Before anything else, I want to acknowledge a huge source of inspiration behind this project: the webnovel Shadow Slave. If you've read it, you might notice certain thematic echoes - especially in how the power system in this story is built around personal growth, spiritual trials, and the weight of one's choices. That's no coincidence. Shadow Slave is one of my all-time favorite works of fiction. Its worldbuilding, tension, and narrative philosophy left a deep impression on me, and I'd be lying if I said it didn't light the fire that led to the creation of this story.
That said, this story is my own - shaped by different mythologies, different questions, and a very different path. But if you enjoy progression fantasy with layers of mystery, high-stakes survival, and characters trying to claw meaning from a broken world... I think you'll feel at home here.
