The fifth Imperial Knight's Astra Energy erupted in full force as he readied himself to move, but before he could close the distance, Azaron was already behind him, his hand stained with blood as he had torn out the Imperial Knight's throat, leaving the man with only a small portion of his neck intact.
The Imperial Knight fell to his knees as he clutched his throat, hoping his innate regeneration would be able to handle such severe damage, but alas, it wasn't enough, as he fell forward and died after a couple of seconds.
All five Imperial Knights, each possessing the Radiant Crownstar Life Rank and entrusted with protecting the Emperor with their lives, had died within mere seconds. Years of hard work had gone down the drain.
