Feiyah - Oh well... [She sighs, then tries to cheer up.] I guess I deserved that. There goes my dream...
Daico - You... had a dream too?
Feiyah [Irritated] - Of course I did! I'm not some porcelain doll, Sir Daico! I had a dream... a dream to fight alongside my idol... and now that's shattered. [She closes her eyes.]
Daico - Let me guess. Big biceps? Kai the Brick? Marshall the Cobblestone?
Feiyah - Surprisingly close. It's Entifa. You know, the-
Together - The Javelin, Entifa.
[Feiyah looks up, wide-eyed and flustered.]
Daico - Okay, we are totally in love right now.
Feiyah - Giggles Don't push your luck. [She grabs the book.] I'll return this once I'm done.
[She gets up and walks out.]
Daico - R-Right... You better hurry. If Mr. Moss sees you leaving my room, I'll never hear the end of it.
Feiyah - Goodnight~ [She shuts the door behind her.]
Mr. Moss [Muffled] - HEY! Did you just leave Daico's room?
Feiyah [Muffled] - No, sir. I don't think I did.
Mr. Moss [Muffled] - DID YOU TWO HAVE SEX?
Feiyah [Muffled] - Gross, Mr. Moss.
Mr. Moss [Muffled] - HOW BIG WAS HIS D-
Feiyah [Muffled] - Disgusting. [Door slam.]
Mr. Moss [Muffled] - DAICO? YOU AWAKE? ... HOW BIG'S YO D-
Daico - Well. I'm hard. Can't say today was a total loss. [He gets up and strips out of his uniform.]
[He slides into bed.]
Daico [Internal] - So Mr. Moss has the same Sorcery as me... Maybe there's more to Lava than I thought. How did he make it to the top fighters with it? Secrets... There has to be secrets. I'll do my best, Feiyah. Our dreams might be dead - but we can build new ones. Together...
[His eyes close.]
[The screen fades in: "Day 2" blinks on the alarm.]
Daico - Yaaawwwnnn~ Why does the bed feel worse today?
Mr. Moss [From the hallway] - ATTENDANCE!!
[Daico bolts to the door faster than yesterday.]
Mr. Moss - Wow pal, is Mister Lava Boy a heavy sleeper now? You have fun yesterday?
Daico - Loads.
Mr. Moss - You know what drives me mad, Daico?
Daico - What now? [He yawns.]
Mr. Moss - I can't barge into dorms just 'cause someone doesn't answer. What if they're showering or something? Ridiculous rules, I tell you.
Daico [Internal] - This guy's got one brain cell, and it's actively trying to assassinate him - and failing.
Mr. Moss - Speaking of which, your little night-buddy Feiyah ain't answering. AGAIN. I just wanna bust in and drag her outside - naked, if I have to, you feel me? [Leans on the wall.]
[Daico closes the door without replying and heads to the bathroom.]
[He opens the sink.]
Daico - AHHH! IT BURNS! What the hell?! Why's the water so hot? Ugh! I'm gonna stink all day. Guess I'm in my primal era now...
[He exits his room.]
[Camera remains on the hallway. A girl in an all-black outfit drops from the ceiling and enters Daico's room.]
[Inside, she slides a crystal under his pillow, steals one of his books, then disappears through the ceiling.]
