Suoh looked at Vali high in the sky, in his Balance Breaker. Seeing him flying, Suoh spread his wings and soared above the buildings as well.
[I didn't expect us to meet so soon, Ddraig!]
Albion spoke from the light wings.
[My host just came to have fun. He's tired of devils, so he came for a real fight, not a one-sided humiliation. I hope your host can keep up.]
Ddraig spoke from Suoh's left hand. Ddraig seemed very excited about the fight.
[Humiliation? My host won't lose easily! He's my best host! The strongest, Hakuryuukou!]
"Enough talk, lizards!" Suoh said impatiently, advancing to attack.
"Come on, my rival!" Vali countered Suoh's advance.
With great speed, the two clashed, exchanging a punch.
The impact of their fists created a shockwave that shook the block below.

Ddraig and Albion shouted as Suoh and Vali traded punches.
Vali aimed a powerful punch at Suoh with his other hand. But Suoh was faster, dodging to the side. Without wasting time, Suoh quickly retaliated with a strong punch to Vali's stomach.
Vali lost his breath from the powerful punch and doubled over before Suoh. But Suoh wasn't done, kicking Vali's face, covered by the armor's helmet. Vali was sent flying upward. Suoh continued attacking relentlessly with full speed and power. He didn't even need magic against a kid without proper training. No, Vali had training, but it was magic training.
Amid Suoh's attacks, Vali touched Suoh while being attacked.

This was because Divide Dividing can't divide more than half the power of an opponent stronger than its wielder. The divided power is only the opponent's original power without the Balance Breaker. Vali's total power wasn't much for Suoh, as Vali uses magic to maintain Balance Breaker, and magical power is what Suoh has in abundance.
This is one of the key points behind the power of both Heavenly Dragons. Albion only divides half the power of someone below Vali's maximum power without the Sacred Gear. Ddraig only doubles the maximum power Suoh already has.
For example, in an RPG:
Vali has 100 total power without Divide Dividing.
Suoh has 1,000 total power without Boosted Gear.
Vali divides Suoh's power.
Suoh: 900
Suoh doubles his power after division.
Suoh: 1,800
Vali: 200
And the cycle repeats.
Vali: 300
Suoh: 2,800
But there are two flaws.
Since Suoh was left with 1,700, shouldn't he have 3,400? Why only 2,800?
And that's the flaw of the Boosted Gear. As Vali took another 100 from Suoh's total power, which had dropped to 800, Suoh, by doubling his power, gained another 800, ending up with 1,700. As Suoh's original total power decreases, his endurance also decreases, weakening him. The same happens with Vali stealing power.
Both Sacred Gears use two things to activate Balance Breaker: endurance and magical power. With both using magical power, they'll always have the endurance to enter Balance Breaker whenever they want after it's deactivated or destroyed in battle.
Just as the Boosted Gear becomes weaker when doubling after losing original total power, Divide Dividing only steals the maximum power the wielder's body can handle.
These are the flaws in the Heavenly Dragons' power. Everything depends on how strong their wielder is—endurance or magical power.

Suoh started laughing. He positioned himself high up and put both hands behind his head.
"Ehehehe… Is that all my rival can do for now?"
Suoh stopped laughing and took his hands off his head. He looked at Vali in his white armor.
Turning around, Suoh said, "What a disappointment! I give up!" Suoh lost interest.
Vali got the wrong idea when Suoh said he gave up.
"You're giving up already? Not even my rival is a match for me… I am the true White Dragon! The strongest!"
Suoh looked at him with a sweatdrop. 'What a dork,' Suoh thought after seeing Vali's pose. Sighing at Vali's attitude, Suoh spoke calmly with disappointment in his voice. "You got it wrong, weakling! I'm giving up because I'm disappointed in you…! You're weak, and I have no interest in weaklings! Train for another ten years and come to Kuoh Town… I'll give you a rematch there! If you're still not up to my level? I'll kill you!"

With his dragon and demonic aura, Vali charged toward Suoh.
"White Fist…!" Suoh began as Vali approached. The wings on Suoh's back disappeared, replaced by thrusters.
"…of the White Dragon!" Suoh charged at full speed, hitting Vali's stomach. The moment Suoh's white light fist touched Vali, his armor shattered instantly and disappeared.
"Va-kun!" Vali fell from the sky. Suoh was the victor, having lost 20% of his power.
Vali is a young boy with dark silver hair and ice-blue eyes, often shown with light ultramarine rims. He has a small white dragon plushie on his shoulder.
Lavinia ran to Vali's side. Suoh landed in front of her.
Lavinia sensed the tremendous magical power contained in Suoh's body. She knew she couldn't fight, even with her Sacred Gear.
"That's enough, Sekiryuutei… you won! Leave Va-kun alone!"
Lavinia stood in front of the injured Vali. Knowing she had no chance against the magical power she felt, she would still protect Vali with her life. She would protect her little brother.
"Get out of the way, Lavinia-neechan… I won't lose. Albion, let's use the Jugger… Ahhhhhhhhhhh!"
Before Vali could finish, a barrage of white lights hit him. Suoh was holding out his hand with a medium-sized sphere of magic. The lasers that came from the magic sphere avoided Lavinia, piercing Vali's body in several places.
A wall of ice appeared in front of Suoh. Lavinia went to Vali's side on the ground. Lavinia saw that Vali was still alive, but some of the attacks had pierced some organs.
If Vali weren't half-demon, he'd be dead from having vital points pierced.
A small dog ran toward Suoh. A sword emerged from its body and grew toward Suoh. When the sword hit Suoh's armor, it broke. Suoh appeared in front of the dog and kicked it.
The dog went flying through the building at high speed from the kick, like a small black ball.
"Doggy!"
Tobio ran off to look for his little dog. Suoh stopped and lowered his aura. He saw that Natsume wasn't moving. She seemed scared; Suoh noticed her legs wouldn't stop trembling.
Suoh shifted his gaze to the ice wall. Ice that formed out of nowhere without a magic circle. Suoh knew it was Lavinia's Sacred Gear.
A red light appeared in Suoh's hand, and the temperature of the place started to rise with the enchantment in the environment. Natsume and Lavinia began to sweat from the heat. Vali, on the ground, was barely waking up with bleeding holes all over his body.
Suoh stared at Lavinia's body. That smooth white skin. Her red face from the heat. Her breathing, sexually alluring due to the heat. Sweat dripped down her body, making her white shirt wet. Suoh stared at her pink nipples. 'Her breasts are pretty big too.'
Suoh turned and spread his wings. He turned his face to Lavinia, looking at her once more.
Suoh then said, "Even with three Longinus, you don't stand a chance against me…" A disappointed tone could be heard in Suoh's voice.
Suoh soared high with his wings, then looked at Vali on the ground, saying, "Remember! In about ten years, in Kuoh Town, I'll definitely be there… But maybe we'll meet sooner!"
Suoh shot off in a random direction. All that could be seen in the night sky was the red glow of his armor.
