The sun was shining beautifully, like always.
It was around 11 a.m.,
and I was enjoying the hell out of dreamland.
But my dream got rudely interrupted when the sun's rays decided I'd slept enough.
A sharp beam of light hit me right in the eyes and woke me up.
I opened my eyes
then immediately shut them again, shielding them with my hand.
"Ahhhh..." I groaned in pain.
After a few seconds, my eyes finally adjusted to the light.
I sat up in bed.
Letting out a loud yawn, I glanced over at the clock.
"11 a.m."?
Damn, I slept in.
But whatever, I earned that rest after everything that went down yesterday.
Then, suddenly, my stomach let out a loud growl.
"Right".
"I didn't eat anything yesterday".
"There's a fridge here, so let's pray it actually has something inside".
I opened the fridge
and yep, it was full of food.
I smiled, grabbed six eggs, and made myself an omelet.
As soon as I took a bite, I started moaning.
Yeah, that's how good it was.
"Hmmmmmmmm…"
I could totally be the next Gordon Ramsay.
...Okay, maybe that's pushing it.
But before I could go back to enjoying my masterpiece,

Before I could even begin to process it,
I heard a tearing sound
and not like a backpack ripping kind of tear.
I mean the sound of someone being ripped in half
and it was coming from above me.
My eyes followed the noise…
and when I saw what caused it,
I gulped loudly.
(Insert loud gulp SFX)
The heavens above me had been torn open
but before I could even say,
"The universe freaking hates me,"
the sky, the world
everything around me just disappeared.
All I could see were red lightning lines and bright flashing light
and... wait, was that an image of me eating the omelet???
Then came the boom.
A full-on sonic blast.
The lights and colors all vanished,
and I felt my body start spinning
at a ridiculous speed.
So obviously,
I started screaming like a little girl. 🙄
(Insert dramatic little girl screaming SFX)
Then suddenly
colors returned.
My feet hit solid ground.
But it didn't matter,
because I could barely see straight.
I was dizzy as hell from the time-whirl.
Through my spinning vision,
I saw a trash can nearby and tried to walk over to it
but just fell flat on my face like some drunk idiot.
I heard voices:
Person 1: "Look at that guy. Dude's wasted."
Person 2: "Can you blame him? War's about to reach us too."
Person 3: "Man… I wish I could drink like that and not give a damn about Amazons or Atlanteans."
I heard their words through the dizziness
and slowly, everything began to make sense.
First, everyone froze.
Then those weird flashes of me.
Then this place.
War.
Amazons and Atlanteans.
This was freaking Flashpoint.
And the cause of it?
That damn speedster freak
Barry Allen.

Once the dizziness finally wore off and I could stand,
I rushed over to the trash can
and threw up everything I had in me.
Did I care about what people thought?
Absolutely not 😭
I threw up everything in my stomach into that trash can.
Wiped my mouth from the vomit and leaned back for a bit, just breathing.
Then I heard it.
Boom…
Someone hit the ground.
I turned around, and there next to the stairs lay a blond man.
The moment I saw him, I recognized him.
That was Barry freakin' Allen.
He used to be my favorite hero when I was a kid.
I didn't expect to meet him this early.
So yeah... I guess that I'm not in Gotham anymore.
Then Barry's mom came and helped him up.
While they walked off, they had a conversation just normal stuff.
And I was just standing there, thinking.
All of this...
All of this happened because of Eobard Thawne. A.K.A. Reverse Flash.
What even is that name?
What kind of mother curses her child with a name like that?
But I guess a guy like him deserves a cursed name like that.
Reverse Flash is literally the number one hater in the whole galaxy.
If I remember right from a video I saw about him...
This dude bullied Barry,
kidnapped his dog,
and oh yeah killed his mom on his birthday.
Back on topic I don't even wanna think about that hater.
Like I said, this all happened because Reverse Flash pissed off Barry.
So Barry went back in time and saved his mom.
Which changed everything…...
And created the Flashpoint.
I figured I should probably stay close to him.
So I kept watching Barry with his mom.
Eventually, they walked into an alley.
He said something to her
Then said goodbye.
Then he went to find his girlfriend.
You're wondering how I knew that?
Well...
This is probably the most painful part of the whole movie.
How can i forget on something like that.
You'll see what I mean.
Barry walked into a tall building.
Talked for a bit with the receptionist her name was Doris, by the way.
Then he turned around...
And there she was.
Iris, his girlfriend ,smiling
But not at him.
Nope.
She was smiling at the man behind Barry,
Holding a little girl in his arms.
The man walked past Barry like he didn't even exist...
And kissed Iris.
Barry just stood there.
Calm on the outside…
But inside? Who knows.
After all he just got ntr'ed
Eventually, Barry left the building.
And i followed him.
And I called out
"Hey, Barry Allen! Wait up!"
He turned around and said,
"How do you know my name? Do we know each other?"
I answered,
"No. But I know you, Flash.
And I can help you."
Barry's eyes widened
Surprised, maybe even a little excited.
"So you know who I am?"
I nodded.
"I can't explain how I know.
But I can help.
Right now, we need to head to Gotham."
