"What did you do?" Tylith asked Father Oluwafemi with wide eyes while the crowd stared in awe.
Some fell to their knees in prayer. Some cried. Others kept looking curious about what was going on. A part, more skeptic, started to doubt the veracity of what they just saw.
"It wasn't me, child." The priest said, also surprised.
"You knew this was going to happen!" Tylith accused him, squeezing Michael's hand on hers.
"I didn't. I just thought I could convince the people that you're not a threat to them." Oluwafemi explained.
"I don't understand." Tylith almost fell to her knees, but Michael held her.
"Let's take her home." Michael said, while holding her.
The crowd was so distracted by the miracle that happened in front of them, that they paid almost no attention to Lenore. Only a few directed their words to Matthew who was escorting Lenore out the cathedral, asking if she too was an angel.
For their luck, not many there knew what an erinyes was.
