"Will you really eject the entire bounty hunter guild from the Felidae Galaxy if it turns out that they are behind this?" Director Opealbeard asked.
"Even though I would rather not, since they bring in a lot of finance for our galaxy, Diva Lorelie has the potential to bring in more, and I would rather maintain our friendship with her and her boyfriend, who is capable of directly attacking the bounty hunter guild's guild halls."
"Director, the viewership is spiking again," One of Director Opealbeard's assistants suddenly said as they entered the room.
"That's not surprising. There is an actual live firefight happening now," Director Opealbeard replied.
"Maybe you should take this as a hint to change the charity match to a live firefight instead of those fake ones," Maiya suggested.
"That's only one of the reasons," The assistant said with clear excitement.
"What's the other then?" Director Opealbeard asked.
"There's a rumour going around on Xer-verse that Spector Unit Six is really the original Black Knight."
"What!" Director Opealbeard and Maiya replied together.
"Take a look at this," The assistant said before bringing up an Xer-verse post that had been pinned to the top by a moderator.
[Lord Malacoss claims that the Black Knight has returned.
Lord Malacoss, the ruler of Deverinian 9, has claimed that he believes Spector Unit 6, one of the competitors in the UMB Cups charity match, is in fact the REAL Black Knight that hasn't been seen or heard from since the Siege of Fenix Nest 2 millennia ago.
He claims that the similarities between the two mechs are too coincidental to rule out as just another replica, after all, Spector Unit 6 just used beam cancelling tech, something that until now had only ever been seen from the Black Knight and which no race has yet been able to reproduce… UNTIL NOW.]
"Seriously?" Maiya asked in surprise as she turned to once again look at the holographic screen showing Spector Unit 6 fighting Excess Surplus.
"Seriously," The assistant replied before carrying on, "The post goes on to theorise why the Black Knight has not been seen in two thousand years and how it ended up in the possession of Diva Lorelie's boyfriend."
"If that really is the original Black Knight from two millennia ago, this could very well change mech production as we know it," Director Opealbeard stated in excitement.
"It could very well upset the balance of power in the universe," Maiya remarked, causing everyone to look at her.
"You mean because of how advanced it is, Matriarch?" Sata asked.
"Correct. The Black Knight has tech we still don't understand and have been unable to catch up to, even after two millennia. Should that be the real Black Knight and be capable of using a planetary elimination beam, it would make it a viable threat to every race in the universe and automatically make Diva Lorelie's boyfriend a major player in the universal affairs."
"But he's from outside the known universe," Sata replied.
"That doesn't matter, the power to destroy a planet is not something to be taken lightly after all, in fact, the fact that he is from outside the known universe makes him even more dangerous since he is not technically bound by Universal Senate laws like the rest of us," Maiya remarked before she fell into deep thought.

"They're exchanging fire like it's a true grudge match between them," Honcho replied as everyone watching observed how Spector Unit 6 and Excess surplus evaded attacks while returning fire.
Excess Surplus continued to return its four energy weapons while releasing 12 missiles every few seconds.
Adam, on the other hand, had Spector Unit 6 repeatedly shoot down the missiles just after they were launched, before focusing back on Excess Surplus and forcing it to make evasive manoeuvres to avoid the incoming energy bolts fired at it.

As they continued to exchange fire, the viewers noticed that the eight drones circled around Excess Surplus and began attacking it from all directions, making it even harder for it to evade.
Soon, Excess Surplus made a mistake, causing three of the drones to successfully hit its right arm with their blaster bolts and causing the right arm to be destroyed.
"It looks like the combined assault by Spector Unit Six and the eight drones is becoming too much for Excess Surplus because it's just lost its right arm, which was wielding the blaster rifle," Honcho reported.
"Spector Unit Six's choice to have its drone encircle Excess Surplus was a great move. It made it even harder for Excess Surplus to dodge all the attacks since they were now coming from its blind spots, unlike before, where they all came from one direction," Dulaebella remarked.
"Is it me, or is Spector Unit Six only targeting the limbs of Excess Surplus?" Raella asked.
"That does indeed seem to be the case," Honsho replied as everyone watching saw one of the shoulder cannons of Excess Surplus get blown off.

As everyone watched, they saw Excess Surplus put its blaster pistol away before pulling its shield from its back. After which, it turned and flew away from Spector Unit 6 while avoiding as many energy bolts as possible and using the shield to block others.
"Don't think so," Adam said as he sent a mental communication to the drones ordering them to target Excess Surplus thrusters.
Excess Surplus started to fly erratically as it attempted to try and evade the shots from behind while blocking the attack from the drones in front of it, which were flying backwards while still opening fire.
"And Spector Unit Six has Excess Surplus on the run, unfortunately, that is not good for their points, however," Honcho stated as he looked at the leader board before continuing, "As we can see, Black Prime has almost caught up to Spector Unit Six, while Speed Stone is right on the tail of Black Prime."

"Wait, what's this? Black Prime just gained a massive one hundred points," Honcho said in surprise as the feed quickly switched to show Black Prime, who was still being chased by one of the giant undead aliens while he attacked the one that had most of its shell missing.
"It looks like he finished off the giant, undead alien that was previously being attacked in the face by Spector Unit Six's strange spinning weapon, and now he wants to kill the other one," Dulaebella stated.
