Tohito flashes a playful smile.
Tohito: [I'm really a monster.]
Tohito's smile slowly fades.
Tohito: [So, I'm finally losing myself.]
Tohito snaps his fingers, and a blood-soaked street appears. He looks at hundreds of ordinary people's corpses scattered on the ground.
Tohito: [Guess I should clean this up first.]
Tohito mutters under his breath.
Tohito: [Pure Sa-]
Before he can complete his spell, a sharp pain stabs his heart. He falls to his knees, gasping for breath.
He whispers faintly: [Energy absorption.]
Magical energy flows from the corpses into Tohito's body. He gently places a hand on his chest.
Tohito: [I think I used too much magical energy.]
Tohito slowly rises from the ground and says cheerfully:
Tohito: [At least the kids are doing fine.]
Tohito opens the front door and steps inside.
Tohito: [Kids?]
He looks around the house.
Tohito: [Where are you?]
With soft steps, he enters the kitchen. Aiko says with a shy smile:
Aiko: [Welcome back, Tohito. Come eat dinner and tell us what happened.]
Haru says with a frown:
Haru: [You took too long.]
Tohito gently kisses Aiko's cheek.
Tohito: [It only took five minutes.]
Aiko blushes slightly and whispers something in Tohito's ear. His eyes widen, and he speaks shyly:
Tohito: [Are you sure?]
Aiko: [I'm sure.]
Haru looks at them, puzzled.
Haru: [What are you talking about?]
Tohito flashes a playful smile.
Tohito: [Nothing.]

Lufa, the first commander of the Dawn Cult, was a shy woman, constantly trembling and blushing. She wore a green hooded cloak that covered her entire body.
She walked through a hallway lined with Persian carpets and clay-like walls, heading toward the leader's hall.
Lufa: [H-h-how… do I tell the master… Mufa… is dead… oh no.]
She reached the yellow door of the hall, adorned with jewels and about three meters tall. She turned to the guards.
Lufa: [T-tell the master… oh… the second commander… oh… has arrived.]
Most cult members thought she was insane, but due to her high rank and power, they could say nothing.
The door slowly opened, and Lufa entered the hall with trembling steps.
Lufa: [Hail to the great master.]
The leader gave her a neutral glance.
Leader: [What brings you here?]
Lufa answered in a shy tone:
Lufa: [Mufa… Mufa… oh… has been killed…]
The leader roared in anger:
Leader: [What did you say? How is that possible? He was one of our strongest members!]
Lufa collapsed to the ground in fear.
Lufa: [A-and… b-besides that… numbers 1 through 64… are also dead.]

Tohito walked slowly through the dark castle. Every guard that approached him vanished into the shadows, as if they had never existed.
The castle walls were made of hard stone, and the floor was covered with old carpets.
Tohito: [So much dust.]
He said in a tired tone.
Tohito: [Come out already. I'm bored of wandering around this castle.]
Tohito sighed.
Tohito: [He's stronger than I can handle, and now that I'm in his domain, my chances of winning are basically zero.]
Tohito said wearily:
Tohito: [Come out already. I've been in this damn castle for two hours.]
The castle began to fade, as if being erased like a drawing.
Tohito: [Finally.]
A slime-like creature emerged from the fading walls. It had a fat, green body covered in boils and filth.
Creature: [It's been a while, Tohito-chan. Finally ready to marry me?]
Tohito responded with disinterest:
Tohito: [Obviously not. I just have a few questions, Morrigan.]
Morrigan gave a disgusting smile.
Morrigan: [Well, let's hear it. What's your question?]
Tohito let out a calm breath.
Tohito: [I didn't notice this until I killed Zamfiu and took his power, but… why is this world so manipulated?]
Morrigan smirked.
Morrigan: [What do you mean?]
Tohito: [When my time power reached level 1, I could see the altered timelines. I wasn't supposed to meet Aiko and Haru. Zamfiu was never meant to give me power.]
Morrigan said in a repulsive tone:
Morrigan: [So?]
Tohito answered neutrally:
Tohito: [I want to fix the timeline.]
Morrigan said with fascination:
Morrigan: [Are you sure? You're happier in this timeline.]
Tohito: [If this timeline continues, everyone will die, won't they?]
Morrigan chuckled softly.
Morrigan: [Maybe.]
Tohito: [Am I strong enough to save them?]
Morrigan smiled.
Morrigan: [You'll figure that out yourself, but not anytime soon.]
