"Currently, we don't have a suitable base of operations in this world," Lin Xuan explained. "Over the coming period, I want you to construct a proper outpost for the Dimensional Guild right here in Soul Society. Of course, I'll have the others assist you."
Yahiko nodded promptly. "No problem at all! Leave it to me! But... Guild Leader, are you heading somewhere?"
The others turned to look as well, having caught the implication in Lin Xuan's instructions.
Lin Xuan smiled. "That's right. I need to take a trip back to the Dragon Ball World. Something popped up over there that requires my attention."
"Guild Leader, do you need me to come along and assist?" Uchiha Itachi offered.
Lin Xuan shook his head with a grin. "No need. You should all remain here to help. The power dynamics in this world are quite complex, so we need to leave sufficient combat power behind."
He then glanced at Madara, who was looking somewhat restless nearby. "Madara, you stay here as well to anchor the fort."
Madara crossed his arms, letting out a quiet snort without objecting.
Lin Xuan knew this was Madara's implicit agreement, so he didn't press further. "If anything urgent happens, contact me immediately via the dimensional communicator. I'll hurry back at once."
"Understood!" everyone replied in unison.
Lin Xuan nodded, then raised his hand to summon a silver dimensional rift, preparing his return to the Dragon Ball universe.

"Across that portal... is that truly an alternate universe like Rukia described?" Kukaku murmured in awe.
Yoruichi nodded, her face equal parts amazed and serious. "It must be. To think this man truly possesses the power to travel freely between entirely different worlds... What a terrifying guy."
"I'm really curious what kind of world it is," Kukaku remarked with a glint of excitement in her eyes. "If I get the chance, I'd love to go see how it differs from ours!"
Yoruichi shook her head gently. Before uncovering that man's true background, she wouldn't dare recklessly step into such a portal. However, she needed to report this discovery to Kisuke Urahara at once.

Above a tranquil ocean, space suddenly warped as a silver portal materialized in mid-air. A single figure stepped out into the sky.
If anyone were present to witness this, they would be stunned: the young man stepped through the open air as if walking on solid ground, vanishing toward the horizon in a single stride.
