Half-naked young men and women holding different colourful cocktail glasses and engaged in different fun activities were scattered across the outdoor pool area.
Lounging lazily at the edge of the pool and acting like a million-dollar superstar was Tala Mendoza.
Her legs were submerged in the water, her expression relaxed as she sipped slowly from her champagne glass.
Floating a few inches away from Tala in a yellow circular-shaped inflatable was her younger sister, Belinda.
She was skimming water with her feet while laughing too loudly, like someone high on cheap weed at Tala's horrible jokes.
"Is this what victory tastes like?" Tala inhaled slowly, closing her eyes.
