"Teniola Williams, trending on social media!"
That was not the first thing she expected to hear when she woke up.
Apparently, a photo of her and Dami kissing at the investor gala had gone viral. Now the media wanted interviews.
"I can't do a live interview!" Teni panicked. "I'm not media trained. I say weird things when I'm nervous. One time I told a priest his cassock looked like curtains!"
But it was too late.
The next day, she found herself in front of flashing lights and a smiling talk show host.
"So Teni, what's it like being married to one of Nigeria's most eligible bachelors?"
She smiled. "It's like... living with a fridge that talks. Cold, but functional."
The audience laughed.
"And how do you two stay so in love?"
Teni blinked. "Prayer. And separate bathrooms."
Backstage, Dami stared at her. "You realize they think I'm emotionally unavailable and slightly constipated now, right?"
She grinned. "You're welcome."
