Maya:
My head stumbled onto the thick tiles of the wall and slowly, I was losing consciousness. It was surprising how Xavier had found me in just a couple of hours right after I got to Miami. His minions were everywhere and with the look of things, this girl was his accomplice.
I began to curse myself for being so tough in the head. I should have told the guards to stay near instead of showing my displeasure about them following me around.
Trying to scream, my throat held a big lump so that I couldn't say a word. How was Aiden going to find me? I thought. Fear crept into my body and I suddenly began to prepare for the worst that could happen.
Just then, a skinny man with a pale face began to pull me toward a black SUV with the lady from earlier by the side. "Hurry up, you moron!" She screamed at his face. "We can't afford to lose this big fish!" she added.
He clicked his tongue and scowled at her. " Maybe if you give me a hand here, we would be quick enough to pull her into the car."
"Ugh! Whatever, why do I have to do everything myself." She fired at him, flinging her purse to the side and stomping towards me.
I lay on the floor lifelessly with my face looking up to the sky. My entire body felt numb and I knew this was my end. Words on the street would have gone far and wide and I am pretty sure Xavier has a bounty on my head.
She pulled me by my hair and I winced in pain. "You know if I were you, Maya Moore, I wouldn't be seen in public just foolishly walking around." She said, jerking my hair towards the car.
"Pull her up!" She ordered.
A tear fell from my already-soaked eyes and I felt intense pain but all I could do was mumble. I shut my eyes tightly as they tied me to the car seat. At least I was able to see Miami, the big city, for the very first time even though it was for only a short period.
The car engine roared and I uttered a little prayer in my mind. "Lord save me."
GBAM!
There was a loud bang just behind the car and the tires of the car seemed to be flattened. "What the hell?!" The lady screamed.
"Hey, what the hell was that?" They both looked at themselves with questioning faces.
"How would I know?!" The skinny man asked angrily.
The lady glared at him and clenched her jaw. "What do you mean by how would you know? Go find out, Darn it you're the man here!" She exclaimed.
He murmured for a bit and eventually decided to open the front door to the car and suddenly, he was welcomed with a hard punch to his face. If I didn't know better, I would have sworn that his face was a total mess.
I began struggling on the car seat to help myself get loose from the knot they had me tied to when I heard a name whispered out of the lady's lips. "Aiden Jabari."
"Aiden!"
Oh, thank God! My head screamed with so much joy.
The bodyguard who accompanied me to the fashion house opened the car door to where the lady sat and pulled her out roughly. "Get your pathetic hands off of me!" She screamed like a maniac.
As I looked through the car glass, someone pulled the car door from the outside, and it opened widely. "Aiden," I said in a whisper.
My voice was still numb and it was quite hard for me to communicate. I blinked my teary-eyed multiple times to show how sorry and scared I was if he hadn't shown up when he did.
He wore a long face and he balled his fist as he stared right through me. "I think we have come to the part where we have to make rules, Maya." He said in a cold tone as he began to unloose the knot.
I nodded my head slowly even though I didn't like the tone of his voice. Can't he see that I almost got kidnapped and I am literally traumatized as we speak?
Ugh, so much for a billionaire husband, I guess.
Finally, the rope got loose and he pulled me down the car thinking I could walk on my own but instead, I almost fell to the ground like a weak vegetable. Luckily, Aiden caught me and I fell into his large arms and it felt surprisingly comfortable.
The effect of the substance they forced me to sniff hadn't worn off and there was no possible way I could walk on my own without help.
Aiden stared down at me as my body lay lifeless on his arm. "Come on, Maya Get the hell up." He growled impatiently.
I tried to blurt out a word and explain to him that I couldn't but I ended up crying silently. He raised my hand and it fell helplessly to the ground as if there were no life.
"Shit, they've drugged you." He said angrily.
He pulled me up on his shoulder, lifting my weight to his. "Okay, I need you to hold on. You will be fine, you'll be fine." He repeated.
He began to walk toward his vehicle which was parked at a little corner around the parking lot with me on his shoulder and I won't lie, it felt very embarrassing for me.
My cheeks flushed red and I felt my heart beating in a thousand rhythm. I hope no one was watching because this was quite a scene to watch.
We got into the car and there was already a driver by the steering wheel waiting for our arrival. "Let's go," Aiden ordered, and we drove off the fashion house.
The ride to Indian Creek was long and quiet. I realized I could move my body a little but I began to feel a bit of sexual pleasure underneath my body.
My breath was fanning hot amidst the cold chilled air conditioner that filled the car. Feeling extensive sexual heat creeping all over my body, I lost control completely.
I began feeling like I needed a man to please this strange sexual urge. Trying as much as I could to suppress what I was going through, I found myself taking my clothes off slowly as my sweat became intense.
Aiden had already noticed my discomfort and he killed himself closer to me and with a soft tone he asked. "Hey, Hey, what's wrong?"
I caught a scent of his spicy alluring fragrance and boy was I turned on completely. I needed his body on top of mine while I sniffed his spicy scent into my soul.
I knew if we didn't get to Indian Creek soon enough, I would have to do something that I'd end up regretting. As Aiden moved slowly towards me, I pushed myself back.
"Stay away, please," I whispered.
I didn't want to make a fool out of myself. "Maya, you're sweating, why the heck are you sweating?" Aiden pressed.
Just then, my breathing became unsteady and I was finding it so difficult to regulate my breathing. My entire body was itching and dying to be touched by this man sitting before me.
Holding my clothes tightly to stop myself from this new yet strange feeling I find myself exhibiting, Aiden pulled his face closer to mine and held my hand.
He said slowly, "Calm your nerves, Maya."
His lips were just a few inches away from mine and they looked like love-shaped strawberries. I wanted to suck every inch of it as my mouth drooled barely looking at it.
I held his collar shirt and before I knew it, I had already taken Aiden's lips into mine, kissing him vigorously like I wanted him right there and right now.
"Ma…Maya!" he tried to call out my name but I wasn't giving him any room to communicate.
I began to unbutton his shirt holes and I realized my top was slightly opened. The tension in the car was so high that I had forgotten that a driver was watching us from behind.
The driver cleared his throat. "Sir…" He wanted to speak but Aiden raised his finger, cutting him off completely. "Eyes on the road, Micheal," Aiden ordered sharply.
"Yes sir!" The driver obeyed immediately and clicked the button in the console that brought up the car divider.
After further struggles between Aiden and me in the car, Aiden stared at me with his flamy eyes. "What did they do to you?" He asked but was interrupted again by the driver.
"Sir, we are here." The driver announced.
Aiden took his head up and looked at the window. "Great, tell Kylan to meet me in my room immediately." He ordered the driver while little psycho me squealed with joy upon hearing the word room from Aiden's mouth.
He pinned my hands together, covered my almost naked body with his large jacket, and carried me up in bridal style.
He walked us towards the large mansion and right in front of the door, he paused for a while and simply stated. "I don't deserve this."
