Standing before them was a giant werewolf, and they looked aroused as I aimed. I heard the leader speak.
'My pack needs a breeding woman, I can't kill you.' It said, making me stop for a moment. A monster can only speak the human tongue if it is of a rare rank. I silently summoned the other raptors and sent a signal to encircle the group, and the moment I attacked to save the three women. I have triple the Utahraptors than five years ago. I didn't buy any new ones; I let their children grow up or die. He froze for a moment and looked around before speaking, 'It must be my mind playing tricks on me.' I overheard him.
As my Utahraptors got into place, I coated the arrow in metal nature and water as I aimed at the back of the Werewolf leader's head and let it fly, but just when it was about to hit his head, he spun around, grabbing it, which made him take a step back. The water and metal natures slowly faded as everything grew quiet.
'You can come out now.' He said after a moment, and I pushed the original six Utahraptors forward into the clearing as we entered. His eyes narrowed. 'Just a child dares to attack me.' He growled as I chuckled. 'Can a child push you back three steps?' Making him calm down. 'What do you want?' He asked me as I smiled. 'Those three are my women; if you want them, you will have to kill me.' I said, making the three women shocked at my declaration. 'You are still too young for a human male to be claiming females.' He said, making me shrug. 'I grow up faster than others.' I said, putting another arrow in my bow and aiming it at him as the other eight werewolves got on their hands and feet, ready to charge.
'Child, your pride will be the death of you.' He roared as I whistled as I coated the arrow in fire and lightning magic, shooting it at him as the dog dodged it, barely kicking off towards me as the Utahraptors near the women in the forest ran out. 'GET ON THEM!' I yelled as the women mounted them quickly, making the werewolves look back and roar, only to be blindsided by their sides as two Utahraptors got a hold of two werewolves, making the leader look back with bloodshot eyes. 'Who said I only had these six?' I said with a smile before running off into the woods. 'After Him!'
The six werewolves didn't care about the women anymore, they wanted to kill me as I ordered the other Utahraptors to follow behind them with a slow pace just in case I needed them as I turned around on Adam and fired off a metal and lightning nature arrow blowing the head of a werewolf into tiny bits. The leader was in a bloodthirsty rage, making him faster and stronger, but also not thinking right, as my arrows were now hitting him, but they couldn't take him down in one shot. The six werewolves ended with just two when we made it to a clearing near my village.
The leader was bleeding and panting as he slowed down. I pulled another arrow out, killing the already tired normal one, leaving just him and us as my Utahraptors circled him, as blood flowed out of his mouth. He said nothing while I pulled back another arrow, coating it with metal nature before firing it into his head, killing him. At that moment, the other Utahraptors exited the forest with the three women as they watched me end the Rare monster I got off Adam and pulled out a knife as I walked towards the werewolf leader.
Cutting out the magic crystal, Rare monster crystals go as low as one gold coin. Worth more than a hundred E-rank normal monsters. Plus, this was the first monster I wasn't sure I could kill standing my ground since the mage hobgoblin.
