High in the sky, Vegeta, still propelled by Goku's Kamehameha, tensed every muscle in his body and managed to break free from the wave of energy, which continued its course through the atmosphere.
Vegeta exhaled heavily, his armor partially destroyed, his tail, which had been wrapped around his waist, now fluttering in the wind. He turned his gaze to the ground, which seemed far away, his eyes filled with rage.
"Damn you! You'll pay for this!"
At frightening speed, Vegeta flew toward the ground with one last plan up his sleeve that he didn't think he would have to use, but the situation left him with no other options.
Goku's expression darkened when he felt Vegeta's energy, thinking that his Kamehameha was enough to defeat him. After a long minute, Vegeta landed on a rock a few meters in front of Goku, a sinister smile plastered on his face.
Goku's brain was racing to come up with a plan, but his only remaining asset was the Genkidama, which took quite a long time to prepare, and he didn't think Vegeta would give him that luxury. He had to find a way to buy some time.
Vegeta chuckled before finally speaking.
"Kakarot! Do you know why we transform during the full moon?"
"Transform?" asked Goku.
"The moon reflects the light of the sun, and when the sun's rays are reflected on it, they contain blutz waves. During a full moon, the blutz waves are so strong that if we absorb them with our eyes, our tails react and we transform."
"What!?"
"I've kept you waiting, Kakarot... but now the time has come for your end!"
A white energy ball appeared in Vegeta's hand, which he immediately threw high into the sky as Goku stared in shock.
"Disperse and mix!"
He then closed his hand, causing the energy ball to explode in a bright flash. Vegeta's breathing became ragged as he stared at the luminous sphere in the sky. His limbs began to lengthen, his heart beating like a drum, hair growing on his body, his teeth growing longer and sharper, his eyes rolling back and turning completely white, his face lengthening into a snout, his clothes stretching without tearing, adapting perfectly to Vegeta's new morphology.
Vegeta let out a beastly roar as he finished transforming into a Great Ape. Goku, who had watched the entire transformation, had a look of horror on his face. Seeing this, he finally realized that he was the one who had killed his grandfather, even though his grandfather had told him not to go out on full moon nights because a great ape would appear.
Vegeta raised his fist and brought it down on Goku, who narrowly dodged the blow. Goku put some distance between himself and Vegeta, but Vegeta attacked him relentlessly, forcing Goku to move quickly between the rock formations while Vegeta destroyed everything in his path.
After creating enough distance, Goku hid behind a pillar and raised his hands in the air, beginning to gather energy from the planet to charge the Genkidama, but Vegeta destroyed the pillar where Goku was hiding, interrupting him.
"Kaioken!"
Goku flew away, enveloped in a red aura, dodging another punch from Vegeta at the same time. He tried to get behind the giant ape but was caught by his tail, which hit him full force, sending him crashing to the ground.
He struggled to get up and rolled to the side, dodging Vegeta's foot, which crashed down right next to him. Goku jumped from pillar to pillar to gain height, but Vegeta turned around and rushed at him. At that moment, an idea crossed Goku's mind. He turned around, placed his hands in front of his forehead, and closed his eyes.

A gigantic flash of light burst from Goku, illuminating the entire area and blinding Vegeta at the same time.
"Aaaarrrghhh! My eyes! My eyes!"
Vegeta put his hands over his eyes as he flailed around, his eyes burning. Goku didn't waste a second and flew far enough away to finish charging his attack.
He landed on a pillar and raised his hands in the air, gathering energy once again. A good minute passed when a white aura appeared around Goku's body. The Genkidama was finally ready!
He clenched his right fist and concentrated on transferring all the energy he had accumulated into it. The aura around him shifted and gathered in the palm of his hand. At the same time, Vegeta finally managed to open his eyes again. He turned his head in all directions, searching for Goku.
"Where? Where is he..."
He then sensed a very high amount of energy in the same place. He turned around and saw Goku in the distance. He flew off and headed straight for him. Seeing Vegeta approaching at high speed, Goku prepared to launch his final attack at the perfect moment.
Vegeta was at the perfect distance, signaling Goku to launch his attack, but just as he was about to fire, Vegeta opened his mouth and shot a purple beam that crashed into the pillar where Goku was standing, completely sweeping him away.

The smoke cleared, revealing an area completely devastated by the titanic clash of the two attacks. In the middle of the area stood Ridlay, dusting off his clothes, while a few meters away lay Nappa, sprawled on the ground, his eyes fixed on the sky, unable to move his body, which had reached its limits.
"Is this... is this how I die?" That was the only thing on his mind at that moment. He had given everything he had in this fight, and yet it wasn't enough.
Ridlay walked toward him, determined to put an end to this fight that had gone on far too long. Suddenly, he felt a strange sensation run through his body that made him stop dead in his tracks. He recognized this sensation, a sensation ingrained deep within him, a sensation unique to Saiyans.
He raised his head as if searching for something with his eyes, and that's when he saw it, a bright white ball of energy high in the sky.
Nappa, who had felt the same thing, spotted the ball and immediately recognized what it was. A broad smile appeared on his face, covered with wounds.
"Hahaha! Who would have thought that Kakarot could force you to resort to this technique, Vegeta! But that's fine! Luck hasn't completely abandoned me!"
Nappa's heart began to pound in his chest as his body began to transform. He could feel a new power coursing through his battered body, a sinister smile spreading across his face.
When he was finally transformed into a great ape, he let out a deep roar before turning his gaze to the ground in search of Ridlay.
"Get ready! I'm going to make you suffer like hell!"
To his surprise, he saw Ridlay nowhere on the ground, but a giant footprint crashed down in front of him. He looked up and there he saw him, a Great Ape dressed in red standing before him.
"What were you saying?" asked Ridlay, now transformed as well, a grin on his lips.
Nappa's teeth gritted in frustration when he realized that Ridlay also had a tail that allowed him to transform.
"RAAAHHH!!!" Nappa wasted no time and threw a punch at Ridlay's face, which Ridlay caught with his hand before responding with his own punch to Nappa's face.
"How did...why did they transform into Great Apes!?" exclaimed Krillin, unable to believe what he was seeing, as did Gohan, Ruby, and Weiss, who had horrified expressions on their faces.
"What the hell is going on?" asked Ruby, not believing her eyes, her jaw dropping.
"I... I don't even know anymore..." replied Weiss, lost for words.
"But... Piccolo destroyed the moon... Is it because of that thing in the sky? Could it be that the Saiyan Goku is fighting created it? If so, that means..." Krillin began to fear the worst, but Gohan, who had been listening the whole time, realized the critical situation his father was in.

Gohan was already far away in the sky, forcing Krillin to chase after him, leaving Ruby and Weiss alone with the two Saiyans on steroids.
" Wait! Where are you going? Don't leave!!!" Weiss shouted unsuccessfully.
" Perfect! ....Just perfect! What are we supposed to do now?!" Weiss ran her hands through her hair, not knowing what to do.
Ruby, who had been watching the whole scene, closed her eyes and took a deep breath.

Weiss was surprised by the sudden noise next to her and turned to see Ruby slapping her cheeks with both hands. She then activated Crescent Rose, spinning it around her before planting the tip into the ground, turning to Weiss with a confident smile and eyes full of determination.
