Chapter 4 - Chapter 4: Wood Release: Fatherly Education Jutsu.

Listening to Koby's words, the nearby townspeople all scattered as if the name "Morgan" was a plague god.

Luffy looked at the situation and burst into laughter, "Hahahaha~ This town is so interesting!"

Shin'ya also said, "Indeed. The people of a town are actually afraid of the Marines, who represent justice, and even run away in fear at the mention of their name. It seems this Marine base is truly awful."

Luffy: "That Marine, Morgan, must have done something bad."

With that, everyone arrived at the entrance of the Marine base.

Luffy directly jumped onto the top of the Marine base fence, peering inside to observe the situation.

Shin'ya, on the other hand, used Wood Release to create a very wide staircase and led Koby up with him.

"Where's the Pirate Hunter?" Luffy excitedly shouted, his eyes scanning the surroundings like a radar.

Suddenly, his gaze landed on the Marine base's training ground, where a giant wooden cross appeared in his line of sight. And on that cross, a man with a green bandana tied around his head and a sash around his waist was bound—it was Roronoa Zoro!

Luffy's face broke into an ecstatic smile. He excitedly pointed in that direction and shouted to his companions, "Ah~ Found him!"

Everyone followed Luffy's gaze and indeed saw Zoro tied to the cross. His body and hands were tightly bound, unable to move.

Luffy laughed and pointed at Zoro, "As long as I untie the ropes on that guy, I can set him free, right?"

Koby's face was filled with terror, and his voice trembled as he shouted, "How can you so carelessly release someone? He must have committed some serious crime to be arrested! If you just let him go like that, no one can predict what will happen. Maybe he'll kill us all!"

However, Shin'ya said with a relaxed expression, "Don't worry, with Luffy and me here, he definitely won't dare to cause trouble. We're much stronger than you can imagine, haha!" With that, Shin'ya chuckled proudly.

Just then, Zoro, who had been silent, suddenly spoke. His gaze fell upon the three people perched on the fence, his eyes cold and sharp, as if they could pierce through their bodies. Zoro unceremoniously shouted at them, "Hey, you three guys over there, stop being an eyesore and get lost!"

Koby was so scared that he fell directly from the stairs, but luckily Luffy caught him. Koby said in horror, "Mr. Luffy, Mr. Shin'ya, do you really want to find him as a companion? Looking at him, I'm afraid he might chop you all up later…"

Before Koby could finish, another small staircase was propped up beside them. A cute little girl climbed up the stairs, made a "shush" gesture to Luffy and the two, then took out a bundle of ropes from behind her and lowered them. The little girl then slid down the ropes into the training ground where Zoro was held.

They saw the little girl run directly to Zoro, taking out three rice balls from her body and offering them to Zoro.

"You must be hungry, I brought rice balls. Big brother hasn't eaten anything for a long time. Although I haven't made rice balls before, these are handmade by me." With that, the little girl held up the rice balls in her hand and placed them by Zoro's mouth.

Zoro froze for a moment, then looked at the little girl and said, "Kid, don't be an eyesore here. Also, I'm not hungry right now, hurry up and leave, or I'll hit you later."

Just then, the iron gate of the training ground opened, and a man with a lewd face, a butt chin, yellow hair, and a bowl cut walked in arrogantly with two Marine soldiers.

And with a punchable expression, he said, "Oh, oh, I didn't expect you to still be so energetic after all these days. As expected of the Pirate Hunter with the 'Beast' title."

Luffy looked at the approaching person with a "subway old man" expression: "What a strange person, how can his butt grow on his face?"

Helmeppo walked up to Zoro, looked at the rice balls in the little girl's hand, directly snatched one, and put it in his mouth to eat.

Then, only a sound of "Ugh~ cough cough cough," was heard as Helmeppo spat it out with a disgusted expression, coughing and yelling, "What the hell is this?! Does your family's sugar not cost Berries? You clearly just put a few grains of rice in the sugar!" His voice was sharp and piercing, as if filled with contempt and disdain for the food in the little girl's hand.

Immediately after, Helmeppo unceremoniously reached out and directly snatched the remaining two rice balls from the little girl's hand. His movements were rough and swift, completely disregarding the little girl's feelings. Then, he threw those two rice balls onto the ground like trash, where they rolled a few times, covered in dust.

Helmeppo didn't stop there. He lifted his foot and stomped on the two rice balls with all his might, deforming them beyond recognition.

The little girl watched her rice balls being so wantonly destroyed by Helmeppo, and tears gushed from her eyes like a breaking dam. She cried loudly, "Don't step on them! Don't step on my rice balls!" Her cries were filled with despair and helplessness, evoking pity in anyone who heard them.

However, Helmeppo was unmoved by the little girl's cries. He looked at the crying little girl, a smug expression on his face, and mocked, "The town has posted a notice that anyone who helps Roronoa Zoro will be sentenced to death."

With that, Helmeppo pulled out a notice from his pocket and showed it to the little girl.

Finally, Helmeppo turned to the Marines who had followed him and imperiously ordered, "Hey, you go kick this brat out, hear me?" His tone was very stern, leaving no room for discussion.

Just then, someone jumped down and walked towards Helmeppo.

Shin'ya really couldn't stand it anymore. In his previous life, when he watched the anime, he found Helmeppo very annoying. Now that he saw it with his own eyes, he was even more displeased to the extreme.

Shin'ya looked at Luffy and said, "Luffy, I want to beat this guy up." Then, without waiting for Luffy's answer, he directly jumped into the training ground and slowly walked over, saying as he walked, "There are a few types of people I can't stand: those who are ugly and like to show off, those who are ugly and waste food, and those whose appearance alone makes me want to hit them. Unfortunately, you fit all of those descriptions."

Helmeppo saw the person approaching him with an aggressive aura and immediately said arrogantly, "So what if I fit them all? My dad is Colonel Morgan! In Shells Town, who dares to control me? I'll do whatever I want! What, you want to hit me? Hahahaha, do you dare to lay a hand on me?"

Shin'ya looked at Helmeppo, who was still showing off, with a cold expression, and a sense of helplessness welled up in his heart. He was truly too lazy to waste any more words with this guy and decided to use the most direct method to let him know whether he had the guts to strike.

Shin'ya clapped his hands, "Wood Release: Fatherly Education Jutsu!" As soon as his words fell, a powerful Wood Release chakra instantly surged from his body.

In the blink of an eye, behind Helmeppo, a giant tree suddenly appeared like a ghost. Two thick branches of this tree, like two giant hands, swiftly and tightly bound Helmeppo.

Immediately after, dozens of sharp vines hung down from the branches. These vines, like whips, swung in the air, making a heart-pounding "swish swish" sound.

"Slap! Slap! Slap! Slap! Slap!" As the vines violently lashed out, crisp whipping sounds echoed in the air, each one landing heavily on Helmeppo's backside.

"Wuwuwu… Stop hitting me! My dad is Morgan! You guys just wait for me! Stop hitting me! Stop hitting me! Wuwuwu…" Helmeppo was beaten helplessly by the sudden lashing, only able to scream and beg for mercy.

At this moment, Luffy and Koby had already run over upon hearing the commotion, standing to the side and watching this scene with great interest.

"Haha, this ability is so interesting! You can even use it to whip people like this." Luffy looked at the miserably beaten Helmeppo and couldn't help but burst into laughter.

A few minutes later, Helmeppo's cries gradually weakened, and finally, he didn't even have the strength to cry. Seeing this, Shin'ya finally released the "Wood Release: Fatherly Education Jutsu" with satisfaction.
