Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: Framed and Forgotten

---

Sam never imagined his life would end in handcuffs.

He was just a normal guy — working as a delivery runner, paying rent late, sharing his dreams with his girlfriend, Tia, and laughing through hard times with his best friend, Rex. Life was hard, but it was his. He believed in loyalty. In love.

Until the night the cops dragged him out of his apartment.

"Hands where I can see them! Sam Carter, you're under arrest for the murder of Councilman Brent Holloway!"

Murder?

Blood stained his floor. A corpse he didn't know lay beside his tipped-over kitchen chair. Sam froze — eyes wide, heart pounding. "I didn't do this! This is a setup!"

But it didn't matter. In the courtroom, he waited for Tia to defend him — but her eyes didn't meet his.

"I saw Sam," she whispered. "He killed that man. I was scared…"

Rex followed, confident, with a smugness in his voice. "He talked about getting revenge. Said people like Holloway deserved to die."

The courtroom echoed with the sound of a gavel. "Guilty. Life imprisonment."

He was chained and thrown into the transport van like an animal.

Sam didn't cry.

He burned.

Days later, in a dark cell buried deep beneath Blackridge Maximum Security Prison, something inside him snapped.

[DING! SYSTEM ACTIVATION – INFINITE HUMAN SUMMON UNLOCKED.]

Summoning Rate: 100,000/second.

Condition: Host is immortal unless all summoned humans perish. Lifespan extended infinitely.

At first, he thought it was madness. But then—light. Power surged through the walls. The floor cracked as silver portals opened in every direction.

One by one, soldiers in black armor stepped forth — human but flawless. Silent. Powerful. Kneeling.

"Awaiting command, Master."

Sam stood up. No longer a prisoner. No longer a victim.

"Break me out," he whispered.

Moments later, Blackridge trembled. Explosions rocked its foundation. Guards screamed. Cameras shorted. Concrete split as thousands of his summons stormed every level.

He walked through the chaos untouched, a god among flames.

Outside, helicopters whirred — but fell like flies before his army's anti-air squads.

By dawn, Sam disappeared from the world.

And the world would never be the same.

Betrayed by love. Framed by friendship. Imprisoned by lies.

Now, he had one purpose: Take control of the underworld. Burn the world they ruled. And punish those who betrayed him.

Because Sam Carter was no longer just a man.

He was the Infinite Summoner.
