Excess Surplus didn't stay in one place as it noticed Spector Unit 6 flying towards it and started to back away while firing off its blaster rifle, blaster pistol and two shoulder cannons, while Adam opened fire with Spector Unit 6's 14 weapons.
"I have no idea why it's turned out like this, viewers, but it looks like both Spector Unit 6 and Excess Surplus have engaged in a live fire fight. Spector Unit Six appears to have deactivated holographic reproduction damage mode and is now firing on Excess Surplus with fourteen different weapons while Excess Surplus is stuck with four," Honcho stated excitedly.
"Excess Surplus picked a bad match-up if it only has four weapons compared to Spector Unit Six's fourteen. I guess it was hoping to catch it by surprise with the first attack and either take it out or damage it," Raella stated.
"First, the beam canceler and now another four drones, meaning Spector Unit Six is actively controlling eight drones now," Dulaebella said in shock before asking to no one in particular, "Is it possible that Spector Unit Six had the capability to control ten drones all along?"
"Wouldn't that make it comparable to the Black Knight?" Honcho asked.
"Yes, and if I'm being totally honest with you, I'm starting to suspect Spector Unit Six is in fact the Black Knight," Dulaebella replied.
Honcho was about to ask another question when they suddenly saw Excess Surplus release half a dozen missiles from a compartment that opened up in each shoulder, with each releasing six missiles.
"Excess surplus has fired twelve missiles at Spector Unit Six; however, the fourteen weapons on Spector Unit Six mean it's more than capable of shooting them all down almost instantaneously before it resumes attacking Excess Surplus," Honcho commented.

"And it does indeed appear that attacking your fellow competitor does lose you points," Honcho stated as a notification of Excess Surplus and Spector Unit 6, both losing points appeared.
"It looks like attacking your fellow competitor actually loses you five points, that's equivalent to five of those undead aliens riding flying bikes," Dulaebella added.

"If they keep fighting like this, then it's likely that neither of them will win this thing," Raella remarked.

Adams' advantage in the number of weapons meant that the pilot of Excess Surplus had to focus most of their attention on evading the attacks rather than returning fire or fleeing.

"I guess those idiots didn't take my warning lightly. Still, we had better make sure," Adam replied before asking, "Can you hack into Excess Surplus and check its comm history?"

"I guess that's the plan then," Adam said as he continued to fire his weapons at Excess Surplus, though he took care to aim for the non-vital areas.

"Why the fuck have they started fighting with real weapons?" Maiya asked as she and the others in her private box observed the fight that had begun between Spector Unit 6 and Excess Surplus.
"I have no idea, it was pretty obvious that Excess Surplus attacked Spector Unit Six first; however, I have no idea why they would do that," Director Opealbeard replied.
"I may have a theory regarding that," Sata suddenly said, making Director Opealbeard and Maiya turn to her before Maiya asked.
"What do you mean, Sata?"
"Take a look at this," Sata replied before opening a new holographic screen, which featured the photo of a male Nagareen along with their information.

"A member of the bounty hunter guild, Fuck," Maiya stated after she read through the information before she asked in an annoyed tone, "Did that idiot not take my words of warning to heart? Get her on holocall at once."
"At once," Matriarch."
"Do you happen to know what all this is about, Matriarch Maiya?" Director Opealbeard asked.
"Possibly," Maiya replied just before Sata said.
"Connecting now, Matriarch."
A new holographic screen appeared before Maiya, showing the Felinia 7's Bounty Hunter Guild guild leader, who opened her mouth to speak, but Maiya beat her to it.
"Tell me, guild leader Kuxau, did you not take my advice to heart, or are you just stupid?"
"Pardon? I fail to understand your meaning, Matriarch," Kuxau replied in confusion.
"Did I not specifically instruct you to make sure your bounty hunters are well-behaved until after the opening ceremony?" Maiya asked.
"You did Matriarch, and I put out an announcement regarding it and even informed Director Drot regarding this," Kuxau replied.
"Is that so, then mind explaining to me why one of your bounty hunters, who is competing in the charity match, just tried to attack Diva Lorelie's boyfriend in the back?"
"Wait, you mean Excess Surplus, he's one of ours?" Kuxau asked in shock before obviously using the terminal beside her to look something up.
"It seems you have been watching the charity match, good," Maiya replied with a smile that didn't reach her eyes as she asked, "Now, can you please explain?"
"I honestly have no idea, Matriach Maiya. I put a temporary hold on the sector-wide contract as you requested. The only thing I can think of is that Director Drot contacted Krumzaxl directly and offered them the contract after they learned they were competing. Or perhaps Krumzaxl contacted Director Drot after I put a hold on the contract. Either way, this has nothing to do with my guild branch." Kuxau replied nervously.
"And do you think Adam Spencer will believe that or even care?" Maiya asked before adding, "I would also remind you of his warning, should he discover that Krumzaxl is in fact a member of the Bounty Hunter Guild and working under the orders of Director Drot, he will, in fact, attack and destroy your guild building."
"Fuck!" Kuxau curesed.
"Oh, and let's not forget my warning, since the Bounty Hunter guild broke the agreement we made about not attacking them until after the opening ceremony, I will be forced to carry out my threat and eject the guild from the Felidae Galaxy," Maiya said with an angry look.
"Matriarch, please, isn't that going too far?" Kuxau asked as her eyes widened even more in realisation.
"We have already spoken about this, and though I personally don't want to do it, as a Matriarch, I have to keep my word. All I can suggest is that you better pray that Krumzaxl is attacking Adam Spencer because of some grudge they hold, and not on Director Drot or guild orders," Maiya replied before adding.
"Basically, what I'm saying is that should he find evidence and attack your guild, then the Bounty Hunter guild won't only lose that, but all access to conduct bounty hunter business in the Felidae Galaxy."
"Matriarch, please, there must be …." Kuxau began, but Maiya cut her off by saying.
"If I were you, I would focus on more pressing matters, Guild Leader Kuxau, that of evacuating your guild just in case."
As she finished speaking, she signalled Sata, who ended the holocal in understanding.
