Levi used to tell her stories about the Capital City, and she always thought he was just exaggerating. But now, standing before it, she realized he hadn't been.
Massive walls surrounded the borders of the Capital, which was located at the very center of the continent. Security was strict, with guards heavily stationed at every entrance. The towering walls weren't just built for strength, they were a masterpiece of design, grand and majestic in their detail.
"My Lady, please don't let others see your face for now. Step away from the window," Marla gently reminded her.
Ayesha nodded and moved back to her seat.
Lyra chuckled. "Father said he'll take us on a tour later, but we have to be in disguise."
