We get a sweet father and daughter moment, between Monkey King and Miwa. :3
How has Pigsy still not fired her? XD

*At Pigsy's Noodles.*
Miwa was in the kitchen making noodles while her boss, Pigsy, was at the front. By the counter taking orders and talking to customers.
"Hey! Miwa! Pick up the pace, we are getting into the rush hours!" shouted Pigsy to her.
"You got it boss!" shouted Miwa back, letting out an annoyed sigh. "I hate rush hours so much, they are the worst."
She soon heard Pigsy ringing a bell. "Order up! Come on, get the let out."
"On it!" shouted Mk, taking the orders that Miwa had just finished up, and put to the side, for him to pick up.
"Mk is lucky, he gets to drive around and deliver orders, while I'm either stuck cooking or sitting at the counter." Miwa mumbled to herself, annoyed by this, but kept up the pace of making noodles.
At some point Miwa switched places with Pigsy, and was now sitting at the counter. Taking orders, talking to customers, or being close to getting into a fight with Karens.
It's amazing Pigsy hasn't fired her yet, with how many close calls there have been of her almost jumping over the counter to just start a fight.
*By the end of the day everything was good, and the shop closed as it was getting dark.*
Miwa was relieved when she was done with work for the day, and could finally head back to her apartment. "See ya tomorrow boss, Tang, and Mk!" She waved while walking away.
"Bye, Miwa!" Tang waved back.
"You better be here early tomorrow! And you better not start another shouting match with my customers!" shouted Pigsy.
"Get home safe, Mimi." Mk waved back while looking very tired.
"No promises, boss!" Miwa giggled slightly but was pretty tired for the day.
*At Miwa's apartment.*
Miwa arrives at her apartment and sighs, pulling out her key. "I swear those Karens are getting on my nerves, but this bitch was probably the worst. If I see her again I'll–" She stopped mumbling when she heard the sound of her TV being on, as she opened the door.
Not taking any chances, Miwa grabbed her staff that she had hanging on her back, and slowly closed the door behind her. Taking careful steps on the floor until she could see something or someone laying on her couch watching TV.
Miwa raised her staff, moving closer to the couch and swung with all her might to hit the intruder. But the hit never landed as the person on the couch easily caught it with their tail.
"Woah! Is that a way to greet people nowadays, or what?" The person on the couch ended up being no other, but Monkey King with his bag of peach chips.
"WUKONG!! What are you doing in my apartment, again!" shouted Miwa both in anger and in surprise with a cosmic aura rising from her in rage.
Monkey King gave a slight shrug, returning the staff back to her. "Can't a pa-mentor visit one of his students, and see how they are doing?"
Miwa let out an annoyed sigh, rubbing the bridge of her nose. "I'm too tired for this bullshit, Wukong, how the fuck did you even get inside in the first place?"
"Saw an open window, and decided to drop by to give a visit." said Monkey KIng, eating his peach chips.
"...Wukong, get out of my apartment." said Miwa, not in the mood for any visits most of all for him.
"Come now, don't be such a downer. Take a seat and let's watch this series about me." Monkey King smiled, patting the couch as he moved to give her some space.
"Wukong, I'm too tired and exhausted to watch anything. Let alone stressed out from all of those annoying customers." said Miwa, letting out a long sigh.
"Which is why you should sit down and watch the show with me, helps taking your focus away from all the stress." Monkey King goes on to create a mango and a blanket from some of his hair.
".....Fine, but you better leave after this." Miwa gave up arguing, sitting down on the couch and pulled the blanket over herself while going on to take the mango.
"That's the spirit! Sunshine!" Monkey KIng gave her a big smile and went on to ruffle her hair, getting a slight smile from her as she tried batting his hand away.
Miwa rolled her eyes, trying to fix her hair. "How did you even know I like mangos? I'm pretty sure I haven't told you anything about that, let alone much of myself."
Monkey King got a bit nervous from the question, and tried coming up with a good way to explain how he knew it. "Oh, the kid told me about it." He leaned back on the couch and turned his attention to the TV, watching the show it was playing.
"Huh, I guess that would make sense." Miwa took a bite of the mango, smiling as she enjoyed the taste and felt like she could finally relax. Even though she wasn't happy about Monkey King sneaking into her apartment again.
They went on to just watch the show on the TV, without saying another word and it wasn't long until Miwa fell asleep at some point.
Monkey King took a glance over at Miwa and a soft smile grew on his face seeing her asleep. "Heh, even now you still fall easily asleep after a snack and a comfortable blanket. You haven't changed much, my little monkey."
Getting up from the couch, Monkey King turned off the TV and picked up Miwa, who was in a deep sleep. He carried her into the bedroom and placed her gently in the bed, pulling the cover over her.
"I wasn't sure if the peach worked with you being that young, not after I and Macaque thought you died that day. But seeing you here and alive, I can't tell you how happy I am." Monkey King gently stroke her hair, watching her give a slight smile in her sleep.
"I might not have been able to protect you back then, but I promise you Miwa, your dada will make sure that you are gonna be safe this time, even if you don't remember me or your past." Monkey King took a glance over at her left arm, seeing a few bandages. "I'm sorry you ended up like this, if I had been smarter that day you wouldn't have an injured arm. Let alone having your powers and monkey form sealed away."
Monkey King placed a hand on Miwa's forehead which revealed a golden seal. "I might not be able to break it myself, since the Jade Emperor placed it himself. But I can at least weaken it to the point that it will break with time, as you grow stronger."
Miwa let out a small whimpering sound from the pain the seal was giving her as he was weakening it, until he pulled away and the pain was gone.
"Sorry, Freckles." Monkey King got up and patted her head with a small smile. "Dada is gonna let you sleep in peace now, sweet dreams my little monkey." He opened a window slightly and transformed into a bird as he flew away.
*The next day, at Pigsy's Noodles.*
After that night hanging out with Monkey King at her apartment, Miwa was feeling a lot more awake and full of energy than normally. So she was in a pretty good mood while making noodles in the kitchen, while Pigsy was at the counter as they were hitting the rush hours.
"Order up!" shouted Pigsy, as he was ringing the bell.
"Okay, Pigsy!" Mk yawns. "Pigsy's Noodles. Pigsy's Noodles." He grabbed the orders as he headed outside and went to deliver each order.
Miwa was shaking her head as she watched from the kitchen, Mk leaving while looking pretty tired. "Looks like Mk isn't getting much sleep."
After some time Miwa was moved to the counter taking up orders and talking with customers again. Along with another shouting match with a Karen, to the point she actually used her staff to throw her out of the shop. "And stay out!"
"Miwa! That is not how you treat our customers!" shouted Pigsy.
"I am not serving a bitch with such an attitude! She even said the competition on the other side of the road was better!" shouted Miwa, going on to point the staff towards the woman she just threw out.
Pigsy opened the doors to the shop and shouted at the angry woman. "We aren't serving you anymore here at Pigsy's! So stay out!"
Everything else pretty much went on like it normally did until the end of the day, and Miwa was heading back to her apartment. Only to be stopped by Mei with Mk following along, and then went to the arcade.
Normally Miwa didn't mind it, but being tired and the loud sounds coming from the arcade, it was getting too much for her at some point that she needed to leave, before she broke something or hit someone.
"By the Buddha, I'll take hanging out with Wukong, then going to the arcade this late." Miwa covered her ears walking up the streets, until she arrived back at her apartment and went straight to bed.
*The next couple of days repeated the same things, until one day both Miwa and Mk flops over the counter in exhaustion.*
"Wow, Mk and Miwa. You two look like hot garbage. Tired?" said Tang eating some noodles.
"Please, not another word." said Miwa covering her ears, for the last couple of days her hearing had grown more sensitive. To the point she had to either wear a headset that played music, or something that could block all sounds. Which has caused her to make a few wrong orders.
"What, me? No, I just need to close my eyes for a couple of seconds..." Mk collapses into his bowl of noodles.
Tang picks out Mk's face with his chopsticks. "You're pushing yourselves too hard, Mk and Miwa. Working all day, partying all night, painting boats? It's not good for a growing boy or girl. You need to have time to relax."
"By the Buddha, I'll give anything to just go back to the night I hung out with Wukong, just sitting on the couch watching TV, and eating mangos." Miwa mumbled.
Tang looked over at her with interest when she mentioned Monkey King, and was about to ask before getting cut off by Mk.
"I just— I don't want to let my friends down, you know. It's like I want to help out in store, do arts and crafts with Sandy, and party with" Mk breaks out into party mode. "Mei. But it's too hard. I'm just one guy."
"Too bad you can't make duplicates of yourself, like Monkey King." said Tang, eating his noodles.
"Huh?" Mk looked over at him.
"What?" Miwa gave him a questionable look.
Tang grabs MK's book and flips to a section. "You know one of Monkey King's 72 transformations. Pluck out some hair. Blow on it." He goes on to pluck a hair from Mk.
"Huh, never thought that he could also make clones from his hair." Miwa having forgotten he could also do that, since she had only seen him make a mango and a blanket from his hair.
"Okay." said Mk, as they watch it settle to the ground.
"And some monkeys pop out." A clone forms. "Yep, a perfect clone of you pops out. Exactly what I said would happen." Tang goes back to eating his noodles.
"Whoa! Holy moly! I look exactly like me!" Mk and his clones cheered in excitement.
"Oh ho! This solves everything! Now I can be in all the places at all the times!" said Mk with a big smile.
"Mk, could you please try not being that loud?" Miwa gave him an annoyed look while covering her ears.
"Oops, sorry Mimi." They both said in unison, before turning to Tang. "Thanks, Mr Tang! Couldn't have done it without you!" Both of them then goes on to leave the shop.
"Hmm. If I wasn't so relaxed and cool, I'd probably be really worried about the consequences of this." said Tang.
"I have a feeling this isn't gonna end well, and I really don't wanna get mixed into this." said Miwa.
"Oh yeah, Miwa you mentioned Monkey King. But how come you call him by his name instead of his title?" Tang went on to question.
Miwa looked over at him with a raised eyebrow. "He told me that I could just call him by his name. So since he was fine with that, I don't really see a problem with it."
"I'm pretty sure those he sees as personally close to him, would be calling him by his name instead of his title." Tang ate the rest of his bowl of noodles. "But then the question goes on to, why is he letting you call him by his name? When you two aren't that close even though he is yours and Mk's mentor."
Miwa gave a slight shrug, not sure how to answer that question. "I don't know myself, but I stopped wondering after a while."
"And what was that about hanging out with Monkey King? When did that happen? " Tang went on to question her.
"Tang, could you please stop asking questions about this. I'm already exhausted and my break is almost over." said Miwa.
"Okay, but if you get a chance to hang out with Monkey King again, please let me know right away." said Tang.
Miwa looked at him as the thought of having both Monkey King and Tang in her apartment doing whatever, she slowly started giving him a deadpanned look. "Not happening."
*The next few days everything went pretty smooth, though that was mostly because of Mk's clones. Luckily, Miwa was able to avoid a clone helping her, since she had threatened to beat him up.*
"Order up!" Pigsy phone rings and he picks it up. "Hello, thanks for calling Pigsy's! Home of the world's longest— It didn't arrive? Hold on, I've got another call. He didn't deliver it? What do you mean he didn't deliver it?!"
"Boss, I think I found out the problem." Miwa pointed towards a very big Mk clone, while she was wearing a headset to cover up the shouting.
"Any more orders?" The delivery clone asked.
"Mk, you mind explaining—" Pigsy shrieks in horror at the sight of the clone.
"Uh, everything okay, boss?" The clone burps.
"And there goes another order." said Miwa as she watched the clone eating another order.
"Mk, stop eating! I'm hemorrhaging money by the bowl! Stop! Noodle!" The real Mk comes in. "Mk?" Pigsy looks between the clone and the real Mk. "Let me guess: This is some sort of Mystic Monkey business."
"Uh yeah, that about sums it up." said Mk.
"This wouldn't have happened, if you hadn't said anything, Tang." Miwa sent a cold glare towards Tang who were all calm and relaxed about the situation.
"Mk!" Pigsy screams when he sees the Delivery Clone about to topple on him.
"So you gonna clean this mess up?" Tang asked.
Mk tries prodding the Delivery Clone with his staff, but cries in despair when it doesn't work. "That was never gonna work! Mr. Tang, how'd Monkey King ever get rid of his clones?"
"Hmm, I don't know." Mk groans. "Try some pressure points or some wavy kung fu." Tang suggested.
"Alright, one wavy kung fu coming up." Mk performs a move but it has no effect. "Yeah." The clone explodes.
"Well, looks like everything's back to normal." said Tang.
"Huh, that makes this so much easier." said Miwa.
Mk screams at the sight of the flattened Pigsy. "Pigsy!" Just then, Pigsy's phone shows an incoming call from Sandy and he remembers the Artist Clone he left. "Uh, I gotta go!" He zips out.
"Mk! Wait up!" Miwa quickly followed after him, getting into the air and began skating at full speed.
*At the harbor, paint is everywhere as the Artist Clone cackles.*
"Yes, yes, the art is seeping into my pores! Filling my very soul." Artist clone turns to face Sandy who's been tied up. "Just needs... One. More. Coat."
"You missed a spot!" shouted Miwa.
"What?! Where?!" Artist clone started looking around for the missed spot.
"Right, here!" Miwa jumped down from the air slamming her staff down on the clone, causing it to explode into hair.
"Hey, Mk and Miwa. Mystic Monkey business?" said Sandy.
"Yeah." said Mk, rubbing the back of his neck.
"Yeah, pretty much." said Miwa with a slight sigh.
"So, how many of those things did you make?" Sandy asked.
"....Oh no, Mk how many clones did you make?" Miwa gave him a worried look.
"Uh..." Mk recalls the times he plucked out his hair. "I think that's the last one." He suddenly remembers Mei. "Oh, wait!"
*Mk and Miwa breaks into the arcade.*
"Alright, Party Clone! Where is she?" Mk asked.
"Tell us, and I might not beat you up that much." said Miwa.
"Oh ho ho! OG Mk in the house, yoo! And sweet Lulu too!" said Party clone.
"Wha-Lulu?" A slight blush appeared on Miwa's face but still tried to act normal.
"I don't even know what that means! Where's Mei?!" said Mk, pointing his staff towards Party clone.
*The Party Clone reveals he has Mei trapped in the claw.*
"Hey, Mk! Miwa! Mystic Monkey business? You're really bad at making clones by the way!" said Mei.
"Hand her over, you! Me! We?" said Mk but grew confused.
Miwa shook her head, trying to focus. "Hand her over, clone boy!"
"Cool your jets, OG. You want to get to me? You gotta go through my boys!" Party clone reveals the rest of the Mk clones that he made.
"What the fuck Mk!" shouted Miwa before some of the clones grabbed her, and threw her over to Party clone who went on to take off her headset.
"Now you can sit with me and enjoy the show!" Party clone went on to wrap an arm around her, and hold her close as he increased the music.
Miwa felt like her ears were gonna bleed as she tried covering them with her hands. "Mk! Do something before I go deaf!"
"Why did you make so many Mk's, Mk?!" shouted Mei.
"Oops, my finger slipped." Party opens an incinerator and Mei screams.
"Mei!" shouted Mk and Miwa.
Party clone laughs menacingly. "Get 'im, boys!" The Party clones parties while the rest of the clones chase Mk. Meanwhile, Mei is being lowered.
"Okay, you fucking bastard. I'm so done with this!" Miwa went on to summon a few stars, and had them fly into as many speakers as possible, breaking them causing the music to stop.
"What!? Not cool at all! Lulu!" shouted Party clone, tightening his hold on her.
"I don't give a flying fuck!" Miwa tried breaking free of his hold but nothing was working. "MK! Do something about your fucking clones already!"
"Mk!" shouted Mei.
"I'm coming, Mei! Mimi! Hang on!" Mk spears the staff and breaks open the arcade, saving Mei.
"Great! Now save me already!" shouted Miwa, still trying to fight herself free.
"Here comes Monkie Kid!" The Party clone laughs but then Mk dissipates them all.
"One to go!" shouted Mei.
"No, no, no, wait! Mei, how do you know I'm not the real Mk? There's two of us at this porty!" Party clone looks down at his clothes, realizing the obvious. "Ah shoot, I played myself."
Miwa, having had enough at this point, decided to bite Party clone's arm, causing him to scream in pain as he let her go. "Keep your hands to yourself."
"Here comes Monkie Kid!" Mk proceeds to dissipate him.
Party clone sheds a tear. "Never forget... da music."
"Nice work, Baldy." said Mei.
"Finally, it's over." Miwa rubbed her ears before finding her headset and putting them back on.
"Aw man, what was I thinking?" said Mk.
"Don't worry." Mei pulls out tufts of hair. "I got you, buddy!" She puts some on him.
"Is it noticeable?" Mk asked.
Mei has put tons of his hair on herself as a beard, imitating an old man. "Not at all, my boy."
Miwa couldn't help but let out a laugh looking at Mei using Mk's hair as a beard.
"Gross! Don't stroke it!" said Mk.
Mei laughs in her old man's voice, along with Miwa.
*Back at Mk's place.*
"Got the night off, huh?" said Mei.
"Yeah, Pigsy cut me some slack. After I cleaned up all that hair. And paid him back for all the food." said Mk.
"Lucky you, I still have to work my ass off while you get a break." said Miwa, but wasn't that annoyed about it since she knew Mk really needed the break.
"If you want I can talk with Pigsy, about letting you get a few days off too." said Mk looking over at Miwa.
Miwa started blushing and scratched the back of her head. "Nah, it's fine Mk. I'll be alright, you need the break more than me."
"So, did you learn your lesson?" Mei went on to ask Mk.
"You know it! Aw, Monkey King marathon! Turn it up!" Mk creates another Mk clone to increase the volume of the TV. "Aw, thanks."
Mei and Miwa notices the two Mks. Mei begins to use her powers and the two Mks look at her.
"What?" The two Mks asked.
Miwa gave them a deadpanned look, not up for anymore clone chaos.
Mei begins to attack the two Mks. "Mk!"
Shaking her head, Miwa said her goodbyes and left Mk's place and headed back home rubbing her head slightly. "This was probably the worst day ever."
Miwa hummed softly walking up the streets and looked up at the night sky. Seeing a few stars, but what caught her attention was four stars, each shining a different color ever so faintly.
"Wish upon a star, and your wish shall be granted. When granted the wish, a star will fall from the sky and shine ever so bright. Becoming a shooting star. When the wish has been fulfilled, the star shall once more return to the night among the other stars." Miwa mumbled before shaking her head.
"Where did that come from? I feel like I heard someone telling me such a weird story, and yet I also feel like I haven't heard it before." Miwa was very confused on where she got that from.
Miwa soon returned home and once again she heard her TV was back on, letting out a small sigh, though a slight smile grew on her face. "For once, I don't mind him visiting, but I still don't like him sneaking in here." She turned the corner and of course, laying on the couch was the Monkey King.
"Hey, Sunny! How was your day? Heard you had some crazy clone problems." Monkey King sat up and looked over at her with a smile.
Miwa rolled her eyes at him, shaking her head. "Yeah, crazy clones." She took off her headset and sat down on the couch with him, exhausted from the day.
Monkey King smiled ruffling her hair while she tried batting his hand away, he let out a chuckle at the annoyed look she gave when mentioning it, but stopped when he noticed something.
"What?" Miwa gave him a confused look.
"When did you get four ears?" Monkey King asked.
"WHAT!?" Miwa slowly touched her ears, and was shocked to feel four instead of two ears. "....When did this happen?"
