As we know headed out of our compartment, Elijah was holding a staff and Cynthia was holding a gun.
We slowly made our way to see, ten formless demons.
"Cynthia attack!", I said and Cynthia started to shoot immediately but those demons dodged them like fluids.
As she continued to shoot, I immediately ran towards them and activated [Cruel Eyesight], and Elijah followed me.
He used his special techniques [Iron Body], which did not let the demons affect his body and I immediately slashed towards it.

I tried to slash it and locate the core but it was too hard.
"Cynthia I will buy you time, shoot at their cores.", I said as I immediately activated [Dark Blade] and slashed at them.
Dark crescent shaped waves went towards them and instantly made way for Cynthia to see the core easily.
She then shoot them down.
"DSHOOM!"

Six out of ten were shot down and four remained.
"Elijah, you stall them, I will destroy their core.", I said as I saw, Elijah immediately took the offense and used his technique [10 bamboo strikes] to stall them.
I then immediately activated [White blade] and stabbed the remaining core. This time I collected the cores and the fluid body in the [dark storage].
"So, this is what it feels like to fight a demon", Elijah said.
"Yeah, it was exhausting.", Cynthia also said.
"Well, sorry to burst your bubble but they are usually double the danger.", I said.
"Let's go now. Tomorrow we will reach Callax city.", I said.
After which all of us went tour compartment and slept.

"Alright all of you now wake up.", I said.
"What did we reach our destination?", Cynthia said
"We are about to get ready?", I said.
"Okk", she replied.
As I woke up at about at 6:00 am I already saw Elijah has woken up.
"You are already awake?", I asked.
"Yea, I just like waking up in the morning and see the sun.", he said.
"It is very beautiful.", I said as I looked at the sun.
It was beyond beautiful.
"Remember, Elijah, this is the reason we fight as to protect this small thing", I said to him and went my way.

After, we all got ready and reached the destination.
"Taxi,", I signaled as I saw Cynthia just looking tired and Elijah just calm.
"Go to the Molan Manor, please", I said as I entered the car, I sat in the front passenger seat and they sat in the back.
"So, sir what's the reason for your visit?", he asked.
"Well, you know how it is, company sends you on a business trip and you can't refuse because your promotion depends on it. So, I too, my juniors and took the opportunity.", I said .
"Yes, sir. So are you going to stay in the Molan Manor, I didn't hear good things.", he asked.
"Why what happened?", I asked.

"So did the police never jailed them?", I asked.

"They commit big crimes and their parents just blew money towards the investigators so that they just look the other way.", he said.
"My god, such corrupted bastards. They should just hang them.", I said.
But I could see Elijah and Cynthia just getting angry and angrier but they didn't say anything and it just got awkward.
Before I just got off the car I saw I checked my stats.

I then stood there trying to see how can I address this without any problems.
"This is so hard.", I said as I just sighed.
And I looked towards them and saw them fidgeting with the napkins and the cups.
They were taught that demons were bad and humans were good.
I need to address it before it becomes a problem.
