"Alright, guys. The patient has to rest, or he won't be able to recover quickly, so visiting hours are over. Come back tomorrow morning. He should be all better by then," the nurse said, pulling everyone she saw out of the room.
Joe was about to protest, but then he withdrew his comments and accepted.
"Get well soon, buddy," he added before he walked out of the room.
Some of the other students that seemed to be following Joe all went out as well, following close behind him.
'Looks like someone is now popular.' He chuckled a bit before he clutched his stomach from the pain.
As soon as everyone stepped out of the room, the man pulled away from the wall he was leaning on and slowly walked up to him.
'I really don't wanna talk to anyone right now. I wish he would just change his mind and walk away,' he hoped.
He pulled a chair from the edge of the room closer to the bed and sat on it, crossing his right leg over the left as he relaxed his back on the chair.
