It began during breakfast.

The banners of the four Houses rolled back into the ceiling.
And then the stone beneath the students' benches lit with color — red, silver, violet, and black.
One by one, the students felt a pull beneath their feet.
And in the center of the hall, the Sorting Hat reappeared…
Screaming.
"Four is false now.The pact is broken.Let them be sorted — by flame, by vow, by blood, by bone."
New Factions Form
The students weren't moved by magic.
They chose.
A scroll unfurled before each of them — a simple question written in golden ink:

Theo was the first to stand.
He walked to Flame.
Behind him, others followed — some who once bore the lion, the eagle, the snake.
The tables shifted.
Four new symbols burned into the stone:
Memory – Silver flame in a broken circle (Harry)
Sacrifice – Red blade within a closed ring (Blaise)
Flame – Open serpent swallowing fire (Theo, Rowan… eventually)
Bloodline – The spiral, drawn in violet and black (Rowan's)
Hogwarts Transforms
Walls reshaped.
Common rooms sealed.
The castle didn't ask permission.
It obeyed the awakening.
Even teachers found themselves locked out of their old wings.
Flitwick wandered into the Great Staircase and was met with runes he couldn't read.
McGonagall stood before her Transfiguration classroom — and found the door had vanished.
Even the ghosts retreated.
And Dumbledore…was nowhere to be found.
Final Scene – The Great Hall Falls Silent
At dusk, a new artifact appeared where the Head Table once stood.
Not a throne.
Not a wand.
But a mirror.
Old. Cracked. Breathing.
And on its frame, freshly carved:
"The One Who Sees Will Choose Who Stands."
Students approached.
And when they looked in…they didn't see themselves.
They saw the future version of themselves… depending on the path they chose.
