2nd solution:
Acetic acid: 100 grams
90% alcohol: 100 grams
Distilled water: 50 grams
Capsicum tincture: 16 grams
Quinine hydrochloride: 0.50 grams
Apply after the first solution is completely dry in the same manner as the first solution.
The document was approved for release on March 31, 2011. It was downgraded from Secret on March 15, 1976, and received by Turner of the CIA on July 15, 1918.
