As I heard her voice, my ears felt like it was being tore apart and suddenly I was now not his realm anymore and saw Jessica again.
"Are you alright?", she asked.
"Yeah, I am fine, you?", I asked.
"Yeah, thank you for breaking my seal and the bringing back my memories.", she said as she bowed her head.
"Don't worry about it.", I replied.
"Now what?", she asked.
"Well, first we have to find the man who went to meet your master then we might have a clue.", I said.
"Alright. Let's do it and make sure that bastard is dead.", she said with conviction.
As we started to walk down the street and asking people question almost no one remembers the man doing anything.
After a while we just both sat in a café.
"Did you find anything?", I asked.
"Nothing, unfortunately.", she said.
"Damn it.", I said.
"Do you have anyone in mind?", she asked.
"Other than the demon hunter's partner who is now dead. Nothing really?.", I said.
"You know I have to ask you this?", she said.
"Why did the Goddess chose me and not anyone else?", she asked.
"I don't know but from my understanding their power comes with a mental price which not many people can survive it.", I said.
"Hmm, but why choose us, wouldn't they want to keep the power to themselves.", she asked.
"I don't know. I have two theories, first that these beings they don't have an array so they choose us their apostles to experiment and then they go through that array and grow stronger or the second one, they need someone as strong as them to take their places so they can ascend. Honestly, I have no clue", I said.
"Can I ask you a personal question, sir hunter?", she asked.
"Sure, go for it.", I said.
"Why did you became a demon hunter?", she asked.
"Well, that's a loaded question let me think.", I said as I started to think on my journey so far.
I had my brain almost torture to death by some eldritch being and then he started to live in my eyes. Then, I awakened a system and helped my classmate and save her. Then I tried to investigate what had happened to a person to do such a thing. I then killed a whole race of demons and justified it by saying they were bad and needed to be exterminated but I didn't understand one thing.
Why was I doing all this? Is it because Noel tells me to do it? Is it because I liked killing? Is it because I always wanted to protect people?

"What about your parents?", she asked.
"Well, don't know them?", I said with a smile.
"Why did you smile?", she asked immediately.

"What are you trying to do?", I asked furrowing my brows.

As she said that my world shattered and I immediately put my hand on the hilt of the blade.
"There's it nothing to worry about.", she said.
"How?! How did you know?", I asked trying to see her opening.
"My array is {Rose queen- element 10: Therapists}, my skills allow me to see if you are mentally doing alright and from what I can see not much?", she said.
"And if I don't get treated?", I asked.
"You will not be able to progress.", she said.
"Ha", I sighed. I had a lingering thought behind my mind but it is now confirmed I have an issue I need to fix.
"Fuck!", I cursed.
"Alright. What do I need to do?", I asked.
"You can't just take a pill and it will go away, you need a friend who you can talk to.", she said.
"Well,", I said as I started to think about friends but I cannot trust anyone in the summit and Vincent and Roland are in senate getting their evaluation and Noel doesn't converse with me all the time.
"So, what can I do?", I asked again.
"Talk to me.", she said.
"I can then increase my synchronization with the element and help you.", she said.
I then stared at her and saw that she was telling the truth and suddenly felt a wave of energy.
"Let's talk about it later we have got company", I said as I took about my blade and saw us surrounded by clay soldiers.
Now we are standing back-to-back each other, so that we can defend any on coming attack.
"What are these soldiers?", I asked.
"These are clay soldiers, master taught us so we can protect ourselves but Port must have used them.", she said.
One of the soldiers then leaped at me with the spear, I immediately blocked and shot of his head.
"This a curious apparatus", she said while being curious about the gun.
"Curiosity later killing first.", I said as I blasted off some of the other clay soldiers but they instantly molded themselves again.
"How can I kill them?", I asked.
"There will be a flag which will be carrying the energy to control them, I will need some time to find it. Can you hold the back?", she asked.
"Don't worry will be done.", I said as I immediately stabbed my sword in then ground and activated [Black desert].
Before the desert could touch her, she immediately used rose vines from the near grown tree and started to find the source of energy.
The clay puppets had cut off their legs and suddenly were running at me this time not affected by the skills.
I then pulled the sword from my chest and started to chant.

A shadowy creature immediately comes out of my shadow with a spear and immediately shot the spear of dark reserve towards the clay soldiers.
"How much time do you need?", I screamed.
"1 min.", she said as she started to look through nearby area.

Then a vase attracted her attention,
"Found it. Zephyr hold one", she said as she rushed towards the vase and immediately used her vines and immediately broke the vase.
"Shatter!"
As I heard something shatter, I saw the clay soldiers just disintegrating into a pile of clay.
"Thank you, for saving my live.", I said to her.
"It is not over we need to find who used these soldiers first", she said.
"How much time will it take to do it?", I asked.
"About 6 hours.", she replied.
"Then start doing it, we can also have that talk you want", I said as I walked towards a inn.
