Chapter Sixty Nine
The hand gripping the base of Daela's neck tightens, and she can feel the heat radiating from his skin like a furnace.
"You are my mate, I will start breeding you tonight if that's what you want!"
Daela feels him then. Something hard. Thick. And heavy situated between her own legs. She realizes with a chilling wave of dread what it is.
Drakar starts to press his body against Daela's, only the material of their clothing dulling the contact.
His movement turns frantic, he continues to grind against her through the fabric. His breathing turns heavier, his eyes darker. He looks possessed.
"Please!" Daela croaks. The thick smell of wood and earth and molten steel is stronger now, contaminating the air in the room.
The dragon's mating essence is overwhelming against Daela's senses.
She whimpers in fright at the strange tingling sensation that bolts through her when the beast presses his parted lips between the juncture of her neck.
