Moral: "Inexperienced advice and false accusations can be fatal."
A young lion ruled in a forest. He was very suspicious and a little timid. One day, an evil vulture came to him and said: "Your Majesty, there is a terrible animal in this forest that is a threat to your kingdom. Its name is 'Man', and with it there is an animal called 'Cat' that is very cunning and dangerous!"
The lion had never seen a cat, but was frightened by the vulture's scary description. He ordered that if anyone saw the cat in the forest, they should immediately inform the lion.
One day, a small cat got lost and reached the forest. A deer saw it and ran to the lion. The lion got angry and approached the cat and roared: "Are you that dangerous cat? You are a threat to my future as a king!"
The cat said humbly: "Your Majesty, I am just a small pet. I have strayed from my home. I cannot harm you." But the lion trusted the vulture's judgment more and rushed to attack the cat.
At that moment, an old elephant, who was the most intelligent animal in the forest, arrived there. He stopped the lion and said: "Your Majesty, this innocent little animal is a hundred times smaller than you. Do not punish the innocent by believing false information. The vulture is jealous of your power and wants to provoke you."
The lion realized his mistake. He forgave the cat and drove the vulture out of the forest.
Lesson: Do not trust the advice of inexperienced and evil people. Convicting the innocent on the basis of suspicion is a great injustice.
