The large dorm building had other people around their age constantly going in and out, usually in groups of two's and three's. Kai and Garen walked through the large gate without bumping into anyone despite the large amount of people walking through the gate that showed how large this place was.
"This is the dorm building?" Kai asked with disbelief in his voice. "Junior dorm building, there are other buildings for the seniors not too far from here." Garen said as he walked forward calmly. They large open space in front of the dorm had shops, restaurants and other areas for recreational activities.
They soon reached the entrance of the large building which had two large double doors to accommodate the large population of students in the dorm, as they walked through the large double to a large lobby area. "The building has twelve floors with ten of them being residential each having a hundred rooms for two students each. So in total this building can house up to two thousand students." Garen said as they went towards one of the elevators in the lobby.
He pressed one of the buttons and soon the door opened up for them, they went inside and Garen asked. "What room number is your room?" "Number 974." Kai said.
Garen pressed the third to the top button on the panel which had the number 900 on it as the elevator went into motion.
"Just so you know girls occupy all the floors that start with an even number while boys occupy the floors that start with an odd number." Garen informed him as the elevator ascended upward. Soon they reached the 11th floor of the building.
"Thanks for showing me around." Kai said as he turned to Garen. "Don't mention it, if you wanna hang out I'm staying in room 528 so feel free to come by." He said as he pressed the elevator button causing the doors to close and leaving him alone in the corridor.
He started walking along reading the numbers on each door before eventually reaching number 974. He pulled out the room key from his pocket and inserted it into the door and twisted it unlocking the door with a click, as he walked into the room he looked around taking in everything in it.
There was a large bed with white bed sheets that was large enough for two people to sleep in, in a corner of the room there was a desk with a chair tucked into it, the room was pretty spacious compared to his old home so it was a nice adjustment. There was also a closet filled with school uniforms that looked nice but we're also made for physical training.
All in all, the room was pretty good, four out of five, Kai lied down on the bed looking up at the ceiling absent mindedly as he thought about his new situation and as if to remind him about this fact a strange blue screen appeared in front of his eyes. 'This must be that weird system thing she was talking about l, well let's see what it's all about.' He thought to himself.
He started reading the information displayed on the screen.

"What kind of a double-edged sword skill is that man." He said in disbelief as he stared at the definition of the skill [Insanity's Ascent] and read it over and over again as he was still pretty much shocked by what he was seeing.
"My Mist of Madness was granted by that insane demon living in my head. So what happens if he leaves my body, will I just lose all my strength since it seems to be granted by him for my use."
"But then again, why would he help me by granting me this technique if he wants to take over my body, maybe he is granting me this technique hoping I'll go overboard so he can take over my body." He came to that conclusion in the end as he didn't know anything at all about how magic worked.
