Rayden smiled slightly. "Goku, we're from another time and space. And this Cell? He's a good guy now."
"Another time and space?" GT Son Goku blinked in surprise. It was his first time hearing something like that, but he quickly brushed it off.
"So, what are you all doing here?"
Rayden answered calmly, "Just passing through. Thought we'd have some fun and maybe meet some strong fighters."
Goku studied them for a moment. These four were powerful—he could tell instantly. If they'd meant harm, they would've attacked while he was out of control earlier.
"Alright then," GT Goku nodded, relaxing his stance. "Pan, stay here and don't wander. I'm going to take care of Baby."
"Okay, Grandpa!" Pan nodded obediently.

GT Son Goku soon found Baby, and without delay, their battle began.
In his Super Saiyan 4 form, GT Goku was significantly stronger than Baby. Within moments—
Boom!
A powerful blow from Goku sent Baby crashing into the ground, carving a crater into the earth and kicking up a massive cloud of dust.
As the dust cleared, GT Goku landed in front of him.
It was clear—Baby was no match for him.
Just then, GT Bulma drove up in a strange vehicle, carrying a machine with a large beam emitter: the Blutz Wave Amplifier.
"Mr. Baby! I'm here to help you!" she called.
"No—don't, Bulma!" Baby shouted in panic.
But it was too late. GT Bulma had already hit the switch.
A brilliant beam shot from the device and engulfed Baby.
"Aaargh!"
Baby screamed as the light intensified, and before their eyes, he transformed—becoming a Golden Great Ape.
ROAR!!
The transformed Baby let out a deafening roar and began rampaging through the city.
GT Goku leapt forward to stop him—but was immediately blasted by a mouth cannon from the giant ape.
BANG!
The powerful energy blast sent Goku flying through several buildings.
"You're not unconscious at all! You tricked me!" Goku realized as he regained his balance.
"Hahahaha!"
Baby's voice echoed. "It's Vegeta's body that transformed, not mine. Of course I stayed in control!"
"GT Goku is still too naïve," Rayden remarked, shaking his head. He turned to Paragus. "Paragus, go give your Super Saiyan 4 a test run."
"Drink!!"
Paragus roared, his power erupting. His black hair lengthened, cascading over his shoulders. Red fur spread across his chest and arms, his body bulking up, and a long red tail swayed behind him.
Pan gasped in awe. "That's Grandpa's transformation!"
Now fully transformed into Super Saiyan 4, Paragus charged at Baby without hesitation.
Whoosh!
Catching Baby off guard, Paragus delivered a fierce kick that sent him crashing to the ground.
"What!?"
Baby's mind reeled. Wasn't every Saiyan under his control? Who was this? And he's Super Saiyan 4!?
One was bad enough… now there are two!?
"You can turn into Super Saiyan 4 too?" GT Goku exclaimed in shock.
Paragus nodded. "Let's finish him, Kakarot!"
"Right!"
Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!
The two warriors attacked in unison, hammering Baby with relentless punches and blasts. Baby couldn't fight back.
"Damn you all!"
Baby flew into the sky and raised his hands.
"People of Zivl, lend me your strength! Raise your hands! Help me destroy these cursed Saiyans!"
Despite his villainy, the Zivl-inhabited people of Earth responded. Dark energy gathered and surged toward him.
Baby formed a massive, dark energy ball.
"Go to hell!" he screamed.
He launched the attack—his Revenge Death Ball—directly at GT Goku and Paragus.
Paragus didn't flinch.
As the energy bomb approached, he raised his leg and kicked it back with a mighty roar.
BOOM!
The attack exploded harmlessly in space.
Baby stared in disbelief. "That… that was my strongest attack…"
Now furious, Paragus began charging energy at his waist, aiming to finish Baby off.
"Kamehameha!"
A powerful beam surged from his hands.
"No, wait!" GT Goku shouted, teleporting in front of Baby and intercepting the blast.
"Hahahaha!"
Baby burst into laughter, unharmed thanks to Goku's intervention.
Paragus blinked, stunned. "Kakarot, what the hell are you doing?! Who taught you to help your enemies during a fight!?"
GT Goku offered a weak smile. "If I let that hit… Vegeta would die too."
Suddenly, Baby's expression changed. A malicious idea formed.
He turned toward Earth, gathered energy, and formed a glowing purple energy sphere between his hands.
"Super Galick Cannon!"
"Disappear, Earth!" Baby shouted.
"No! You're despicable!" Goku screamed, but it was too late. The blast had already been fired—and he couldn't stop it in time.
Rayden, observing from afar, sighed and vanished in a flash.
He reappeared on Earth and extended two fingers forward. A concentrated ball of energy formed on his fingertip.
"Death Energy Bomb!"
He hurled it forward.
BOOM!
The two energy blasts collided midair, creating a violent shockwave that lit up the sky.
Meanwhile, Cell took action.
He teleported directly in front of Baby and formed a glowing energy disc in his hand.
"Cutting Disc!"
He threw it—Baby couldn't dodge in time.
Shhhink!
Baby's tail was sliced off cleanly.
His Great Ape form immediately collapsed, shrinking back to normal as he screamed in agony.
"Noooo!!"
Baby was forcefully separated from Vegeta's body.
Desperate to escape, he tried to fly off.
But Cell wasn't done.
He charged his energy, held out his hands, and released a devastating blast.
"Kamehameha!"
The wave engulfed Baby, reducing him to ash.
Swish!
Rayden reappeared in front of the group.
"You guys are incredible!" Pan's eyes sparkled with admiration.
"Thank you for stopping that energy cannon and saving Earth." GT Goku bowed in gratitude.
Rayden helped him up with a smile. "It was nothing."
Then, something clicked in Rayden's mind.
In this timeline, Goku didn't die fighting Cell… nor did he participate in the Hell Martial Arts Tournament… and he never learned Fusion.
No wonder things felt off in the Time Chamber…
"Broly, Cell, Paragus—help Goku out. I'll be back soon."
As he spoke, Rayden waved his hand and summoned a dimensional wall.
Without hesitation, he stepped inside, and the wall sealed behind him.
GT Goku and Pan were speechless.
"Wow," Pan muttered. "He's gone… and I can't even sense his energy anymore."
Moments later, God Jebito flew over, accompanied by GT Gohan and others.
(After East Supreme Kai and Kibito fused using the Potara Earrings in the GT timeline, they remained in their fused state because they never used Namek's Dragon Balls to reverse it.)
"Supreme Kai!" GT Goku greeted.
God Jebito nodded. "Goku, I obtained the Super Holy Water from the Heavenly Temple. It restored their minds."
"I see," Goku replied.
GT Trunks stepped forward. "Uncle Goku—where's my dad?"
"He's right over there," Goku said, pointing.
"Dad!" GT Trunks flew toward GT Vegeta, who was lying injured.
Vegeta's eyes flickered open as he heard his son's voice.
"Trunks…"
"Are you alright, Dad?"
"I'm fine…" Vegeta grunted through the pain. "Where is that bastard Baby?"
He still wanted to be the one to destroy the parasite that had taken over his body.
GT Trunks shook his head. "By the time I arrived, the battle was over. Uncle Goku and some others handled it."
Vegeta narrowed his eyes but nodded.
The two then flew together toward GT Goku and the others.
