The smile on Ira's lips grew wider and her eyes lit up seeing her grandfather waving at her, treating her like a small kid as always. But her smile slowly dropped when she saw her grandfather looking weak and tired. He had to take support from Abhiveera to stand still.
"Smile princess." Raksheet whispered to Ira when he saw her expressions turning tensed and looking worried. As he expected, she will be worried after seeing her grandfather this weak and pale.
Ira came to her sence when she heard her husband asking her to smile. She looked arround and found people still looking at them. She quickly wore a fake smile and pretended to be normal where actually her mind was completely darted towards her grandfather who can't even stand still on his own. She never thought that she would see her grandfather like this. For Ira, her grandfather is the strongest man in this world and seeing him like this makes her heart ach inside her chest.
All the guests were totally mesmerized by Ira's beauty. They have heard that Jwalana's princess is so beautiful that she is not less than a angel directly came from heaven but they didn't expected it to be true. They thought people are just making rumors, especially Jwalana's people, to keep their kingdom in discussion and highlight themselves in peoples eyes. But what they heard is true. Jwalana's princess is indeed a angel that can brought a smile on their faces and calm their heart with just a simple smile of hers.
"She is so beautiful." A woman whispered to the woman next to her.
"Undoubtedly!" She replied "I really envy queen Avanya. She got such a beauty as her daughter-in-law. I wish I could get a daughter-in-law like hers, so beautiful and charming."
"Wow, prince is so lucky to have such a beauty." A young man whispered to his friend.
"When he was not lucky?" His friend replied and chuckled sarcastically.
Pavan clenched his fist in anger. His eyes glaring at Raksheet and Ira who were smiling brightly and walking towards the stage without knowing the volcano burning inside Pavan. He clenched his fist so tightly that his nails were digging in his palm. He wanted to go there, right infront of Raksheet and slit his neck and take Ira on his side. But he have to control his anger and try to suppress it, so he continued to hurt himself by digging his nails in his palm even more to ignore his anger.
Before he would hurt himself more, Abel held his hand and intertwined their fingers so that Pavan will stop digging his nails in his skin. Pavan looked at his father with the burning anger in his eyes.
Knowing what his son want to do, Abel shook his head slowly, stopping his son from doing anything stupid and ruining their plan. He then pointed towards Seya with his eyes, reminding Pavan about their plan and assuring him that everything will turn out as they want.
Finally Pavan took a deep breath and tried to calm down.
Raksheet and Ira stopped at front row and Raksheet escorted his wife towards her seat from where she can clearly witness her husband getting crowned.
"Sit down princess, i will be back soon, as a king." He whispered to Ira.
Ira smiled and nodded in response while sitting down, in between her mother and Mother-in-law.
Raksheet then let go of Ira's hand and walked towards the throne.
Ashwant was waiting there for his son. He was smiling proudly to see how gentle and respectful his son is towards his wife and everyone can see it.
"Mother." Ira said to her mother and quickly hugged her.
Ira's mother hug her back while controlling her tears from falling down from her eyes. "My daughter" she stroked Ira's back gently and broke the hug. She cupped Ira's cheek with one hand "You are looking beautiful, as always."
Ira chuckled "Thank you mother."
"Mother, what happened to Grandfather? He is looking weak. Is he sick?" She asked, the worry filled in her eyes and staring at her mother for answer.
Daksha patted Ira's hand gently and replied "He is fine. You don't have to worry. He is just tired. He will be fine soon."
Ira wasn't satisfied with Daksha's answer but she still nod as yes. She glanced at her grandfather and her heart ached after seeing her grandfather smiling trough weakness. Even his smile was hurting Ira as if her grandfather is crying.
Viraaj sensed a gaze on him and looked around. He found Ira staring at him and smiled when their eyes met. Viraaj smiled in return and waved at her. She waved back.
"She must be worrying about your health." Abhiveera whispered to Viraaj.
Viraaj nod "Yes. She worry a lot about me."
Abhiveera just smiled in response, envying Viraaj's luck.
Ira then shifted her gaze to her mother and continued talking about random things.
While Ira and her mother were busy chatting, Veera's eyes fell on Ira's hands. She found Ira wearing a pair of wristlet that look familiar. To confirm it, Veera asked to her grandmother "Grandmother, look at those wristlets in her hands. It looks familiar." She pointed towards the wristlets in Ira's hand and looked at her grandmother.
As soon as Sadhya saw the wristlets, her eyes widened in shock. "It's our family wristlets!" She said to Veera. "How did she got it? We didn't gave it to her on her wedding day. Then how-" her all confusion got cleared when she saw Daksha holding Ira's hand and praising her, telling her how good those wristlets are looking on her hand.
She greeted her teeth in anger while her eyes glaring at Daksha "It's your mother! She gave it to her. But when?"
Hearing that her mother gave her family wristlets to Ira instead of her, Veera's blood boiled. She was ready to snatch it away from Ira's hand and scold her mother for giving such a precious thing to someone ignorant like Ira. But before she can create a scene infront of everyone, Sadhya held her hand, pulling her back and stopping her from doing anything stupid.
"Not now, let the ceremony end. We have time to deal with it later."
All the guests settled down and watched the ceremony starting.
Raksheet climbed the three stairs and reached the throne. He kneeled infront of his father and placed his right hand on his chest.
"Prince Raksheet, do you solemnly swear to govern the people of Jwalana and protect them from every crisis and give your everything for kingdom's advancement and progress as the king of Jwalana Kingdom for rest of your life?" Ashwant asked. His voiced echoed in the hall making everyone eager to hear Raksheet's answer.
"I do." He replied "I am willing to govern the people of Jwalana and protect them from every crisis. I am willing to give my everything for my kingdom's advancement and progress as a king, for rest of my life."
"Then I, the king of Jwalana, Ashwant Abhiveera kumar, will crown you, Raksheet Ashwant kumar as the new king of Jwalana." Ashwant took the king's crown from the soldier. The crown was covered with white diamonds and rubies and a big red Ruby at the centre. It can dazzle anyone's eyes who look at it.
Raksheet's heart was racing inside his chest and he can feel it. He was breathing heavily. He never felt this much nervous before. He don't know whether he can manage his kingdom's reputation and can increase it but he still believe that everything will be fine. As long as he have his grandfather and father to help him, he can do anything.
Ashwant crowned Raksheet and Raksheet's breath hitched for a moment after feeling the weight of crown which is covered in so many responsibility that he have to carry for his entire life.
Everyone stood up and started clapping. Ira's eyes were teary and her lips were smiling uncontrollably. She was feeling so proud to see her husband getting crowned. She wanted to pull him in her embrace and give her all love to him but right now, she can only watch him from a distance.
Raksheet stood up, still feeling the weight of crown on his head and feeling nervous but tried his best to smile and look normal. He turned towards his father and Ashwant pulled him in his embrace and patted his back proudly. Raksheet hugged his father back and closed his eyes. His father's embrace made him feel secure and calmed his chaotic heart.
"I am proud of you my son." Ashwant whispered to Raksheet.
"Thank you, father." Raksheet replied.
