he absorbed the weight of Aurelius' words. He understood that Aurelius had entrusted him with the fate of the universe and the task of stopping his sister's rampage.

As Aurelius's projection began to fade, Sun couldn't help but speak, even though he knew Aurelius wouldn't hear it. It was a vow a promise he made to himself.

"Whether you were just a recorded message or a conscious being, I am thankful for this chance. I will work hard to become stronger. This isn't a burden. It's my duty and responsibility to honor your sacrifice for our sake. I won't let it be in vain."

With the projection completely dissipated, Sun took a deep breath and turned his attention to the System and checked his skills once again. He knew the journey ahead would be arduous.
