There was an instant silence as none of the three of them spoke. Only the sounds of other guests talking and the classical music that filled the restaurant room they were currently in.
"She was sick the last time I saw her. Since I started getting busy with my wedding and stuff, we haven't talked to each other much anymore," Cynthia said to Davion.
"She was sick?"
She nodded her head. "Yes, her face is pale and a bit thin. You didn't know?"
He shook his head. Ever since Stella decided to leave him with Yohan, they never communicated anything again. Davion was too sad and hurt, occupying himself with work and raising Yohan alone.
Claudia continued to watch the situation. She saw Davion's reaction which looked confused but also held back a sense of anger. It was like he didn't want to remember his past anymore but something was holding him back.
