Kelly grimaced, the sound of the woman's discordant voice making her already aching head throb even harder. "Disgusting ghost lady, I have no idea where your daughter is… she's probably a ghost like you doing ghost stuff. Or buried. Go find her yourself."
The rotting abomination howled, her voice rattling Kelly's eardrums hard enough that blood burst from her mouth. Her face went pale as the cave shook from the scream of the maddened horror, the darkness around her somehow growing deeper.
"Mommy is coming! Sweet little sunshine! Sparkles! Don't cry, Mommy will sing you a lullaby!" the rotting woman shrieked, thrashing wildly, her voice sliding everywhere like some deranged symphony.
Kelly's eyes widened as she clamped her hands over her bleeding ears, warm blood trailing down her face while the rotting woman rambled on nonstop.
"System, do you have any idea how to get rid of this nightmare?" Kelly snapped, teeth clenched as the mental assault hammered her senses.
