The young lady approaches Min as she slash through the flesh of the monsters.
" Hey you are you ok? Did they bite or scratch you yet?"
She asks with a gentle voice.
" No I haven't hurt yet ! Please save my sister she is asleep due to the drug"
" Good what is your name boy?"
" I am Min "
" I am Kay. Follow me I will take you and your sister to a safe place"
She picks up the sleeping Nyo and leads towards the exit of the tent. Min follows her quickly and sees more people with strange clothes and shining blades fighting monsters.
" Where do you think you are going "
The wolf-like monster shouted and pouches over Kay.
A fight between monster and Kay quickly starts.
Kay protects herself with the blade and throws Nyo to Min.
" Take your sister and run south there is a group of people waiting to save you"
Min nodded and quickly ran away from battle but he didn't know which way was south so he just ran where he was heading. Unknown to him he was running to the north ,the opposite direction Kay mentioned.
Kay and the wolf - like monster fight a fierce battle.
" Why is there a dark Thamerns in such a remote place"
" I am here to kill and eat you, the Rays"
" The Rays are not that easy to kill. I think you can entertain me a little"
Rays is an organization that know the existence and nature of Thamerns. The members of rays are capable of using some energy which is unfamiliar to this world ,called mana. Kay is the first order member of the Rays. She can command a small group of members in the organization. Now she was on the mission of scouting the refugee camp for Thamerns and she find out that Thamerns are gathering inside one big tent and trying to kill a young boy. Therefore she decided and act rickleesly to save the boy. Her actual mission was to report back about the Thamerns to third order member. But now due to her rickless decision she has to fight a dark Thamerns.
" I have to use that technique,otherwise I have no chance of winning"
Kay holds her blade with both hands as she thought herself and the shining light on the blade slowly turns blue from white. Then she quickly slash the dark Thamerns with her sword .
Boom!!!
The dark Thamerns quickly evade the attack by jumping backward but as soon as the blade passed in front of him a blast of energy wave come out from the blade and hit him like a cannon.
He looked at Kay with surprised eyes as the blood fell out from his wound.
" You can perform mana blade technique at this age?"
The dark Thamerns hold his wound with right hand to stop bleeding. He is a dark Thamerns therefore a wound like this will heal in an hour or two. But he can't fight a mana blade holder in this situation. He has heard about the Rays and fought before therefore he knew exactly how powerful a mana blade is. Normal blade holders are no match for him but the mana blade holder is on a different level.Now she said to the boy there is a group of people in south and that means more mana blade holders can be inside that group and arrive here soon. If that happens that will be difficult for him. So he decided to run away to the north quickly
" Yes of course.Now it's time for you to die Thamerns "
Kay quickly performs another slash but the dark Thamerns jump back further this time and run away knowing he cannot defeat Kay.
Kay kneels down as soon as Thamerns runs away. She can only perform one slash of manablade. The second slash is a bluff to scare off Thamerns. She is glad that it actually work. Otherwise she can't defeat the dark Thamerns. Now she needs to rest and recover her mana.
"Oh " she suddenly realized that the direction Thamerns run away and the direction Min run aways are the same.
" I hope the boy was safe"
