After a few minutes, he finally spoke.
"If that tiger beastblood guy is part of the royal family," Clint asked without looking at Elric, "then what about the crown prince? Who is he?"
Elric let out a deep sigh, clearly not thrilled to be having this kind of conversation. He leaned forward slightly, placing one elbow on his knee and looking at Clint with a serious expression.
"Listen to me carefully," Elric said, his tone heavier than before. "When it comes to the royal family, especially the main branch, you need to be extremely careful. Never speak carelessly and never get involved with them unless you want to disappear one day without a trace."
Clint raised an eyebrow, but Elric continued.
"The royal family's main bloodline is made up of lion beastbloods. That includes the king and the crown prince. They're the dominant line. Lord Rexton, the one you met, is from a branch family, still royalty but not in the direct line of succession."
