Chapter 447 - Rebirth of the Biblical God's Will!

Chapter 25: Rebirth of the Biblical God's Will!

Before Shin Akira, a variety of Sacred Gears were laid out.

Longinus: True Longinus!

Longinus: Annihilation Maker!

Longinus: Dimension Lost!

Sacred Gear: Variant Detonation!

Sacred Gear: Twice Critical!

Demonic Sword: Gram!

Each weapon was placed carefully within the 'New World' Akira had created, specifically beneath the World Tree.

"Next, let's start with this one."

As he spoke, Akira crushed a Demonic Sword with his bare hands. As the blade shattered, a stream of energy that couldn't be perceived by normal means leaked out.

This 'energy' was immediately devoured by the World Tree. It was the World Essence contained within the sword. Though the amount was small, it was undeniably there.

One by one, Akira destroyed every Demonic Sword and Sacred Gear—including two of the Longinus—leaving only the True Longinus for last.

Akira had no interest in Dimension Lost or Annihilation Maker. Especially not the latter. His own mother was Tiamat; did he really need a Sacred Gear to create monsters? He could do that in his sleep.

Looking at the True Longinus, a small smile played on Akira's lips. He reached out and crushed it. Instantly, a terrifying energy began to go berserk. Holy power gathered at an incredible speed. Akira continued to inject his own mana to stabilize and fuel the process.

Finally, under his watchful gaze, a young girl with blonde hair, standing about 150 cm tall, appeared before him.

"Who are you?"

The blonde girl slowly opened her eyes. They were calm, containing a depth that suggested she had seen everything there was to see.

"Are you the God of the Bible?" Akira asked.

Yes, the God of the Bible. The will of God that resided within the True Longinus had been brought back to the world through Akira's intervention.

In the original world of High School DxD, this would have been impossible. A lingering will is at most a fragment of a soul, incapable of true resurrection. But here, in this world, Akira set the rules.

"I am not the God of the Bible, but merely the remains of His will. However... it is strange. I have somehow gained a physical form and even obtained life."

"Then you possess the memories of the Biblical God, don't you?"

"I do. Even as a fragment of His will, I was a part of Him. The memories are naturally shared."

"Good. In exchange for giving you life, I want you to construct a 'System' in this world for me. Can you do it?"

"I can. However, my current strength is too meager to build a full System."

The blonde girl currently radiated an aura that sat comfortably at the peak of the Maou class, perhaps even capable of suppressing an average Transcendent. To call that level of power 'meager' only highlighted just how powerful the original God of the Bible must have been.

"Don't worry about that. I'll grant you a portion of authority. In this world, you can borrow the power of the planet itself—even the World Essence."

Akira was willing to give her massive support because he knew exactly how powerful a System could be. It wasn't an exaggeration to say that the rules of the DxD world were built upon the Biblical God's System. Without it, faith, scripture, prayers, and exorcism techniques would all lose their meaning.

Even Sacred Gears were managed by the System. The rule that a Sacred Gear seeks a new human host upon the current one's death was a core part of that programming. Angels, Devils, and Fallen Angels all operated within the 'Biblical System.' That was the magnitude of God's influence.

The blonde girl looked at Akira and nodded. She didn't know his ultimate goal, but since she had been given life in this world, everything she was belonged to him. Technically, she was the first life form truly 'born' in this domain. She held the status of 'The First.'

"By the way, from now on, your name is Yahweh."

"Understood."

Yahweh—the name of the Creator, the Supreme Ruler, the God of the Bible. For a being born from His will, it was a fitting name.

Having settled things, Akira left the inner world.

Upon returning to the physical realm, a thought occurred to him: should he bring Yahweh out into the open? With her help, he could effectively control the entirety of Heaven and all the Angels. It wasn't a joke; to an Angel, God was everything. Once 'God' returned, she would be their absolute, undisputed ruler.

The Angels' devotion to God was absolute; it was their entire reason for existing. After all, those with other ideas had already fallen and become Fallen Angels.

However, after a moment's thought, Akira dismissed the idea. While tempting, it was better if Yahweh didn't appear in public until the biggest threat—Rizevim—was dealt with. Who knew what kind of chaos that madman would stir up if he found out.

Currently, the Shadow Generals were leading their ninja armies across the globe to find Rizevim, but there had been no news yet. Akira felt a slight pang of regret for letting Quetzalcoatl kill Cao Cao. Cao Cao likely had ties to Rizevim and might have been a goldmine of information.

As he stepped out of his room, a beautiful blonde girl in a maid uniform stood there, trembling slightly.

It was none other than Jeanne, the lone survivor of the Hero Faction captured by Ika. Now, she was a maid in Akira's villa. She was responsible for all the small chores, especially the cleaning.

As for the cooking, that was Akeno's domain. Not because Akira forced her, but because Akeno insisted on it. Her goal was simple: to keep Tiamat happy.

At the moment, aside from the little princess Lilith, Akeno was the person Tiamat doted on the most—mostly because Akira 'pampered' her every single night.

As for the others, since Rias hadn't quite made the leap yet, they could only wait patiently, even if they harbored the same intentions. Not everyone possessed the sheer boldness of Akeno.
