Chapter 2 - Chapter 2

Hey everyone, I'm here to complain about some Naruto fics.

More specifically, the ones where Naruto is the protagonist, and they make him smarter, stronger, or more mature, or all of the above, and they tell the same story.

By the same story, I'm referring to the canon of the manga or anime, which makes no or very minimal changes to the story.

For me, it's like rewatching or rereading the manga/anime. They should learn to write, because what they're doing is inventing something that already exists; it's a copy and paste. They don't realize how much time they've wasted watching or listening to those stories. I reiterate, for that, I'd reread the manga or watch the anime instead of your fic, since it's the same thing.

Well, I've vented a bit; let's continue.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Right now I'm lying on the floor, tired, meditating on my actions and my life.

"What's wrong? If you keep this up, you'll never be a medic-nin as strong as me." I heard an amused, somewhat mocking voice approaching me.

How can I tell her I don't want to be a medic-nin like her? Easy, just don't tell her and endure this kind of training.

"Ma, when are you going to let me awaken my chakra?" I begged my mother.

"You're still very young. Let your body and spirit develop naturally," she said.

"But."

"No buts," my mother said.

I sat on the floor, crossed my arms, looked at the ground, and puffed out my cheeks. I may have behaved like a child, but technically I am one, so I should behave like one. I also had to admit that I was frustrated at not being able to learn.

Learning this independently is more complicated than you might think. How the hell am I supposed to sense my spiritual and physical energy to unite and form chakra?

"How lovely," my mother said, grabbing me and giving me a tight hug. I felt like my organs were popping out of my body; the good thing is that my salvation just arrived.

"Tsunade-sama, we have an emergency at the hospital, and your medical ninjutsu is needed for this."

"I'm coming," she said, breaking away from the deadly embrace. "If only that old monkey would accept my request for medical ninja training," I could hear her complaining in a low voice. "I'll come and go, Miyu; keep coming."

Yes, training means running around like crazy to build up stamina.

"Yes, Mother." And with that, she left, leaving me alone.

Once I was out of sight of her, I ran back to the house to find my salvation and bulwark, Dan, my father.

"Oh, Miyu, what brings you here?" I found Dan sitting looking at some documents in the living room.

"Daddy, help me awaken my chakra."

"Sorry, Princess, but Mommy said it wasn't time yet."

I think it's time for Plan C.

At that moment, I started crying in front of him. As soon as he noticed, he dropped the documents he was holding and picked me up to look at me. And before I could say anything, my performance began.

"If you don't help me train my chakra, I'll never kiss you goodnight again." I saw an imaginary arrow of guilt pierce his chest at the heart position. "I'll never hug you again." Then another one pierced him. "And I'll never call you daddy again," he sobbed.

With that last word, he died. Multiple imaginary arrows of guilt pierced his entire torso.

At that moment, he left me on the floor with my hair covering my face. Only to look at me with the happiest and most remorseful look, since he knew what he was going to do that night would take its toll on him.

"I think you're ready to awaken your chakra; after all, you're a very strong girl. Let's go to the training ground outside the house."

"Yes, thank you very much, Daddy," and with that, I ran out into the courtyard. What I didn't know was that Grandma Mito was watching all this from afar. She just shook her head and went to her room.

To summarize what happened, Dan helped me awaken my chakra, which was felt throughout most of the village.

When that happened, Dan just wanted to dig a hole and bury himself so he could disappear. And it made sense, since shortly after, Tsunade arrived due to the huge surge of chakra in the area.

She immediately noticed I'd awakened my chakra, so she asked me how I did it. I blamed Dan without hesitation.

To say I was furious was an understatement. She grabbed Dan by the ear and led him into the room. They had privacy seals, so I couldn't hear what they were saying. But when they came out, Tsunade was less angry but still angry, and Dan was nearly dead, both physically and mentally.

"Don't worry, he won't die. I gave him the shot so he wouldn't die, but it would hurt a lot. He won't even be able to do D-rank ninja missions for another month, but he'll recover."

I said a short prayer to my half-dead father; my mother just looked at me strangely, a drop in her head. I can't understand how some men like such violent women. Well, it's all a matter of taste, and Dan and Jiraiya are both crazy in more ways than one.

...

The next day, taking advantage of the fact that my chakra was already awakened, I decided to go to a ninja shop to buy some chakra paper to see what my chakra nature was. I was curious to know what they were.

"Hello, princess."

"Good morning, Miyu-hime."

"I hope you had a good dream, Miyu-sama."

Ordinary people greeted me on the street; I only responded with a casual nod to those who greeted me. They held me in high regard for being the great-granddaughter of the First Hokage and the daughter of one of the Third Hokage's disciples. Pure hypocrites, they don't know that in this world, only one's own strength matters, not social status.

Still, it's kind of normal that it's like this, knowing who the current Hokage is.

I want to make it clear that I don't dislike Hiruzen. In the fics, they always portray him as an evil old man, or at least the one portrayed by a reincarnated Uchiha. But he's not a bad guy. A bad leader is obvious from miles away, but he's not a bad person.

The biggest problem I can immediately see is his legacy of the will of fire. Over the years, the original will has become somewhat distorted, as evidenced by the fact that children have to go to war on the front lines of the battlefield.

There's no problem with children training to be ninjas as children, as it's something that's done even in real life: training someone from a very young age to become a great specialist in something when they grow up, in this case, to be a ninja.

But going back to Hiruzen, his will of fire is distorted to the point of doing anything for Konoha, and I feel like Danzo has something to do with this happening. But that's just speculation. I also feel like, by saying it so much, that monkey ended up believing his own lie, since everything they say, they say with great sincerity and honesty. It's almost strange.

Having the ability to manipulate even their own reasoning. It's something I can somewhat admire.

And to continue talking about the old monkey, I think the title of God Shinobu is somewhat deserved. And that's mostly because it's an inherited title. The first was Hashirama, for being a monster in life, but he died because of, I don't know, maybe it was Itachi, because I can't imagine he'd ever die otherwise.

There was no one with that title until Hiruzen came along. With his high level of elemental ninjutsu, reaching only kage level in that regard, he eventually earned it, even though he wasn't at Hashirama's level. Being able to use all the elemental ninjutsus without any complications is incredible. If someone uses fire jutsu, you throw water at them and kill them. Another with earth, a few lightning bolts, and that's it. Being able to use the element that weakens the other is a huge advantage.

That, and the fact that he can manipulate people's minds so well that he can manipulate himself, I feel like it gives him the title of Shinobi God.

And just to remind you, being a shinobi god isn't the same as being a good leader, and he doesn't have the title yet.

Still, there's no need to worry about that, since I'll take that title away from him when I enter the battlefield and destroy all my enemies.

Hahahahaha.

As I was so distracted, I didn't realize I was already in the store.

I opened it without a care and stood in front of the reception desk. With my gait, the cabinet obscured me completely, so I couldn't see the man in front of me, and he couldn't see me.

"What's wrong, brat, that brings you here?" came the mocking voice of the salesman.

"I'd like a chakra paper, please," I said politely as I handed him the money.

"You're not too young for this; bring a responsible adult here."

"But I'm already here; just sell me the paper," she said, a little more annoyed.

"I don't negotiate with little kids. Come back when you're a genin or an adult."

Fuck this. I don't like doing this, even though it's about social status, but if it's something I already have, why not use it? That way, it doesn't go to waste.

"Look carefully, you old scumbag. I'm Miyu Senju, future heir to the Senju Clan, great-granddaughter of Hashirama and Tobirama Senju, daughter of Tsunade Senju, and a disciple of the current Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi. Now that you know all this, sell that paper, or when I become heir to my clan, I'll screw up your shop, your family, and your life. Do you hear me?"

There was a silence that permeated the entire store. Two people were looking at some ninja tools and stared at me silently, their eyes and mouths wide open.

The salesman silently took a chakra paper and handed it to me; he didn't even look at the money I gave him.

"And the change?" I asked.

"Don't worry, it's free," he said meekly.

He took the chakra paper, and I immediately used it. At that moment, the paper became wet and then dissolved into nothingness.

Water and earth attributes—how ironic! I'm not that far gone to be like Hashirama. But I'm not interested in being like him, but rather, reaching that limit he didn't want to reach.

And with that, I took the money that was on the counter and left, ignoring the people in the store who were still silent, as if breathing would cause them to die imminently.

Then I returned home to practice my calligraphy with Grandma Mito. Along the way, she scolded me and congratulated me for blackmailing Dan into awakening my chakra.

She also said I was too young for certain types of training, but that I could still train and fine-tune my chakra.

Being half Senju and half Uzumaki, my chakra reserves will expand as I grow, so I will learn the habit of chakra control.

And so my days went. With Grandma Mito, I practiced calligraphy; with Tsunade, medical theory learning and physical training alongside Nawaki; and with Dan, meditation and chakra control.

It was like this until I turned 4.

"Happy birthday, Miyu." Everyone's voices echoed in the living room.

They were celebrating my fourth birthday. Several people were invited, in addition to the people who lived in the house. Tsunade, Dan, Grandma Mito, and Nawaki were there. The old monkey was there, along with his wife and a one-year-old boy. There were also several people from various clans and political matters, but I was surprised to see someone in particular.

"Who are you, old man?" I said to someone standing in a corner of the living room.

"I'm Danzo Shimura, not old, young lady."

"Mmm, no, you look more like an old man, just like the old monkey, but you can't call yourself an old monkey; you'll be the one-eyed old man."

I saw how visibly upset he was, but he didn't do anything, as Grandma Mito was watching everything I did from a distance.

"And you, who's a Senju, how could you be here, you one-eyed old coot?"

"Your great-grandparents were my teachers."

"Does that mean you'll be able to teach amazing jutsus in the future?"

"No, I don't plan on training a spoiled brat like you."

At that moment, a thought occurred to me.

"And if I told you, man, you'd do it," I said, giving Danzo my puppy dog face.

I saw the doubt on his face; he just needed to take one more step.

"Please, uncle," I begged as I hugged him.

I was a little uncomfortable; I didn't know what to do.

"Okay, for your next birthday, I'll teach you an amazing jutsu," he said like a tsundere.

"Thank you so much, uncle, you're the best," I said with a big smile.

Danzo looked pleased and smiled.

"Hey, why do you call Danzo uncle and my old monkey? That's unfair." At that moment, Hiruzen arrived, complaining about his life.

"That's because I'm better than you," Danzo replied.

"That's an obvious lie."

And so they began to argue; I, having done my manipulation, left the place cleanly.

At that moment, someone grabbed me from behind and carried me in their arms. This is my mother.

"Now that you're 4, you'll be able to do what you wanted."

"And that's it," I said excitedly.

"Learn medical ninjutsu, so you'll be a great medical ninja like your mother," she said laughing, not noticing my reluctance.

This woman wants to make me a medical ninja; it's not bad to know those things, but I don't want to specialize in that area.

And so the party went on until late at night. Grandma Mito took me to my room to go to sleep.

"You don't necessarily have to be a medical ninja; just learn the things your mother will teach you for now. Later, you'll learn other things on your own. Besides, we'll also begin your training to learn fuinjutsu."

I just nodded in complete agreement with her way of thinking.

"Also, I want to tell you something."

"What's up, Grandma Mito?"

"A little girl will be staying at the compound soon; she's from my clan. I hope you'll help her and become friends in the future," she said.

"Don't worry, Grandma, I'll help her in any way I can."

"It's so good to have such an understanding great-granddaughter," she said as she hugged me.

I'm going to take advantage of these opportunities with her, because if someone from the Uzumaki clan comes, it means Kushina will soon arrive in the village, and with that, the death of Grandma Mito and the imminent ninja war.

That's still a few years away, but that doesn't mean I have to sit idly by.
