"Mister Ace Carter, this is the closed-circuit television footage from the intersection where the accident happened."
He turned the laptop toward Gilbert.
"We compared the woman in the footage with the photo on the identification card. It's a ninety-nine point nine percent match."
The video began to play.
A taxi came into view.
Cherry was sitting in the passenger seat.
