XAVIER
We won the fight that was the heartache of my pack members, and it felt like an imagination. It felt like I was living in my imagination. But when a warrior walked up to me, I knew it wasn't my imagination. It happened in real life.
"Alpha, what should we do with the bodies?" He asked, referring to Alpha Dmitri's warriors littering on the ground.
"I don't know, what should we do?" I asked amidst my smile.
"Er, we can burn them..." he suggested, but I shook my head
"It will pollute our land. That was the beginning of our problem, remember?" I reminded, and he nodded with regret.
"We pile them up and bury them in the forest. Their spoils can serve as compost for our dead lands." I said, and he went to work.
I placed my hands on my waist and looked around the pack, Dmitri's men lay lifeless. A soft laugh escaped my lips in wonder. All things were possible because of Nylah.
