"Thank you father." Raksheet replied.
They broke the hug and Ashwant gestured Raksheet to take the throne.
He turned towards the throne and took a deep breath before sitting on it. He sat down on his throne and placed his one foot on the small stool infront of him, confidence filled in his body. His eyes observing each and every moment and person infront of him. The power, the respect and the trust of his people, he can feel everything.
His eyes soften as soon as he saw his mother and wife having tears in their eyes and smiling brightly at him. A smile appeared on his lips to see such a dearly scene infront of his eyes. This is the best moment of his life, except for the day when he married Ira.
"Our courtesy to your majesty the king. May lord always bless you and your kingdom."
Except for the emperor, kings and queens, all the guests said to congratulate Raksheet.
Even though Pavan hate to do it, he still have to show respect to the king because he himself hasn't get crowned yet.
'let's execute the plan.' Abel thought. He looked at Seya and she looked at him. They nod as a signal to start the plan.
"Now, we should start the commander ceremony." Rutajit announced.
Everyone sat down on their seats as the commander ceremony started.
"Prince Ahil, i expect you to enter the ceremony hall." He announced.
Soon the footsteps echoed in hall and Ahil entered in. He was wearing the royal armies commander attire that makes him look totally different than usual. He walked straight towards the throne. His eyes darted at his brother who was trying to control his smile after seeing his little brother looking so excellent and tough. His each step is steady and his body posture is straight.
Ira covered her mouth after seeing her cute brother-in-law looking so strong and manly. His attire was clearly showing his muscles. Ira never noticed it because Ahil's sweet smile always catches her attention and never let her look away.
Ahil reached the stairs and climbed the three stairs. He joined his hands infront of Raksheet as respect. Raksheet just nod, feeling proud of his brother. Ahil then kneeled infront of Raksheet and placed his right hand on his chest.
"Prince Ahil, are you willing to serve Jwalana Kingdom and Jwalana's people for rest of your life? Are you willing to lead the Jwalana army, being a commander? Are you willing to devote your life for Jwalana, it's future, it's safety?" Raksheet asked.
Just like Raksheet, Ahil's heart was racing inside his chest. Nervousness growing inside his heart. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath. His heart slowly started calming when he remembered that his brother is always there for him. He will always help Ahil and support him.
Ahil opened his eyes and answered "I do."
"Then i, Raksheet Ashwant kumar, the king of Jwalana, declare you the commander of Jwalana's army and hand over all the responsibilities of the army and its soldiers to you." Raksheet took the badge of commander from the soldier and stood up from his throne. "You may stand up now." He said to Ahil.
Ahil quickly stood up and straighten his back. His heart was beating fast and he was breathing heavily. He clenched his fist to suppress his nervousness.
Raksheet took a step forward and attached the badge on Ahil's attire.
Ahil's eyes were staring in his brother's eyes, wanting to see some emotions, proud, happiness. And he can see it clearly. A thin smile appeared on Ahil's lips but he controlled it and wore the straight face.
When Raksheet was done, he put his hands down. Ahil saluted Raksheet in respect and then stood straight.
Finally, Raksheet smiled and pulled his brother in his embrace. He patted his back in happiness and whispered to Ahil "I am proud of you."
Ahil's breath hitched. Tears forming in his eyes, recalling all the hardwork and dedication he put in his training to hear his brother saying 'I am proud of you '.
Ahil quickly wrapped his arms around his brother and hugged him tightly.
The clapping echoed in the hall but the two brothers weren't looking bothered by it.
The ceremony was over and everyone was free to enjoy the banquet feast.
"Congratulations your majesty, king Raksheet." The emperor said in a teasing tone that made Raksheet and others chuckle.
"Thank you your majesty the emperor." Raksheet replied.
"Congratulations your majesty." The empress 'Soumya Rajput' said
"Thank you your majesty." Raksheet again replied.
"By the way, don't you want to introduce your wife to us." The emperor asked, pointing at Ira who was gazing at her husband again and again from a distance.
Raksheet looked at Ira and found her looking at him. As soon as their eyes met, Ira quickly looked away, feeling embarrassed to look at her husband when he is busy with meeting the emperor and empress. Raksheet chuckled and shook his head to see how his wife can't stay away from him for such a short time.
"She is beautiful." Empress said "You are so lucky to have such a beautiful wife."
"Yes, that's true." Emperor said "You are really 'lucky' to have such a 'Beautiful wife'."
Soumya understood what her husband is trying to say. She wrapped her hand arround her husband's arm and secretly pinched him.
Emperor felt the pain in his arm, getting pinched by his wife but he kept on smiling as if nothing happened.
"Why your majesty, didn't you got a beautiful wife? Aren't you lucky too?" Empress asked with a sweet smile but everyone can hear the threat in her voice.
Raksheet and others controlled their laugh not to laugh on the emperor.
Emperor laughed and replied "I am...I am lucky too. I got such a beautiful wife like you then how I am not lucky? You are the most beautiful woman in the world." He then turned to Raksheet "Raksheet, I am sorry but my wife is the most beautiful. Beautiful than your wife."
Raksheet nod in agreement with a smile to help emperor avoid empress's scolding.
Empress rolled her eyes knowing that her husband is trying to flatter her "That's too much. Princess Ira is the most beautiful. Stop flattering me."
"As you say." Emperor replied innocently, feeling relieved.
While on the other side, Ira was waiting for Raksheet to accompany her. He told her he will be with her throughout the ceremony after getting crowned but he haven't come to her yet.
"Don't you think it's inappropriate to stare at him when he is busy with the emperor. Have some manners sister."
Ira turned around to see who is trying to teach her manners when it have nothing to do with them whether she want to look at her husband and when.
She sighed in annoyance and rolled her eyes when she saw her sister Veera with a mischievous smile on her face.
"It has nothing to do with you. He is my husband. I have all the rights to look at him doesn't matter what he is doing and with whom he is talking." Ira turned arround, not wanting to hear her annoying sister blabbing and was about to leave when Veera spoke.
"Oh really? Ok! It has nothing to do with me." Veera took a step towards Ira with a smirk on her lips "But there is something which is mine and you stole it."
Ira's eyes narrowed in confusion. She don't know what Veera is talking about.
"What do you mean?" Ira asked "I didn't stole anything from you."
Veera raised her both eyebrows in wonder that her sister is such a good liar. "Really? You didn't stole anything which is mine? Huh? Then what is this?" Veera grabbed Ira's hand and pointed towards the wristlets she was wearing. The sarcastic smile that was covering Veera's anger, now dropped. She greeted her teeth and tighten her grip on Ira's hand.
Ira realised that she was wearing the family wristlets that her sister claims is hers. She felt pain on her wrist because of Veera's tight grip. But she tried her best not to show it. If Veera sees that she is in pain, she will not let go of her hand and will tighten her grip even more.
Ira held Veera's hand and released herself. She rubbed her wrist that was hurting and spoke "I didn't stole it, sister. I got it because i deserve it."
Veera's blood boiled in anger when Ira dared to talk back after stealing which is hers.
"You...You dumb girl!" Veera said in a low voice so that no one can hear them arguing. "How dare you say that you deserve my family wristlets. Only i deserve it! Only the girl who have royal identity and dignity, she deserve it. And you don't have any of these. You-"
"Mind your words sister." Ira interrupted. she can't bear it anymore. Her sister has always humiliated her but now it's enough. Veera don't have any rights to disrespect her. Ira is Jwalana's princess, and today, she became the king's wife. She is superior than Veera so she don't have to listen to her sister's toxic words.
