Chapter 562: Descenders Aether and Lumine! Teyvat's Future Apocalypse!
"Done."
In the void of darkness, Ren clapped his hands. He was very satisfied with using the Primordial Sea as a decoration for his Chaos Realm. However, this place, having lost the Primordial Sea, was now just an empty, pitch-black void.
"Ren! I can't see anything!" a pair of arms tightly embraced his waist from behind.
He couldn't help but smile. "No matter how much she pretends, Fufu is just an ordinary girl." Spatial power enveloped them, taking them away from the void.
"I can see now! We're back!" Furina exclaimed. They had all returned to the Opera Epiclese.
"Person from beyond this world… you are very strong," Skirk showed a solemn expression for the first time. She still didn't fully understand his power, but she had a preliminary cognition: it was as unfathomable as the Abyss, surpassing even her master.
"I don't deny that. It's not arrogance; it's just that all of Teyvat is quite weak," Ren shrugged, speaking a great truth.
"Ren, is the Primordial Sea really gone?" Focalors was more worried about the prophecy.
"You see." Ren pointed, and a spatial screen unfolded. The waters of the Primordial Sea appeared, not in the void, but on an unfamiliar land where a sci-fi city stood.
"Ren, what have you brought here?" Echidna had already seen his gaze and casually asked, her eyes fixed on the water, full of research desire.
"Just some pretty things. Echidna, Albedo, Yan Lingji, you three plan these out and decorate the Chaos Realm."
"Yes, Lord Ren!"
He casually closed the screen. "You've seen it. You can believe it now, right?"
"That's not Teyvat," Skirk confirmed at a glance.
Ren said, "It's my world, I suppose."
"Your world?" her pupils contracted sharply. She had thought it was merely a connection; she never imagined it was a world he owned.
But Furina and Focalors were more concerned about the consequences. "That's great! Has the prophecy been broken?!" Furina asked, full of trust.
Focalors, however, was still in a daze. The prophecy that had plagued her for 500 years was ending in such a simple way?
Neuvillette also had too many questions, but Ren's next words made him stop. "Fontaine's future is bright, but Teyvat seems to be heading towards its end."
He looked up, his gaze piercing through the building, reaching Celestia, reaching the origin of Teyvat. The issues of Khaenri'ah, the Heavenly Principles, and the Abyss all indicated that Teyvat was steadily approaching its end. So, he thought, would solving it all at once be killing multiple birds with one stone?
"Hmm?" Suddenly, his gaze turned in one direction with a hint of surprise. "Interesting. The protagonists have arrived."
What surprised him was that two lives had just descended upon Teyvat. These two were the "protagonists," the twin siblings Aether and Lumine. Not long after, they attracted the attention of the Sustainer of Heavenly Principles.
The Sustainer, who bore a striking resemblance to a certain Herrscher, unleashed a skill that enveloped Aether. His figure scattered and disappeared like folded blocks.
"Aether!" Lumine cried out in alarm, then lost consciousness.
Well, as expected, Aether was transferred away. This is the rhythm of the story just beginning. Based on this, Ren wondered if he should pick Lumine up… and from this, his thoughts branched out. He could pick up the entire Teyvat.
"Ren-kun, what's wrong?" Seeing him freeze, Furina gently called his name.
"Nothing. I just thought of a way to solve Teyvat's doom."
"Doom? You mean Teyvat is heading towards destruction?" Neuvillette, who had not yet regained his full authority as the Hydro Dragon Sovereign, spoke with an innocent tone.
However, Skirk and Focalors were not surprised. Teyvat was gradually weakening; this was a fact.
"But before that, Fufu, you still need to understand the current situation with me," Ren gently squeezed her hand. He then linked his vision with hers, allowing her to see Teyvat's true state through his eyes.
"Ah?" The things she saw underwent a strange reversal. Her gaze covered every inch of land, from the encroached borders to the very core. It was the first time she realized what the continent was truly facing.
